The bed/s were comfortable. There were adequate utensils and cleaning supplies, stocked for cooking. There was accessible parking on the street (if you can find some) or the staff gave you a parking pass. Trash recepticle was easy to find and the staff was nice in answering any questions I had. The area was nice! Great walking distance to the town.. They have a market 📑 every Wednesday and Saturday. Place gets pretty lively. 👥 Can't talking about the trains as I didn't take public transport 🤷🏿♀️. It's not a bad spot, really.. Just the little knickknacks that makes it an uncomfortable situation..
Welp... its not the staff's fault that the decorum of the bldg 🏢 is not up to par, but upon entry to the bldg the smell of urine automatically graced itself. The elevator/s 🛗 needed love too (bless the man 🧍♂️ who cleans them). Prior yonreaching inside the apt.. not even gonna lie, that security box for the keys were a nightmare to open. Eventually, i got in to be greeted with a piece of plastic on the bed and a cup of cold coffee from Costa in the living room that the cleaners left behind. Not very appealing..Within the apt, the pots and pans 🍲needed some TLC along with the oven.
Apparently, whoever was last there the cleaners 🧹 didn't clean the oven (at all) leaving the smell of burning 💨 residue when I decided to cook. The place was clean, (well, from the looks of it), but the apt needed some TLC, especially the walls. In the masterbedroom it looked like water damage had taken effect.

Location is great.
Parking permit is weird to get. It's free, but you need to chat with them before you book? Because they do not give a permit on the day of arrival if it is not explicitly pre discussed. AND there's no way of purchasing it after.
General building cleanliness.

The location of the apartment is excellent the building is secure, the apartment is so close to the station which is absolutely wonderful we needed to get to work in central london and this made it so easy. The apartment was great modern, the bed was comfortable the bathroom was great clean modern, the layout is very modern it is a decent size for two people but it's a bit tight for a visitor.
There should have been instructions on how to use different things in the apartment on arrival, the heating, the wifi, where to take out the rubbish nothing was written down. We were so cold on the first night. We were unable to use the oven throughout the stay and we were there for a month, any question we had required us to message the host/manager wait for a reply from the host/manager so I would suggest a manual of some sort at the very least a piece of paper saying a few tips, where to take the rubbish etc.

Noise from the trains
A bit too pricy
4.1
nice furnishings, finishes and good location. nice to have had a washing machine and a fan during the heatwave
Checkin was a nightmare as instructions for code was incorrect! Entrance and lifts always dirty, No dishwasher, no aircon, very noisy building happening across the road and neighbours smoking and noisy

smaller than advertised

Swift communication with the host, easy access to the property, flat had everything one expects from apartment, all kitchen goods were there, working place, fast wifi.
It did not look like the flat had been vacuumed and dusted properly before our arrival, but I am sure this is an odd one out.

The facility was just okay mainly because of the location which is not too far from the city Centre (about 15 mins walk).
For a 2 bedroom apartment, the design would have been desirable to have a room en-suite with bathroom/toilet while a second bathroom/toilet can be for occupants in the second room and visitors. Most importantly, the central heating was non-functional throughout and all attempts to get the agents to fix the amenity was met with excuses and only promises till check out. That was not good at all.

The apartment was very clean with modern decor and furnishing. Rooms were a good size and comfy beds. Great location for our purpose, easy to get into London by train.

Close to City station and High street. Very modern good equipped flat. Parking spot allocated which was very helpful as parking in the city is a problem. Remember to ask in advance
It is located right next to the train tracks so very noisy as the trains go throughout the night

location was very good. the apartment was clean and comfortable.
There was a hitch accessing the property (instructions sent to wrong phone). The oven did not work. This was reported on arrival but there was no response.

Lovely view, very clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed
Would have been nice to have instructions on how to work TV, oven, turn heating down etc.
Also the lift was unexpectedly noisy - needs a service I think. Sofa not very comfortable

Very clean and modern apartment. Nice bathroom with powerful shower. Good size comfy bed.
Our apartment looked straight onto the railway line so woken at 6 by the trains. The heating/cooling system didn’t work and the apartment was very hot but couldn’t open the window due to the noise of the trains. The sofa was very hard, not great for long stays.
There was a Juliet balcony not a balcony as advertised. The Netflix also didn’t work.
