High season: Sat to Sat bookings.
This First Floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with well-stocked galley kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide and hot tub are ready to make your beach memories. Easy parking lot and laundry room access (uses an app for payment).
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunks with a twin trundle (bunks are best for children, not adults but are standard twin beds, just not a lot of head room).
A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grills, sandy beaches, and outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
Reminder: Please do NOT move furniture around. Please treat rental with respect.
** There are chairs and beach toys in condo. No pack n play.
** Tips: Bring beach towels.
** Cleaning Fee (Vrbo is now calling it a Host Fee) includes Cleaning and Linens (bath towels and bed linens, 100% goes to our cleaning company).
** Admin Fee, $15, is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee that they charge us for your arrival. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed to your account.

The unit was clean and well-furnished. The beach decor was awesome. Many extras, such as games, beach chairs, etc., were included. There was plenty of room for all five of us. We had difficulty with the screen door. It would stick and cause us to be locked out of the room. Also, many dishes were still dirty, although they had been put in the cabinet. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week at 140; my 3 boys enjoyed their room and I actually quite enjoyed the firm mattress! Communication from the owner was great. We were there during tropical storm debby so unfortunately our overall time in AB was impacted.

I would stay here again in a hearbeat. Small issue with the digital doorlock needing batteries replaced but the owner was immediately on top of it :) The unit location is PRIME - minimal steps, right across from the laundry room, short walk to the indoor & outdoor pools and the BEACH <3

We're big fans of APATB and this was a great location there. 2 adults and a teen, perfect amount of space. Easy walk to pool and beach. So NICE being on 1st floor. Quick and easy load in/out. Condo was clean, great coffee offering, nice kitchen. One thing.......VERY firm mattress. Be prepared!

I’ve stayed at A Place at the Beach in October with friends right across from this condo. It was a blessing to have this experience with my family. The condo had everything that we needed, we enjoyed the environment, and my kids loved the amenities. Highly recommend it!

This was a great condo! You could tell they put thought into everything in it so it didn’t feel cramped. They had games for the kids and some beach items. Loved the stocked kitchen, they had everything you’d need. Even had things we forgot like a small cooler for our babies bottles.

We’ve stayed before, we love the place and this specific unit.. it is clean and perfect for our small family. Only downside was so many ridiculous “extra fees” for VRBO. Try to rent direct to avoid paying double.

It was apparent the unit we stayed in was planned by a very thoughtful and gracious host. We ate in for almost every meal and absolutely everything needed to bake or cook was there. (First place to ever have a muffin pan, yay!) Thoughtful amenities like drying racks, games, beach/pool toys and a starter supply of paper products were so appreciated. The unit is directly across the hall from the laundry which was so convenient with children. A Place at the Beach is exceptionally maintained and has so many activities that there was always something fun to do. The grandchildren loved both pools, the basketball and pickleball courts, mini golf, ping pong and the bingo and shark teeth hunt. We look forward to returning!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Unit 140. The decorations and condo were super cute. The convenience of having the laundry room right across from the unit was a plus. Our couple complaints we had were we only had 4 towels. We had 5 guests. There was no extra toilet paper only what was left on the rolls and no extra trash bags. I brought them with us thank goodness. Lastly we had to use the trundle bed it had no sheets on it and when we pulled it out we had the clean under it. Minor issues truly. We had an amazing week.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely decorated condo. It was bright and airy, just right for our visit. Information received was accurate and helpful. 4 yr old grandson really liked the pretty, unusual fan/light fixtures!

Went for a quick 2 night trip. Very clean and adequate room for our family of 4 which includes 2 young teens. Host was easy to communicate with, checkin was a breeze. Pool area was very nice, easy walk to beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was immaculate when we arrived with everything you need for a great stay. The location is great and the entire property was clean and safe. Beach access was really close with plenty of areas to rinse off sand. The pool and water slide were also extremely clean and so much fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, it went above and beyond my expectations.

This unit is like home away from home! We have stayed at APATB several times, but this was our best experience so far. The furniture and beds were comfy, plenty of cookware and dishes, games and books, and a vacuum! Added bonus- laundry is directly across the hall. This unit will be our go-to for as long as it is available!

This space is tiny but perfect. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The only improvement would have been laundry IN the room versus directly across the hall, but beggars can’t be choosers. The owner is absolutely amazing to communicate with. She even gave us weather updates through the week. We had a minor AC issue and she immediately set up a service call. Everything went very smoothly. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Hello everyone When considering a stay at this location there are a few things to be aware of. Getting to your room is like going through an obstacle course by day 3 we finally had it down. You are given a map but it is very confusing. The bed in the main room is horrible. I like a firm bed but this was litterly lock a rock. The children's bed and play space was to be expected. We really did enjoy the outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. Please ask questions before booking this location. I would not recommend staying here to family or friends. Thanks Shane

First time staying at Atlantic Beach and boy did we luck out finding A place at the Beach. The complex has fantastic ameneties!! Our 5 year old loved the pool, slide, playground and mini golf! Mom n dad loved the easy beach front access and well maintained board walk!! The condo is perfect for a small family! Cant wait to come back!!

We loved everything about the condo and APATB! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our 21 month old daughter, she especially loved the water slide!! The place was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The master bedroom/bathroom was very spacious and the bunk bed room was perfect for our daughter. Location is very convenient to everything. We will be back, thank you!!!

The pictures definitely make the condo look larger than it is, but it grows on you over time. It should be advertised as an efficiency apartment TBH. That being said, it was perfect for a Thanksgiving get away with my 12 and 15 year old. I took the trundle mattress and slept in the living room so each kid had their own room. The master is really nice, lots of space. The second bedroom is more like a closet. Everything was super clean and the space is utilized perfectly! The twinkle lights on the sliding door are so relaxing, My daughter loved the Keurig too. The kitchen was nicely stocked besides plates. 4 dinner plates and 3 small plates had us running the dishwasher twice a day as we only ate in. Super close to laundry, which was amazing. And super close to parking. A bit of a longer walk to the beach and a drive to the indoor pool in 40 degree weather. Not sure if I would enjoy the stay in the busy season with traffic and people fighting over the laundry space.

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend here with our 3 and 7 year old! There were sufficient items in the kitchen including Tupperware! Sufficient towels provided and not having to haul sheets was a major win! We’ll be back!

The property itself is amazing. Great accommodations. Beautiful beach access. Close to so many extras. The condo we rented was great. It was clean and spacious. The owner was so great to talk to. We needed help with one thing while there and After one call to the local lady Sheila, that takes care of those needs it was taken care of within minutes. The one thing that stood out to me with this experience was the kindness from the condo owner and Sheila. You don’t get genuine kindness often anymore when dealing with this stuff. Already planning our trip for next year.

My husband & I just returned from a short stay at this property. We’d never been to Atlantic Beach and wanted to spend a few days away for our anniversary. This unit is so cute and absolutely spotless plus the dishes were clean! I make note of that because In so many rental condos you have to wash dishes before using anything. There’s a super cute coffee bar with both a Keurig and a Mr Coffee. Owners provided yummy coffee pods for the Keurig! We only made one meal in, but the kitchen is very well stocked. The owner supplied hand soap in both bathrooms & the kitchen which was awesome. The complex itself was so nice. It’s a gated community, there are many things to do on the property and the outdoor pool looked amazing but we spent all of our time at the beach. The beach here is gorgeous! Big wide beach and uncrowded!!
