Welcome to another fantastic home from AnaheimVacationHouse.com! Come visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designed with modern decor and has been renovated inside out.
The main floor features three Cal-king master bedrooms with en-suites and two children's bedrooms. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and a shared hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47-inch LCD TV. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The house is furnished with hardwood floors throughout.
The open-concept main living room is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The custom dining room table has ample seating, and the kitchen island has additional seating. The main living room features a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.
A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen, and there is a second living room with queen sleeper beds on both sectionals. The game room is in the basement, with ping pong and a foosball table. Strollers, high chairs, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home is equipped with central air and heat; a queen air mattress is provided with additional bedding. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our office to ensure it will be on and at the right temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. The home is conveniently located 6-7 miles from Disneyland and about 6-7 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center.

Our family came to town for a wedding and all stayed in the home together. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and spaces to spread out. The pool was lovely.
There were some maintenance issues (doors that got stuck closed, spa jets not working, a/c vent that leaked onto a top bunk, a broken iron). Jeff, the maintenance person, was easy to reach and very communicative.
Before realizing the spa jets were broken, I had asked the property manager how to operate them. I didn't get the help (or responsiveness) I hoped for.
I'd recommend this property management company do regular checks on their property to keep it in tip top condition. While I appreciate Jeff's responsiveness and communication, due to factors out of his control most of the issues didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay and impacted our experience.

Very nice property. Well maintained. Attentive to immediate needs. Family friendly. Definitely would visit again. City rules for quit time was the only restriction hard for a family on leave.

Had a great time here. Lots of space but also we’ll set up for everyone to get together in the same room to hang out. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room for socializing and gathering. Huge table with lots of chairs that let us all eat Easter dinner together! Rooms were great too, home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more.

We arrived just after 6pm. to find the property was not ready and there were two men cutting holes into the walls to try to track down a leak that was causing damp in one of the bedrooms. We had had a very long journey, with a huge amount of traffic, and were looking forward to a fully functioning, relaxing environment. What we arrived in was far from it. You had all our mobile numbers, so there was no reason why we could not have been notified ahead of time of the problem.
As the property was not ready and there was a lot of noise and dust. we left them too it. When we returned later that evening, we found that one of the bedrooms was still uninhabitable due to the smell, dust and a large hole in the wall with plastic sheeting taped over it. We were then disturbed the following day by the cleaner who had come to change the bedding and do what she could with the bedroom. But the smell was too strong for anyone to sleep in there and we also have asthma sufferers in the family so could not risk it with the damp and dust. As a result two people had to share in bunk-beds which was not what they wanted to do. We had specifically booked your 6 bedroom villa rather than a cheaper 5 bedroom property as we wanted each of the young adults to have their own room. We had been in hotels for the previous two weeks so were looking forward to some much needed space.
In addition to the loss of a bedroom, and the regular problem with no heat in the spa/pool, we also had to deal with two potentially hazardous issues: a gas leak from the boiler and a faulty control knob on the cooker, that if set to the ‘off’ position in line with the other knobs, did not turn off the gas!
On a separate note, we were extremely concerned and uncomfortable about having cameras covering much of the downstairs of the villa and the potential invasion of our privacy. I understand the need for some surveillance when the property is un-occupied and that these cameras are not supposed to be active when the alarms are not set. But we do not know who controls them and whether they are on or off. With young women in the house I think that if you must have this level of security, that the cameras should be covered when the property is being rented.
As this is a recently converted property, I am sure that these are teething problems that can be resolved for future guests, but for us these were both a significant inconvenience and very risky given the two gas problems.

We had 16 on our family trip to Disneyland, plenty of space and bedrooms for all. Very nice to have ensuites in most of the bedrooms. We did have a hiccup with the alarm on the sliding door on a Saturday evening however they had it repaired promptly on Sunday morning. Tons of cookware, plates and cupboard storage. Great location with all amenities a short drive away.

We have a large, family with 12 adults and 8 grandchildren, the property was perfect to accommodate everyone in a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped to feed and serve this group. Everything was as advertised, we will stay again..

Beautiful property with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 14 people. We really enjoyed the huge dining table that everyone could gather around together all at once. The property manager was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall was a wonderful stay!

We loved this home. Plenty of room for everyone. About a 10 minute, easy drive to Disney. Perfect home for a large family. Alarm on the back door was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bathroom with each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s very spacious and was absolutely perfect for my group of 17! Would definitely come back! Super calm neighborhood, close to a school. Very clean and simple neighborhood. loved the area.

