The bungalow is in a nice quiet area of Malvern with small, tidy lawn with glass table and 3 chairs at the rear. Big, airy kitchen and generally bigger than expected for a 2 bed bungalow. Beds were comfy to sleep in. Shower had good pressure.
Mobile phone coverage very poor for Vodafone and O2 networks, in hindsight, probably expected when you realise the close proximity of the Malvern Hills. A long and hilly walk into Malvern itself especially on a hot day as it was for us.
Almost impossible to cook even the most basic meal. The oven was filthy and a fire hazard, smoked and set off the smoke alarm. This has been mentioned in previous reviews so it is disappointing this has not been addressed. As someone with special dietary requirements it is often not possible to eat out so staying in this type of accommodation is essential for me. To not be able to use the cooking facilities is not acceptable. The pots, pans and frying pan were very old, scratched and rusty. I had to buy a new frying pan in order to be able to cook. The only glassware suitable for the microwave was too big to fit in the microwave ! Dinner plates too big also for the microwave.
The microwave stopped working intermittently and you had to keep increasing the time on the dial in order to get it to work. There was no handwash/soap in the bathroom although multiple bottles of shower gel and shampoo. I also had to buy a dishcloth as nothing was supplied. Dishwasher but no powder provided (which is the norm in previous stays at other accommodation). Washing machine door closed and horrible smell when you opened it (so left it open). Generally a damp smell throughout the whole property so doors and windows were fully opened while we were there.
No blind at the bathroom window – frosted glass only so don’t put the light on and have a shower !
No Welcome Pack - even a small bottle of milk would have been appreciated after a 5 hour drive to get there.
Decking in the garden felt as if it was going to collapse at any moment. Generally the whole place needs a good deep clean (as also mentioned by previous reviews) and maintenance issues sorted immediately.

the views of the malvern hills from the bungalow if you had a dog with you the walk right opposite the bungalow was really nice and flat but with good views the bungalow was home from home

It was just what we expected, spacious enough, dog tolerant & very clean.
Only slight niggle was we would have slept better with blackout curtains. Both of us awoke early due to early morning sun.

Perfect location to walk the hills and get into town. Really clean and smart and garden perfect for sitting out on an evening. Great to be able to park 3 cars. Dog friendly, thank you

Very comfortable bungalow

Beautiful, well presented bungalow. In our group was 2 elderly disabled adults, access was a little challenging but the inside was roomy and spacious.
The access slightly challenging with disabled guests. Access to the property grounds is very tight opening to drive into.

Quiet location , clean bungalow, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, everything we needed and more , a good sized garden and pet friendly too.
Garden decking not quite finished so inquisitive dogs may need to be kept on a lead

Lovely location ideal for dogs and very peaceful
There was no handholds at all in the bath shower and at 87 I couldn't risk using either in case I fell

Beautiful, clean and comfortable bungalow, very close to Malvern Hills which was our main reason for visit. There is even a path that takes you straight to the hills right outside the house. The kitchen is well equiped, the living room had two comfy couches and the blankets were warm amd cosy. Lovely private garden. The bunglow is walking distance to the town centre with unique little shops and quite a few charity shops which we loved. Worcester is also 20 minutes drive for shopping and lovely restaurants. We highly recommend Hanbao burger restaurants - decent childrens portion. MALVERN SPLASH is excellent if you have young kids. Booking in advance is essential. There is sainsbury just 7 minutes down the road and next to it there is a lovely playground.
We had a fantastic week in Malvern and we will definitely stay here again.

The bungalow was very clean and tidy. The breakfast cereal and preserves were a nice touch. Very pleasant and peaceful
To many smelly incense bottles for me as they make me sneeze.

It was absolutely spotless. Enclosed garden for the dogs.
Board games would have been a little bonus.

Cheap mattresses which you could count every single spring with a feather.

Great location for exploring Great and Little Malvern...fields nearby to walk the Dog and a great corner shop with everything in it. The bungalow was very clean and the host had been generous with breakfast cereals which the kids loved.
Liked the free WiFi. Liked the garden at the back.
We left our feedback in the bungalow and we are sure the host will improve the bungalow as funds will allow.

The location of the bungalow was fantastic for walks to the malvern hills. The bungalow really suited us as a small family and our dog really enjoyed the garden. It was really useful to have a driveway also. The cleanliness was superb.

We had a lovely stay and all in the bungalow was spotless. The enclosed garden was good as we had our dog with us. There were plenty of walks leading to the main walking paths just across the road. We would definitely recommend Malvern bungalow. Thank you Vicky! The Malvern Hills and surrounding area are really worth to visit. All car parks by the main walking paths are about £4.50 for the whole day. Ledbury is also a nice market town to visit if you want to treat yourself with some nice gifts. Enjoy!
