A friendly and clean place to stay.

Breakfasts were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had changed hotels last minute due to our original one not being clean. This one was. And the manager was very kind. It was nice to have a water bottle filling station, though I think there was only the one on the main floor.

It would have been nice to have a water bottle filling station on each floor, but having one on the main floor, though not in the lobby, was very nice.

no hay personal que hable español y eso es un problema , tuvimos un problema con nuestro carro a mi esposo le chocaron estando ahí estacionado y al salir nos percatamos y fuimos a recepción a informarles , pero nos dijeron que ellos no se hacían cargo de eso, pero si cobran el parkeadero

Great staff and clean breakfast area.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast area is cleaner than most places I've been to.

Only 2 bath towels when then known the room have been booked for a family of 4. Mattresses are really low quality or are old.

I won’t stay here again.

The location is 20minutes from Disneyland. Two sofa beds and a sofa bed in one room. Free Breakfast was okay, food was cold.

I paid a lot to stay at this hotel for two rooms and four days. It was not worth the price. I was charge for parking $18 a day and there was no parking for larger vehicles. Cannot park in other areas or the vehicle will be towed. There was no water pressure to take a bath, the outlets to plug my phone in didn’t work, front desk never answer the phone, the gym was suppose to be open 24hrs but it was closed at midnight. TV remote didn’t work along with no buttons on the TV to control it. Heater and AC didn’t work. When I complained to the front desk about my concerns I was offered two bottles of free water.

Freeway convenience was great!

Receptionist at entry was very friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety. The room was nicely spacious.

We were surprised at the high parking fee. Some of the lights in the room didn't work.

Smell was horrible

It was close to the airport and accommodated a larger family.

It had so many issues. The kitchen was flooded when we arrived and smelled horrible. I could barely walk to the elevator without the urge to vomit. We didn’t eat the breakfast given how bad the kitchen smelled. Charging $18 to park at a property like this is ridiculous. People stay at lower lever hotels like this to avoid the extra cost for amenities.

The location was great just a short distance to stores and food places. Although they are renovating the hotel still maintained their cleanliness. They had great options for their breakfast, we enjoyed our stay

Dingy old hotel under construction and charging full price with limited facilities

This property was under construction. It had NO elevator service or kitchen (so no breakfast or coffee). Staff had "to go" brown bags. Hotel was dingy and overall disapointing. My gripe is that I was still charged full price for this experience.

Book your stay once the Reno is complete!

The property was undergoing a massive Reno when we were there. We were thankful they accommodated our reservation because we were diamond members, even though they try to cancel it hours before we arrived. The bagged breakfast was less than desirable. Thankful the construction worker carried my luggage down 4 flights as the elevators were out of service.

The hotel will be in top shape once the renovation is completed. The front desk staff was very hospitable.

convenient location, decent price & nice breakfast

convenient location to Disneyland / Anaheim which was the main purpose of the trip

the rooms were old and out dated the Tub had residue in it, water stain in the ceiling & they were doing construction which was an inconvenience because we didn’t know about it until we got there to check in
