"A little slice of heaven!" is what you'll say when you stay at this beautifully decorated, oceanfront beach home with a gorgeous in-ground pool. This fabulous 6 bedroom with a sleeping den, 4 bath home has been transformed from top to bottom into a vacation oasis. On the outside, new paint, doors, and windows have been added and additional square footage on the ocean side porches now makes for comfortable gathering and relaxing areas.
The first floor features a wood-floored media room with a flat panel TV and Stereo which allows access to the first-floor porch leading to the ocean-side pool.
A guest bedroom with a King bed and flat panel TV and shares a full, Jack & Jill bath with a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and flat panel TV and is oceanfront! This jack n jill bathroom features 2 separate marble-topped vanities and a tiled, walk-in shower. Another ocean-side bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. The remaining bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a marble top vanity and a tile surround tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway and features full-size appliances.
The second floor boasts spectacular ocean views from the open and airy main living area. The living room is outfitted with a sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs, 46" flat panel TV/DVD/Stereo, gas fireplace, access to the second-floor porch, wood floors and commands the best view of the ocean and beach. The dining room seats 8 and also boasts an amazing ocean view. The kitchen features white cabinets, granite countertops, and a stainless, under-mount sink on the island which has 3 stools. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A white tile backsplash complements the clean, contemporary look. Another jewel in this home is the primary suite with an en suite bath. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Great location on ocean boulevard, but beac erosion ongoing. The boardwalk shown in picture on line is no longer there and neither are the dunes. Beach still accessible but at high tide down to 10-15 feet from property. Worse to the south of property as several pools and most house boardwalks are compromised. Fortunately for us it was mostly low tide during the day and beach had plenty of room.

The house and location were great! The ocean was right out our back door! Pool was big and had plenty of seating with nice cushions! Porches were perfect! Beds were cozy! We had a great time! Thanks you!

The East Island Rentals Associates are the best! They helped us again in scheduling a week at the beach. The house was clean and in a great location away from the main beach. Having the private pool is a plus, and it is a good size. The home is a good size for our family of 13. Definitely need golf carts though to travel into town to shop and eat. There is plenty of outside seating. We have rented this home several times. We liked the extra refrigerators. Perfect addition. It was another great week making memories.

We had a great experience. It is the second time we have rented through East Island Rentals. We hope to return again sometime in the future. The house was as it was advertised. The layout was a bit confusing the first day. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen.

While there were a couple of issues with this vacation home, overall it is a wonderful property. We would definitely return.The house layout is perfect for families with older children as the upper floor has a dorm-like feel with 4 beds and lots of room to spread out. The only drawback being there is no bathroom on this floor. There is a hall bathroom on the next lower floor that was used by our teen. There were ample bedrooms on the first and second floors for the rest of our family. The beds could be better but there were lots of pillows and good linens.The porches are huge with very comfortable seating. We spent a lot of our time there, watching the waves. Alert! There is a rocker on the second floor porch that will rock you right on over backwards if you rock too freely!We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was well worth the extra fee to have it heated.We had trouble with the elevator our entire stay. It was the main reason we chose this house as our eldest family member has mobility issues so we were unhappy. The property manager was quick to respond to our reports and send help. However, in my opinion the elevator shouldn’t be so prominently advertised as an asset when its performance is tricky.The only other drawback was the state of the cabinets, drawers and pantry shelves. Maybe it’s because we stayed at the end of the season so a year-end cleaning had not yet happened but all the cabinet shelves and drawers were dirty and sticky as were the pantry shelves. Ick. A few of us are pretty picky so we had to do a wipe down on the worst of them.Overall, those two issues were more than compensated for by the comfort and charm of the house. I missed it the moment we left the driveway. A very memorable vacation for our family.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our group and an amazing location. The only thing I would say needs updated is the primary bed. It had a hump in the center caused by blocks under the frame. Other than that the mattress was comfortable. Like I said the house overall was amazing.

Perfectly situated on the ocean front, this houses close proximity to the beach and its pool were amazing. 8 ladies descended for a girls weekend and all enjoyed. The inside of the house could use some updating, yet everything worked and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We did call management to help with the elevator and they came over promptly to provide us with some helpful tips. Loved our stay and would definitley come back,

