PRIVATE ELEVATOR.- there are NO STEPS inside this top floor condo!! Perfect for wheelchairs or people who have trouble with the stairs. (There is also a staircase in case you prefer to not use the elevator). There is a ramp from the front sidewalk or our rear driveway that leads directly into the elevator which takes you directly up to our condo on top floor. The elevator door/entrance is key-code operated.

The enormous balcony could be your favorite place wake up and have your coffee, eat dinner, have some cocktails or just enjoy reading a book while basking in the sun or perhaps relaxing under the awning . It is the perfect spot to relax, catch the sunrise or just enjoy the sea breeze and of course people watch!
