The location was good, being close to Kew Gardens and Richmond Town Centre. It had a modern bathroom. However the apartment was very small/claustrophobic, part of it was like a greenhouse (with a glass roof), and the dining furniture was in fact garden furniture, so very uncomfortable. The "garden" was a small square of unkempt grass. Entry to the property was via a long narrow alleyway secured by a padlocked gate. We were very disappointed and did not in fact stay there.

Just stayed at Tess’s gorgeously refurbished place in Richmond. Brilliant location, just 5 minutes from the overland/underground and from great restaurants/bars. It’s a real oasis.

The apartment is quite small, so, a couple at most would be comfortable in the space. The space has plenty of light. It's quiet. And the ability to cook was a definite plus. The big plus, is it's proximity to Kew Gardens.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I booked this place for 1 month just by looking at pictures. I stayed first night and decided to move somewhere else. I didn't get any refund. Place is too small for price and doesn't have it's own entrance. Main door opens in front of actual flat to which garden belongs to. Table and chairs showed in pictures in garden were inside the studio so there was no space to move around. Flat got cold over night and heating didn't work properly.