We never stayed at IOP/SC and I think this will be our go-to vacay location from now on. The beach house was a little worn but lovely; the only challenge was the bathroom layouts. We paid a good amount for a week at this beachfront home. It is a good beachfront location with a pool. The house really needs some maintenance and upkeep to make it worth the money. We pulled up and went up the stairs from the carport. We were greeted with a filthy door leading into the first level. The first level has 4 BR and 2 baths. We opened the door and were greeted with a musty aroma. Wow not a good start. I went back down to grab the elevator to get our stuff to the second level. After 10 minutes of trying to get the elevator to work ( including going to each of the 3 floors it stops at) I couldn’t get any door to the elevator to open. Called the rental agency and they sent out a maintenance person. We finally got an elevator door open and I took a load to the second floor. Tried to open the elevator door and again I couldn’t get it open. Another call to the rental agency and maintenance came back out. The solution was to give us a metal rod to stick in a hole in the door to push a switch up so the elevator doors will open. Not very comfortable to ride a sketchy elevator. The rest of the house has dirty couches and chairs in the den, dirty cabinets around the handles, wasp nests above the front door, and just overall a not well maintained house. If I were you I wouldn’t stay here.

The house's location and proximity to the beach were excellent, but the house itself was not on par with the high standards of care and cleanliness we typically experience when renting homes on Isle of Palms. This house could be really lovely if someone just took the time and effort to clean it properly and give it a lick of paint. We were frequently going up and down 2 flights of steps because the main living area was on the third floor. We rented the house with that in mind but we were counting on the elevator because of issues we have climbing steps. Unfortunately the elevator was unreliable. The button on the first floor never worked and the workaround was only occasionally successful. The grill didn't have gas when we arrived, even though we specifically called and requested that. It was easy to get a tank but we had to drive to the office to get it. We did enjoy the covered porches on the second and third floors. We liked the pool and the close walk to the beach. There was a ping pong table and paddle boards as well as 4 beach chairs (except 1 was broken). There were 3 of the 5 rockers that were broken and the company removed them quickly but we never received replacements. Most of the exterior door knobs/locks were hard to open and close (welcome to the salt air at the beach). There was a broken cover for one of the skimmer baskets for the pool that the pool company had to come and fix.

the house was tired and needed to be updated with new furniture for the living rooms. The pool and beach access were nice but furniture needed updating. For $15,500 a week it should have been nicer and up to date. Not going back next year. Have booked a cottage at another beach for next year.

We had another fabulous week on the Isle of Palms while we stayed at 312 Ocean Blvd. The home is located far from the main beach which made it more private. After swimming, paddle boarding, and surfing, it was great to use the private pool. The home was perfect for our family of 12 ranging from 19 to 75. Having the extra refrigerator was great.

This was not the first time I stayed at this address. I will say houses and places are what you make of it. There were 6 sisters all over 50 for 1 week. We loved it because we love each other and that was the important thing. When I stayed several years back it was awesome how ever it is a bit run down . The windows are rotten through and floors warped rugs could be replaced some painting could be done and bannisters outside could be fixed. Do not ask for heated pool . Now big question would I stay here again ? YES!!!!! because it was about the memories not as much the place. It will always have a place in my heart. 10000000000000 dollar view!

We enjoyed our stay. The setting is beautiful however, the house needs significant maintenance including painting the inside and outside. The Bed Linens, Blankets and Bedspreads are in great need of replacement.We stayed in this property two years ago and will choose another property for our next trip. East Island Rentals is a wonderful company to work with and we have nothing but good reviews for their service and response!

Kitchen has newer appliances and is well outfitted (although no ice in the fridge). Suggestions from East Island for personal chef was outstanding. Loved dinner from Chef John! If we had any complaint it would be that the house badly needs to be painted and the garage was moldy. Understand salt water and humid conditions make it hard but it is the first impression. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Although it could use some updating and tic on the outside, everything was nice and very well located. We enjoyed the location and LOVED the pool that we didn't have to share with others. Access to the beach was easy. Vacation was amazing this year and have already booked the same week for next year.

We enjoyed our stay at 312 Ocean Blvd.; however, the house needs lots of work. I left detailed information with East Island Realty. I loved the fact that the main living area was on the top floor because this allowed for a wonderful breeze all day long.

This was our third home to rent on Isle of Palms through East Islands Rentals and as usual, the location and beach setting are second to none. East Island Rentals is extremely organized and helpful from beginning to end and we have loved staying in their properties. Unfortunately, however, this property fell below our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep for the premium price tag that one is asked to pay to stay on Isle of Palms. This house is desperately in need of attention, starting with a complete coat of paint, both inside and out. The walls were badly scuffed and dented in the stairwell, the wood on the window ledge in the living room was rotting and there was no hot water in the kitchen for washing dishes. The elevator never worked during our stay and we did not call maintenance, as we did not want to share our vacation with a repair crew. The main living area is at the top of this home and requires climbing several sets of stairs to access, so if the elevator is important to your group this may not be the best house for you. Overall, this home has the potential to be wonderful but just needs a bit of time and money invested by the owners to reach its full potential!
