Perfect location, great pool.

Location Everything about this place was nice. Everything was clean and well kept you can see that the hotel is definitely taken care of. The pool was nice. Well kept breakfast was great!!! Fairly close to everything!! Glad we found this place after our last hotel was a disaster.

Overall my stay was good.

Price was good !

My room was near the /supply closet .. staff was extremely loud when talking amongst each other. We got late into our room and were woken up by staff chit chatting loudly outside my room

Good place to stay but the handicapped room(s) need to be more accomodating and the shower fixed.

Staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of free parking. The breakfast was fantastic and breakfast attendants were helpful.

Unfortunately, the room was a handicapped room but did not have room for a full size wheelchair to effectively move around. Also, the roll-in shower did not have a water stop and did not drain to the center which caused a flooded bathroom when my wife took her shower.

Loud due to remodel construction

The room was clean and remodeled

Since they are remodeling they put us right next to a remodel project. It was loud and the floors were dirty and dusty to get to our room

Terrible.

There was nothing liked about the hotel.

The staff was rude, the room was dirty, the heater was hanging half way off the wall, the coffee machine was filled with gunk and unusable, they didn’t give me enough toilet paper when asked, the breakfast was terrible, the entire room was literally a lopsided structure and the carpets were gross and lifting up.

It was horrible!

The location

They were doing some construction on the room above me. The noises were so disruptive. I usually asleep during the day but with the constants noises, I had to leave the room & sleep in my car. That was unacceptable! Workers were constantly dropping heavy things and it literally were making me jump all the time.

Not 5 star in appearance but definitely 5 star in customer service!

Oh this hotel was just so homely! The staff were brilliant m, the breakfast was surprisingly good and there was coffee and lemon water available 24/7 in the Lobby!

Good

Air conditioner smelled terrible. Made the room smell horrible. Totally booked up, so unable to assign a different room. Staff was very nice. Issued a credit back.

I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again.

Of course the price was in our budget. The second positive comment is the breakfast, the coffee was good and my son enjoyed the food.

The building is an older structure and with that comes older carpet, which smelled of mold and there were stains visible on carpet. The linen was also very out dated with stains, we slept over the bedding without blankets. Our stay was two nights and we never had housekeeping come by to restock towels and take trash.

Comfortable and convenient

Easy to get to, easy parking. Friendly staff, and good breakfast. Very comfortable beds!

We stayed in an older room (renovations pending) and the A/C unit sounded like a landing jet plane, and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Still it was convenient and comfortable - would stay there again. Hopefully post renovation!

Exceptional

The room was clean and we felt safe sleeping at night. The shower had nice pressure, which was a plus! The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked for extra towels and sheets and blankets for the pullout bed, we had them delivered in less then 5 minutes!

I asked for a quiet room. I was put on the downstairs on the corner by the stairs in front of the pool. I heard everybody rolling bags going by, people, walking overhead, children running, and a lot of voices.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing I would go again.

Everything was great people were nice and kept the dining area very clean

Well not that it matters but we’re I parked there was on the other side of the fence a lot of homeless people living in there

breakfast was yummy, great selection. staff was nice about those that love late pool nights. it was nice we experience for being my first time. staff was beyond friendly.

A good choice

This place is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for me.

You know I can't think of anything.. a quiet,well maintained location, with many food choices near by. Easy freeway access, and 10 minutes from the Newport beach.

Great Stay

The staff was great especially the lady which I forgot to get her name she made us feel comfortable during breakfast hour always made sure we were doing okay or to make room for our family as we're a family of 5 I loved her attitude and attention she had for everyone

The only thing I did not like was the shower, the water kept getting out even though I would move the shower head close the wall so the water wouldn't go out, the floor would still be wet, and we used up all the towels to use as matts maybe if the shower curtain pole would be lower so the curtin shower can cover the bottom that would of helped
