Superb

Good and nice location. Friendly host, apartments were spacious and tidy. It had everything we needed, though we missed bottle opener :)

Exceptional

Lovely apartment, everything was well presented and clean. The lady I met at the start of my stay was very friendly and showed me around the place to help familiarise.

Had a slight issue with the induction hob. Some of the pans in the apartment were not induction hob friendly, so they couldn't be used. Also, a card was needed for the bins it would have been useful if there was one for each apartment rather than a shared one.

very good option for couples or small families who want to stay close to the city centre

very well located, 10 min walk from centre. nice building and comfortable apartment

i would only change the type of lighting (warmer, instead of white), and wifi didnt reach the bedroom, but it was okay

If you don't expect much

Nice apartment, nice location, they agreed to give the apartment keys later than expected due to my late arrival. Communication was ok

Not enough kitchenware, even for small breakfast, one medium pot not adequate for induction and one giant pot not sure for what… scratched pan and that’s it. No microwave. WC buttons broken so nonstop water flash (you have to push many times to stop). Run out of hot water in the middle of my shower, on the phone they have instructed to wait for the boiler to reheat, had to wait with shampoo in my hair and than there was only enough to wash my hair very quickly. When I complained the reply was that 15 minutes are more than enough for a shower… So this place is ok if you only need to sleep and not more than that (i.e. not recommended if you need to shower or cook breakfast etc.)

Spacious, clean, renovated. Soap and shampoo were provided. It was a good value for money for our stay.

Wifi signal was a little bit weak in the bedroom, but fine overall. Hangers are missing in the bathroom - no toilet paper hanger, no towel hanger (had to use the lira), no place to put the shampoo/shower gel. Also, no option to turn off the boiler (I prefer to turn it off while taking a shower as a safety precaution). It was a little bit noisy on the first day of our stay due to other residents in the building.

Good location

Not as clean as it could have been. Not enough cups and glasses for 4 Beds uncomfortable Main bedroom needs blinds, woke up early because room was too light

nice flat but hard mattress and some problems n the bathroom

The flat is in a good location (near city centre and bus stop) and has been recently renovated, thus providing a pleasant environment.

On arrival we were only given one set ok keys: this was a big problem for us as we move independently. After a prolonged discussion we were given the cleaners' keys 2 hours later. The flat is pleasant but the mattress for us is very hard and we did not sleep well. The bathroom could do with a toilet roll holder and some towel rails (not just the radiator). The bathroom needs a plumber's attention: neither the shower nor the basin drained well and the WC big button resulted in an endless water flash which (mysteriously) only ended when the button for a small flash was pushed.

Superb

The communication with Monica and Kristina was excellent. They were very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The building itself was quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The wifi was a bit intermittent. I would suggest putting in a microwave oven too. And perhaps a couple of wine glasses.

Fair to average, problems we had are easily fixed. Host needs to ensure all services are working.

The apartment was clean.

WiFi was a struggle. Had to communicate with host to ensure router was operable as it was located in a different apartment. Also, power went out to unit, but CB Box that controlled outrage was also not in apartment. Says for 45 minutes without power waiting for response from host to instruct as that there was a second CB panel in the stairwell of building.
