The second you walk through the front door, you will be astonished by the breathtaking views easily visible through the sliding glass door and large windows in the great room. The spacious great room features a khaki leather sofa and 2 navy recliners arranged around a gas log fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it.
The newly renovated kitchen with its contemporary white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous gray granite countertops is open to the great room and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. A glass top table with seats for four is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is the ideal location to enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the waves crash along the sandy shore as the seagulls soar above. We only spent 3 nights at this beachfront rental, but we enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! Thank you to the owner for sharing their incredible summer home!

The condo has the perfect view. The recliners in the living room are perfect! We couldn't get the internet to connect but I didn’t bother calling anyone. However, the management company called the next to see if everything was ok and someone was there within 30 minutes and it was fixed. Great experience!

A special townhouse- style unit in an amazing mid-island location with sweeping views of the natural dune-scape and ocean. Not as highly manicured as the Omni / Ritz properties but that was a plus for us. Immediate boardwalk access to the beach for long walks and a desirable sense of privacy, especially during our off-season visit. Highly recommended!

Great location south of Ritz-Carlton and north of Omni. Good restaurants at both.
There are stairs: an outside flight to the main floor entrance (second floor), then an inside flight from the living area to the master bedroom (third floor).
I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo with stunning views
This property was clean and comfortable. Not quite as "luxurious" as the description, but certainly comfortable. The views are stunning and there is easy access to the beach and community pool.
This property would not be suited for those with limited mobility as it is on the 2nd floor requiring the ability to navigate stairs. There is an additional set of stairs inside leading up to the 2 main bedrooms. Although, there are 3 bedrooms in this condo, I would not recommend for 6 adults as the 2 full baths are en-suites which would require the couple in the downstairs bedroom to shower in one of the en-suites upstairs. Not ideal unless you are close family/friends. The downstairs bedroom does have easy access to 1/2 bath so would work for children/teens.
The property managers for this unit are excellent. They quickly responded to all my emails/calls both prior to arrival and once on site. They even called after my arrival to make sure things were to my satisfaction. I did have a few minor issues during my stay that they quickly addressed.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. It was absolutely beautiful and the most relaxing getaway! The views are spectacular, we had everything we needed. The unit is even prettier than pictured, checking in and out was so easy. It was simply perfect and we will definitely be returning to our cozy spot.

Paradise Perfect!
Renting was easy & price affordable. The property was immaculate with magnificent views & lovely, comfortable but tasteful furnishings. Only negative (and it is minor) is that we were prohibited from reducing AC below 70 degrees, even at night. We generally like it a bit cooler so that took getting used to. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!!

Perfect spot to make family memories.
This is our second time staying at this location. We love how close it is to the pool and ocean. There is a new (to us) path out to the bridge that will take you straight out to the ocean. We love to look for turtles in the land underneath the walkway to the beach. The new flooring is really beautiful and the new (to us) paint color is so pretty! Having access to laundry is so wonderful and the place is always so clean and comfortable. We will forever cherish the family and friend memories we have made in this place. Being able to look out to the ocean and see dolphins while we enjoyed our morning coffee was wonderful. We hope to return soon!

Great Property!
Property is in a beautiful location and is steps from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, fully equipped, and everything was in working order throughout stay. Guests have access to tennis courts, pools, and easy access to bike trails and beach. Property is both dog and kid friendly. We would absolutely recommend this property and would return if ever on Amelia Island in the future.

GREAT Location
We found this VRBO by chance and it was a gem. Normally we avoid condos because we travel with small dogs. The privacy of these townhome/condos and the pet friendly “stations” made it a breeze. The particular end unit location afforded the most gorgeous views of the ocean and we woke in the master to amazing sunrises. Unit was clean and showers and beds were comfy. Last, it was close to just about anything you want to do in the area. Would definitely return!

