About this apartment rental

Beautiful spacious one bedroom beach condo with balcony facing the ocean. Very well maintained and cleaned professionally in between rentals. Amazing sunrises are awaiting you and your loved ones. Also has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two people. Castle Reef is located on the non-drive end of New Smyrna Beach. Within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and package store. $350 damage security deposit needed for all rentals. Funds will be returned at end of rental stay when confirmation of no damage during the stay.
24hr within check-in I will contact the renter and notify him or her of the combination door lock.
Upon check in important to visit the office and receive a parking pass. If the renter checks in after office hours place a note on the vehicle dashboard indicating the unit number (#520) and visit the office the next day for a pass. The HOA for the complex is asking all renters wear or have with them the ORANGE wristbands provided by the owner down in the pool area. Management is charging the condo owners if the ORANGE wristbands are not returned to the unit. In return the renter will be charged $20 per lost or stolen wristband.

We go to NSB at least 1/2 dozen times a year for getaways. This was our first stay at Castle Reef and all I can say it, perfect. The condo has everything you need, down to beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo is spacious for a 1:1. The view of the ocean was beautiful and unobstructed. Mike was amazing! He was super attentive to our questions. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had all that we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool that overlooks the ocean and just having to go down a few steps to get to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We a great stay at the beach condo in New Smyrna Beach. Enjoyed eating breakfast every day on the balcony with a great ocean view. The condo was well equipped with everything you might need from the kitchen to the beach. It was just as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive and checked to be sure we had a great time. Nice walks down the no vehicle part of the beach. Wonderful restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back again to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Castle Reef. The property and pool are the greatest. Our view of the sunrise and ocean every day was the best! NSB has so many great dining options. We plan to go back! So much fun!

This condo was just as described! Getting in and out was easy, the view was great, I have stayed at Castle Reef for 30+ years this ranks as one of the best and best value. We had our son who is a college student with us and he slept on the couch that had a pullout bed. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Will be looking to rent again next year.

My husband and I loved everything about this place! It was clean, had everything we needed, and were just steps away from the beach! Honestly one of the most relaxing trips we have been on! The owner was so easy to communicate with and made our stay the best!

Great property, nice ocean view, good pool area and shuffle board, excellent beach right out front. Apartment is in good condition, a good value for price. Only thing that would make this place better would be mini supply of dish soap, shampoo, soap, tp….as there was little or none available when arrived. Not a big deal but created an unexpected trip back to store….just bring your own and all will be golden!

We had a great time at Castle Reef #520! The unit and the complex were very well maintained. Loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed several meals out there. Communication with Michael was quick and informative. We hope to return in the future.

Clean and comfortable!!! The condo had everything we could need, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and some spices, even though we were staying long enough to need either. The bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning while sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and sun. Michael was VERY responsive to any questions we had, and the condo was CLEAN. Also, pool was very nice as well, although we spent much of our time on the beach. There is a store across the street, along with a very good ice cream shop, and everything else is a short car ride away. Very relaxing stay we will definitely try to stay again!!

We appreciated everything about our stay here. Mike did a great job of communicating with us and even gave food recommendations when we asked. My kids loved the sand toys and Mom and Dad appreciated the chairs and cooler!

We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and had everything you needed! Even chairs and sand toys for the beach (we ended up bringing and using our own because we didn’t know about them) I especially loved the view from the balcony!

First let me say that I am a long-time New Smyrna Beach vacationer and have stayed at meny properties over the past 21 years. This property is clean and very conveniently located to food, entertainment and shopping. The property owner is a very nice person and went out of his way to be sure our stay was above and beyond. He truly cared and it showed. I highly recommend this property. You'll enjoy your stay!

Love love loved this condo, great location, super clean. The amenities were amazing. The ocean view from my balcony every morning while drinking my coffee was just perfect. The pool is directly on the beach which was pretty awesome. Mike the owner was super accommodating. He also had beach chairs, a cooler and towels provided at the condo. All and all a perfect getaway, thanks Mike!

I can not begin to brag on Mike and his condo, it truly was home away from home. As soon as we walked in we knew we had made the right decision by booking with him. The condo was SO clean, well kept, all your essentials and more. You can tell that he takes great pride in keeping this condo up for people who want to come vacation, relax free. This complex is very low key and right on the beach. I can’t wait to go again. Do yourself a favor…go ahead and make the vacay, you won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed the closeness to the pool and parking. Overall vacation was extremely restful. handy have shopping across the street. We arrived early because of flight schedule so had to wait 4 hours to get in. Would have been good to know we could use pool prior to getting into Condo but no biggie. Flights and condo access don't always come together.

Very nice property with great views right on the beach. Short Uber rides to some great restaurants. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc were a very nice touch for the beach. Comfy bed and furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

1. Use unscented detergents for linens. Detergent used was overpowering. 2. Have small basket of individual condiments for guests. Those that are there for a few days only or are flying to the destination, it's a very nice convenience.

Have stayed at this property in the past, under previous ownership. Quality of property is unchanged and was excellent, however had some glitches at checkin and with getting TV to function properly. Apparently, previous renters must have changed settings on tv and cable setup and did not return to original settings and it took me a good day to get it functioning properly. With owner being a long distance away, and his limited knowledge of the system there was no help there. Those things should be functional with each new renter, and should not need multiple phone calls to rectify. Overall the unit was great as usual but it took some initial frustrations to get it so.

This cute condo gave my family convenient beachside access. The fifth floor unit was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom and also came ready with everything one needs to enjoy the beach. The additional touch of board games helped to ensure that we were kept entertained rain or shine. With outside additions like a shuffleboard and pool, there is always something to do. The host Mike was very responsive.
