ABOUT THE SPACE
The master bedroom offers a king bed with premium bedding. After a day in the parks, sink into the relaxing comfort of a soothing soak in the bathtub, located in the master bath. The queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living area offers sleeping accommodations for two more people. An armoire with large, flat screen TV and DVD player provides down time entertainment.
The kitchen offers a full-sized stove and oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster and blender. Tableware, cookware, utensils, cutlery, and necessary linens are all provided for your convenience.
The second bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, also with premium bedding, bed table, and ceiling fan. Each bedroom provides a TV for individual viewing pleasure.

This relaxing resort boasts far more than a five-star location: a state-of-the-art fitness center, movie and DVD rentals, nature trails and walking paths winding away from the beautiful outdoor pools and simmering outdoor Jacuzzi- these are just a few of the wonderful amenities of this highly-rated resort. Take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere away from the noise and bustle of the nearby parks and relax poolside with a delicious drink or appetizer from the Pool Bar while the kids splash around in the Children’s Pool. Head over to the BBQ area in the early evening for a dinner grilling session with the family after a long day exploring the charm and excitement of Disney, or touring the magic of Harry Potter World. Dining options abound with a huge variety of restaurants just minutes from your cozy villa, but if you don’t want to spend all your money on restaurants, your gorgeous home away from home is equipped with a full kitchen and groceries can easily be gotten from the diverse selection of supermarkets less than a mile away.
Kick back and relax, or challenge friends and family to a game on one of the many sports courts. Everything you need, anything you want- all of that and more is right here, waiting for you.

Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
TAXES AND FEES:
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $15 plus tax Resort Fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
Resort Fee includes Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; sport courts & equipment: Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Ping-Pong; barbecue equipment; PressReader access; board games and puzzles rentals.
