This contemporary beach view townhome villa in Fernandina Beach awaits you. Fully furnished for fun island living, the 2 level home features 10 foot ceilings with ceiling fans in a spacious setting with 3 bedrooms, 1/bedroom/family room, and 4 baths. It sleeps 8 in beds but in a pinch with a chair bed and a sofa bed, could sleep 10. Perfect for generational families, providing semi independent two living areas; with 2BRs, 2BAs, LR, KT upstairs and 2BR, 2BAs, LR, Kitchenette downstairs. Both levels have flat screen tv's with DISH network. The property also features three outdoor spaces. Across the street is almost 13 miles of enchanting beach. Within 5 minutes are four challenging golf courses. And also close by is historic downtown Fernandina Beach and waterfront featuring restaurants, bars, antique shops and beautiful historic buildings. Boating, fishing, horseback riding, nature trails, bike paths are all also close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staying at this property. The home was very spacious and we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked which we appreciated because we cook most of our meals in. Location was very nice, literally across the street from the beach and only 10 minutes from downtown.

Lots of room with plenty of sleeping areas with clean, fresh sheets and nice privacy for the family. Didn't find info packet about the townhouse until right before we left -- unable to use the hall bathroom shower because we could never get warm water -- the info about how to make it work was in the packet by the TV (we didn't watch much TV)! Location was good for access to public beach. If you have a large SUV, parking can be a little tight -- we were in Suburban XL and could not get in the garage. Our contact, Carlton, was extremely responsive and answered all messages very promptly.

We loved the house. Peek of ocean view but beach right across street. A great location on the island. We had several problems arise beyond the owners control, but he was in touch with us throughout the ordeal and took care of us at the end. A great interaction with the owner, all of us seniors still had a great time. The townhouse is very spacious. We could have had a little more instructions on the TV, but are not really to tech savy?

What a wonderful home.. just so spacious and easy for a big family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ..a wonderful great great living room and easy access to the ocean and even a great tiki bar next door ha we'll be back again this place was amazing ....I loved the decorating and the furniture tastfully done!

It was easy to secure this property, arrive and enjoy. Check out was seamless. Manager was nice to let us in early. Well appointed, great location and great balconies for the breeze. Appreciated all the beach toys and towels, too!

Our family enjoyed our long weekend at the beach. The house was clean and spacious. It was a short walk across the street to the beach, and the beach chairs/toys were in good condition. The central location was great with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Overall positive. Locks on entry are tricky. Plenty of parking. Super spacious inside and well equipped home including brand new outdoor grill. Location is noisy but quick walk to beach. Outside of building needs cleaning and attention to both porches in that there were active bees nests.

The home is very spacious with 4 very large bedrooms with comfortable beds and 4 very spacious bathrooms. The main living room, dining area and kitchen all in a very open space with all windowed doors making it bright & comfortable & easy to cook for a family. The kitchen is very well stocked with dish ware & bake ware as we even cooked our Thanksgiving meal there! The beach is very wide & beautiful just across the street. The house is well stocked with beach chairs & beach towels and a Weber charcoal grill that produced great steaks! The Surf restaurant right next door had great food and live entertainment. We would stay at the home again as Fernandina Beach and the historic town were also enjoyable. Fort Clinch was also a nice place to visit and hike. Excellent stay!

Beautiful home ❤️. This beach property was perfect for our group of 8. The two story layout gave the older and younger generation a nice little separation. We enjoyed the balconies for morning coffee and stunning sunrises. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of seating around the table and in the living room. There is garage parking for 2 vehicles and not really anymore parking in the driveway area. The owner was very responsive in helping us with our parking needs. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty to do in the area for all ages and interests. Many great restaurants to choose and all restaurants and stores we visited were abiding by covid restrictions with masks and sanitation. You will not be disappointed with your stay here and Carlton (the owner) is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Nicely maintained beach house. Bigger than we needed, but good for guests coming and going. With 4 bedrooms and baths, house would be perfect for multi- generation family. Exterior needs work. Garage and shared garage courtyard were difficult to maneuve cars.. Responsive owner arranged alternative parking with motel next door for guest overflow. Nice beach across street. Commercial neighborhood. Surf restaurant next door is convenient with decent food.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will likely stay again if it is available. We were traveling with older people, so we were pleased to learn that every room had access to walk in showers. We weren’t expecting this, and this was truly a plus. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to prepare fast lunches or sit down dinners. We accidentally bought whole coffee beans and were pleasantly surprised to find even a coffee grinder in the kitchen! I noticed that some of the reviews complained about uncomfortable beds. This was not our experience. All of our family raves about the great sleep they were getting each night on their beds. This made me think the hosts had switched out the beds based on guest feedback. My only recommendation for the host would be to supply beach umbrellas and a beach cart for the guests. The beach is a short walk, but for older guests they thought it was a bit of a trek carrying their chair and supplies. It would be super nice if we could have just loaded a small beach cart for them and carried the stuff down along with umbrellas. Loved the property overall. Great value and would easily stay again.

We loved our stay at Carlton's place. He was very responsive to any questions that we had. Overall the house is huge, much bigger than the pictures show. Very clean, and enough room for our large group (lots of bathrooms). Great location, right across the street from the beach. Would definitely return!

We loved visiting Amelia Island and can’t imagine a better place to stay while there. The beach house was larger than I imagined with plenty of room for us to spread out. Everything we needed was there including the beautiful beach just steps from the house. We loved it and hope to return soon.

HUGE town-house. With six people staying at the town-house we had great gathering spots, but also had our own area to relax and have some quiet and private time. Right next to a very nice restaurant and close to beach access. Very clean and well appointed. We stayed in the "Queen" bed suite and even though it has a softer mattress than our personal bed it was comfortable and I was able to sleep just fine. VERY quiet. We only heard a loud motorcycle late at night when it was very quiet in the house. We would spend several more days at this same location.

Carlton was very friendly and responsive. The house is set up great for multiple families with the downstairs bedroom and kitchenette with additional living space. It's right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this beach house since it was clean, extremely spacious and in close proximity to the beach. The owner was very responsive anytime we had a question. Also the property was stocked with everything that you could need for a beach vacation such as beach chairs, beach towels, kids beach toys, surfboards, kite etc. Unfortunately the Surf restaurant next door was closed for renovations during our stay but the grocery store was two miles down the road. I would definitely recommend this property.

The home was clean. Lots of natural light and close to the beach. Had a great common space and lots of bathrooms. While this place advertises that it sleeps 8, this is not quite accurate. There was a comfortable king in one room and two twins in another upstairs. Downstairs, a super squeaky, uncomfortable full bed and two couches. The unit could be greatly improved if the downstairs mattress was upgraded and perhaps two pull out bed/coaches were added (one upstairs and maybe one downstairs). Also dresser drawers could be clean/lined. We had 8 people (two couples and 4 kids). Two of the kids slept on the couches but beds would have been more preferable and the squeaky bed kept my friends up and led to three nights of terrible sleep. We would go back if bed situation was improved.