Good location close to Disney. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. House has some structural upgrades and some nice features (pool, life jackets, jacuzzi, entry gates, safety door alarm on door leading to pool which is great when you have small kids, plenty of space for our party, etc.). FYI - The loft room is only accessible by a steep, narrow spiral staircase. Not for small kids and seniors. A little harder for those with a little more weight on them. Whoever uses the loft should be in fairly good shape and able to carry the luggage in front of them the entire way up and down. Otherwise it's a struggle.
Had issues with cleanliness. The floors were filthy upon arrival. No mops or dusters provided. So, we bought them. Both couches have a sagging/sinking section. The leather ottomans were peeling and coming off on clothing or anything placed on them. The furniture needs to be replaced/updated. Some dishes/utensils were cloudy, not clean, and/or had film on them. We bought paper products. Dust was very visible on the plants and the air vents. There was hair in various showers. We cleaned the bathrooms and high touch surfaces, which you could see needed to be wiped.
Overall, the house is okay. It had ample space for our party and some nice-to-haves, but cleanliness and nice/presentable furnishings are a must, especially when pay as much as you do to rent a place for a week.

The Santa Ana home was clean and spacious and accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. Heated pool and spa was great as kids (and adults) could enjoy after a long day at Disney. Close to the shops (especially Starbucks) which was a bonus. Would definitely come back.

We were happy with the property. Communication was good location was great. The only negative was it was a bit dirty, not so dirty it was a problem but more like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. Pool was great, hot tub heated very fast. We would absolutely stay there again.

We have stayed at this home for two years in a row and love it! Our company rents it for us to stay at while exhibiting at the Natural Products Expo. Its a great location and after working a tradeshow all day, being able to go back to the quiet neighborhood and relax in the hot tub is amazing!!

Pros - The property is located at the nicer part of Anaheim and quick drive to amusement parks, etc. Big dining table and island that can seat at least 20 people. Decent number of bathrooms (5 total).
Cons - We paid extra for having bigger group but we ended up have to pick up paper towels and trash bags at a grocery store. The property management company only provided 3 trash bags for the entire 5 nights, 6 days stay and two small rolls of paper towels (not the big full size - this is the cheap quality that is half of the Bounty or Brawny brand). When we reached out, it took them 48 hours to respond and their answer was that’s all they provided. So we had to pick those up at a grocery store. Toilet paper is also limited. We were out all day for those 5-6 days, or else we would need to pick up additional toilet papers. While the house comes with 5 bathrooms, many of the bathrooms don’t have any hooks and towel rack/bar to hang up your towels. The bedsheets and blankets are not comfortable.

Property management only has 3 garbage bags for a whole week. Water softener had no salt in it. And the property manager turned the hot tub off the last full day and wouldn’t turn it back on. They were very delayed in responding.

We have stayed at many Premium VRbo homes… and We stayed for Thanksgiving- The house was Beautiful but the provided toilet paper was was HARSH- for a premium home should provide premium products- No Tissue boxes anywhere- Also when preparing to sit for Thanksgiving dinner - very disappointing short on utensils, 6 spoons and 12 forks… There were 20 of us…. Had to run to 7/11 for plastic.
Again the home was perfect - provided supplies bad - Bring your own.

It looked like the photos, but with a bit more wear. We enjoyed our stay, but I contacted the property manager upon arrival requesting more towels, and never heard back.There were 16 of us, as specified in the rental agreement, and there were not sufficient towels. The outdoor furniture was not very clean and had cat hair on it.

A group of 8 work colleagues shared this property and it was lovely! Just like the pictures showed: Beautiful ample space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, wonderful pool/hot tub, cute neighborhood, all we could hope for. Would highly recommend!

We were nine adults and four children under 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. We found the home to be "as described" and especially enjoyed the very large dining table and well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi was large and everyone enjoyed it and the pool. The security system installed on the sliding glass door to the pool made sure that none of the children could get outside on their own. The home is in a nice, well kept neighborhood and close to many restaurants and attractions. We had to call the maintenance man a couple of times and he was very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint we had was that some of the beds were a bit soft.

We had 5 adult coworkers stay at the house as we were in the area for work. It was perfect as everyone had their own bathroom (4 were master bedrooms with private bathrooms). The house is well laid out. The large kitchen table was perfect for us to work at. I could see this also being perfect for a few families to stay in as two of the bedrooms had bunk beds.

We had a nice family reunion in June. This house was clean and accommodate all of us. The rooms are big enough for all. Kids loved the swimming pool and the game room. We are hoping to go back for our next get together.

The house was spacious. We used this house for a family reunion. We had 4 sets of family with us. We enjoyed the pool. We had some issues with the controls with the pool and jacuzzi and when we contacted them they were very responsive.

The process was well managed with no issues and great communication throughout. The only issue which is why I knocked off a star was the low quality of the mattresses in the bedrooms, they were all relatively low quality and we're soft and sagging in the middle so all of the party were complaining of a poor night's sleep. I think the mattresses should be upgraded so this aspect of the property is of the same quality as the rest of the property. Other than that the rest of the facilities were of a decent standard and we did enjoy our stay here.

We were a party of ten staying for a week and it was perfect! Roomy, clean, nice pool/spa and full amenities! Couldn’t have asked for more! Staff very helpful and accomodating!

Our overall impression of this property is good. We had plenty of space for a large number of people staying together. We never felt cramped. The house is nice and well maintained.
We had one problem with the linens in a pullout not being clean. Also some of the instructions in the house need updating. Otherwise it was a good stay. We would book again if in the area and would recommend this property to others.