I had no idea how off the beaten path Amelia Island is. The seclusion is so relaxing. My 3 grown sons were looking for more to do but finally relaxed and enjoyed themselves. Decor and furniture a little outdated but very clean, Location and view can.t be beat. Thanks for your sharing your home>

Great location but condo missing some items
no dish towels, clean exhaust fans in bathroom, folding doors in front of dryer can't be opened, very few utensils (spatulas), need larger fry pan, oven needs cleaning (it smokes terribly)

Beautiful place to stay
This was our third trip to Amelia Island and this has been our favorite location so far. The condo was very clean when we arrived and exactly how it was pictured. The furniture and carpets have been well loved, but that’s to be expected for a rental property. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. The master shower has an incredible view of the beach with half of the window shaded for privacy. The water pressure in both showers was great. The downstairs closet has lots of beach toys, chairs and a beach cart that really came in handy. The beach club pool that we had access to during the peak season was very nice...the provides towels and has a bar that you can order drinks and food from. The neighborhood pool was very nice too. The patio was great to rock on and enjoy the sunrise. It was a bit hot once the sun came up, but became very comfortable again in the late afternoon early evening. The sand dunes b/w the condo and beach have many turtles roaming around which our kids really loved! We definitely recommend this rental property and hope to return again in the future.

The place was very nice; parking sometimes was an issue because people not staying there would park there for beach access. This should be changed. Otherwise the place was great and we will definitely be back here.

Stunning View!
This is a gorgeous condo in a perfect location. Plenty of room and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the 3 rocking chairs on the balcony. Quick and easy walk to the boardwalk down to the beach. There is beach equipment in a closet downstairs and lots of extra towels and sheets in the linen closet upstairs. Although it was warm in the evening and we didn't need it, I was disappointed that the fireplace did not work. I assume it was turned off for the season? It was one of the reasons I splurged on this particular condo so I would have been upset if it had been cooler and I'd wanted to use it. Suggestions for the owner: the master bath shower curtain is molded; needs to be cleaned/replaced. I didn't see a printed guide to the condo- this would have been helpful to know where extra supplies are stored, maybe some local points of interest/suggested restaurants.

Would give 4 1/2 stars??
The location could not be better!! Beautiful views-sunrises, full moon, boats at night and morning star! Master bedroom needs a full update: from furniture, mattress, linens(they are thread bare) etc. Also big closet downstairs needs to be cleaned. Could use more glasses. Could use another rocker on deck. The other bedroom upstairs is decorated quite nicely. All said and done we would use it again in the future. Very enjoyable! Thanks

Perfect for a family of 5-6.
We enjoyed our stay. The downstairs main living area is open and spacious. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and it was very comfortable. My husband loved the 2 rocker recliners! We don't often find rockers in rental units. And he loved the wooden rockers on the patio.
We had an awesome view of the beach and the condo is located right next to the Summer Beach Club. One perk, We were provided a key to access the beach club, but we were here in November and the Beach Club was closed. We would love to come back when the Beach Club is open.
The master bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Our other guests did complain the queen bed in the other bedroom was squeaky when you moved, but comfortable.
There were some stains on the carpet in the hallway which would be expected in a rental, but the condo was clean otherwise.
We were here on a cold weekend and we enjoyed the faux fire in the fireplace and the heated blower in the fireplace. It made the chilly evenings cozy.
Overall, we will definitely return.

Great Place
this condo is beautifully decorated and centrally located. They have a wonderful Green Space to play with the kids and access to the beach is very close. These are older units but this one has been renovated and it is nice. It's also well-stocked. We had young children with us and they even had a baby gate which was a huge surprise and we were super grateful for it. We will definitely stay here again

At least it’s on the beach
Gave it 2 stars for the location, on the ocean, but that’s where it stops. The place was a bit run down and outdated compared to the pictures (carpet stains, ripped patio furniture, generally unclean). There were not enough chairs to sit around the table, there were no trash bags for the kitchen garbage, there was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher after every run. We had to put the screens in the master beds room windows, which were sitting in the closet. When we got in (which was not available for 45 minutes after the time we were told) there was garbage on the counter, probably bc the cleaning people had no trash bags to put it in. There were also wet towels in the drier that we had to run in order for us to have clean towels. We usually rent someplace along the coast, Kiawah island last year and stayed in a beautiful condo, similar price to this one. Summer the owner was very friendly but the condo was not what we were expecting. Lastly, the checkout process was annoying. You have to strip the sheets, start a load of towels before leaving or they will charge you and run the dishwasher. Felt like we were staying at a friends house that was putting us up for free. Again, not quite what we were expecting.
