This home is the perfect place to meet your getaway needs. Great backyard relaxing! Outdoor grill on the Patio Cabana, with an open backyard for kids and Fido to play. Sit by the pool in a relaxing chaise lounge or enjoy a cold drink under the tiki table and later Curl up next to a loved one after the sunset next to the fire pit. Close proximity to downtown for night life and 2 miles from the Historic London Bridge and exciting Island Channel. Plenty of room in your 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Master bedroom has queen bed, bathroom, walk-in closet and exit to patio. Second Bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser. Third bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a dresser. Living room and family room with fire place. Smart TVs with access to Hulu and Netflix via your own account with internet access and direct TV channels and high speed internet included. Outside amenities include , fire pit, BBQ and pool and relaxing seating. Must provide copy of drivers license before renting. Dogs by approval of Owner. There is a 100.00 non-refundable pet fee. For safety there are security camera located at entry to home.

Nice 3 bedroom house with a great floor plan. The highlight of the house is the backyard. Great pool, BBQ area and nice seating available in both sun and shade.

We have stayed at Poppy 2x and find it to be central located, it’s a good price and a very nice pool and grill. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and just minutes from Planet Fitness, thrift stores, the marina and 2 dog parks. We have 2 60 lbs dogs so it is nice to give them plenty of exercise. We actually enjoy the 100-115 temps. It was a relaxing month, plenty of exercise and we enjoy Lake Havasu’s small town feel, it’s extremely easy to navigate. We recommend a stay at the Poppy Ln. house.

My husband and I along with our golden retriever spent the week basking in the sunshine after driving in from MN. This home checked all the boxes, clean, quiet, and comfy bed (bonus: gorgeous private backyard with pool!) We drove down to the bridge every morning to take a walk and see the sites. Great place to bring your pet. Definitely would rent this place again!

I am a clean freak & the cleanliness of this home exceeded my expectations! This property was perfect for my husband & I, and our little dog Boots. We especially enjoyed sitting in the sunshine by the pool in the afternoon, barbecuing & eating on the patio, & enjoying a warm fire by the chimmania/ fire pit. The beds were super comfy with soft cozy sheets & bedding. The neighbors were friendly & neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe👍

We addressed several issues with the hosts they came to property promptly and tried to rectify these issues however major issue was not being able to safely go in and out of pool this issue couldn’t be fixed so we had to leave we would highly recommend this vacation home and would love to come back if pool rails were installed the hosts are lovely people and tried to make us comfortable

Home was very comfortable. Pool was awesome. Loved how much space the home had. I missed some stuff from my kitchen like my griddle. Garage parking was nice (WARNING when arriving at night beware of drain in driveway). Overall I would highly recommend this rental to everyone

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The owners are very nice and had great communication. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the pool, which was surprisingly cooler than other pools in the area. And plenty of room for our boat in the driveway. We’ll definitely be back next time.

The house is beautiful and fully stocked. Pool was perfect to relax after the lake. Bbq area is nice to grill and entertain. Back yard is big and cozy. We had a great time. Audrey was very responsive to text messages. We will rent the house again. Highly recommend.

A well stocked home. Everything you would need is there. The pool is beautiful and the home is so perfect for entertaining your family and friends. This was kind of a family reunion. Our son and his wife and our grandson live in Lake Havasu. Others that came in for the weekend were able to stay with them and us. So everyone had a comfortable time. If you want a great place to stay that is comfortable and you want to be able to ask questions of the owners, this is the place to stay.

My experience was excellent except....and this is meant for all new VRBO renters as well as those who own the VRBO properties in warm weather locations. All the photos and words describing the property showed a beautiful pool and pool area. And it was beautiful however, the pool was unusable as it is not heated. Many experienced renters may know but it was a huge disappointment to not be able to use the pool for the entire month I stayed. I suggested that perhaps the renter can have an option to pay the bill to heat the pool if a heating system is available. I will be very careful to ask in the future and will definitely use VRBO again. The house I rented was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Janet

We had a great time in Lake Havasu City and truly enjoyed our stay at this home with our little dog! The house was very comfortable and it was easy to communicate with the owners! Super friendly! The time of year was too cool for the pool, but it was nice to sit outside in the sun and grill our food in the patio area. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Audrey and Bill!

It has been a stressful year for many. For us, not only adjusting to a new normal with covid, we lost my husband's beloved elderly parents after caring for them in their home for 7 months. Getting away to Lake Havasu and staying at this comfortable home, sharing Thanksgiving with dear friends at the house, cruising on a sunset cruise, walking along the London Bridge, eating excellent food at nice restaraunts, was an awesome get away! We hope to rerurn in the near future. Thank you!

Check in was easy, owner communication was excellent. The house was clean, convenient to the lake and had a lot of great amenities. We didn’t want to leave, the kids had an amazing time in the pool. Nice and cool inside air conditioning, stocked kitchen. Really couldn’t have asked for more!

What a blast!

What a blast!

We had such a fun time staying at the house! It is very spacious and comfortable. We had seven people in our group, four adults and three teenagers. It was also the perfect house for our dogs! The parking was excellent for our boat and there is even a side parking area that we used for our jet skis. It was really nice that we didn’t have to unhook our toys when we got back from the lake. We also had full use of the garage, which was really nice to secure some of our belongings at night. The backyard, pool, and patio area are amazing. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and sitting on the patio. The layout really facilitates a comfortable and fun atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals- Dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, crockpot, blender, and much more! We were impressed with the kitchen’s stock. The living areas are really nice. They are decorated well and feel very inviting. The couches and futon are comfy. The TVs are nice and have smart tv options. There was also directv while we were there. All the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels for us to use as well. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We really appreciated her helpfulness throughout the process of renting the house. Overall, we immensely enjoyed our time. It was a wonderful homebase for us after a day on the lake, and was also very comfortable for the days we decided to simply spend In the pool. I definitely plan to rent this house again!

Communication with Audrey Fuller, the property owner, was great.. and she was always quick to respond. The house was clean, very spacious for the 6 guests in our party (even room for more), and accommodating for our small dog too. Loved the backyard pool serenity & proximity to the river (5-10 mins to London Bridge). Would definitely stay again!

The home is not fancy but it is very comfortable and the pool area is awesome. The kitchen is great with up to date appliances and the washer and dryer are located just outside the kitchen door in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great. Just minutes from everything...we loved it!

This was our first time using VRBO and Audrey made it a wonderful experience. The house was great! Stocked with anything you might need. We stayed for a week in July for my son's 13th birthday and the deep end of the pool was where he lived! We very much enjoyed our experience and would definitely book again!
