Beautiful wildlife, fiery sunsets, and tranquil surroundings are part of the charm of this townhouse. Surrounded by 1200 miles of shoreline in the heart of Sumter National Forest visitors will enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, and most of all relaxing. Walking trails located in the three nearby state parks affords opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of a landscaped wooded lot, the townhouse is located close enough to McCormick for a quick trip to the grocery store yet far enough away for complete quiet and relaxation. Restaurants are located within a few miles of the property and after a day of golfing or boating there is no need to cook. We just spent two weeks at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. We stayed with a larger group and were pleased that the hot water heater kept up with our needs. The check in process was easy and fast. Our host Tom and Debra were so pleasant to deal with and were available at all times for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental for families and friends.

First, the hosts are easily accessible and ready to make your experience the best. The lodging is quite attractive, but still comfortable. The recently updated areas are beautiful and make it even better. It was impeccably clean and has everything you need. The location on the lake is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet. I literally can’t find anything to criticize!

This was an absolute great place to stay for a larger group. The bedrooms are privately spaced & it has an open concept living/dining area & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We are planning to stay again next year.

Tom was easy to deal with. House was as described in a nice location. Everything you need was there. We only really slept there since we were visiting family near by for Thanksgiving. But beds and furniture were comfortable and clean.

The view looking out over the lake was very nice. The location was very convenient to the different neighborhoods and golf courses. The house is obviously an older home and needs some updating. We were disappointed we could not use the fireplace because the propane had not been filled. The owner Tom was quick to respond and did offer to give us another night because of the inconvenience. There were two sets of check out instructions and some items contradicted each other, which caused confusion.

This is the second year staying at this home. I love the fact that Tom has every kitchen utensil, pots, pans, dishes that you will ever need. The home is quiet and nice. Anyone that you do happen to meet is polite. Super close to Elijah State Park which is why we chose this house. My only complaint is that there are no blinds in the living area and no blinds in the kids bedroom (with 3 beds) which prohibits privacy and sleeping in. Another big annoyance is the fridge. It leaks pretty bad and filling up water bottles is a big nuisance. Deff won't stop us from coming back but those 2 things are pretty annoying. Thank you Tom for another amazing stay

I didn’t stay…we rented for our family. Daughter and her family have stayed here twice before, but I have never even been in it. Two complaints…smell in carpet in bathroom and no soap for shower. Otherwise, they were happy with it.

First, the host is the very best in every way. The view of the lake is awesome from the entire back side of the condo and the back deck. There is access just steps down to the shoreline for fishing, boating, and swimming. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our three generations of family to play together or retreat for a bit of relaxation. There is a great grocery store about 5 miles away, and a convenience store about 1 mile away. We have rented this property multiple times over the years, and we have found no negatives!

We enjoyed our stay during the Memorial Day weekend. We are repeat customers! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The house is clean and has a great layout that allows each of the 3 bedrooms to have privacy. Plenty of room on the back deck for grilling and enjoying the view of the lake. The location of the home is in a very nice neighborhood. This was our second time renting!

This townhouse was one of the best we have stayed in. The area is quiet and beautiful. It is in a rural area but grocery shopping and a couple of restaurants are within 15 minutes drive. Communication with hosts was very good. Supplies for townhouse were great. It was very clean. We stayed for the month of September and would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough space for 4 of us...could've handled 2-3 more. The neighborhood was very quiet, couldn't beat the water view. Even with 2 days of on/off rain, we were not discouraged. The house supplied everything we needed and then some. The surrounding area is mostly country...farm land and what not. But that's what we like. For fishermen, the boat landing was very close by. We appreciated the family time together.

Perfect location...

We were in town for a family party and this was the perfect location for us. We only used it for the weekend but I could see spending a week here and being comfortable, especially with a family. The place is very well stocked and there is plenty of seating for both dining and reclining. You can't beat the water view. I was told the large bed in the kids room is pretty lumpy, actually the one adult person who slept in it felt they sank into the middle and the ceiling fan in the master squeaks on and off but those were really our only complaints. It's spacious, has a very homey feel, and we all loved the entry way. I would recommend this property to family and friends and if we are all coming to the area again to visit with our relatives, we will definitely look into staying here again. Communication with the owner was easy and we are so happy we found this place.
