What an amazing site! Doesn't look that large when you first drive up to it, but once inside it opens up beautifully! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space on the top (entrance) floor and below, the exterior in back is great for outdoor visiting around the gas firepit, the barbecue was exceptional. Nine adults, no issues. We all loved it, and highly recommend it to any large parties like ours.

Suburban, even rural feel within minutes of downtown. Plenty of bedrooms/baths.

The visit was perfect in every way!

The house was absolutely perfect. We spent every evening in the backyard. Easy to get into town and convenient location. Great walking every morning.

Our family of 8 stayed at this property for several nights so that we could meet up with our 40+ other relatives who were also in town. The property was the perfect layout for us. Each adult entity had their own king sized bed with a bathroom and the two teens shared the room with the twins. The back patio area was amazing and we especially loved using the fire pit during the evenings! This home was also located close to the plaza and grocery stores. There was absolutely nothing about this property we would change.

My group and I lived this place. Beautiful architecture and furniture throughout. And the back deck overlooking a grove of pines was beautiful. Good air conditioning and wifi. Will seek this rental out again.

The Hillside Hacienda in Santa Fe was just perfect for our family of six. We all had our space and had space for us to be together. The decor was lovely and the house had all the amenities. The only thing we would change is the lighting in the upstairs living area. We like to read or do puzzles at night and the lighting in this room is not good for that. Thanks for sharing this lovely space.

Our extended family had planned a hiking trip for my mother's birthday. The vrbo was perfect for our family. The rooms fit the needs of all the adults and 6-year old. All the amenities were amazing. The owners seemed to think of everything we might need to have a fantastic stay. My daughter loved the back porch, hiking trail right in the back yard, and the foosball table.

What a nice place to stay for our annual get-together with college friends. Each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen, though small, was well stocked, and we loved the page in the binder telling us exactly where everything was. Pretty views from the back deck. Quiet. Don't hesitate to book. This house is lovely.

My wife, 2 teen kids, sister and mom stayed 4 nights. Some of us skied and some did spa/shopping/city tour stuff. Driving to city and mountain activities was perfect - basically either 1 right or left turn to get to either city (2 mins) or mountains (3 mins to hiking, 30 to ski area) - biking to town would work, walking would be pretty far, but neither of these were important to us. Terrific neighborhood - private, quiet, scenic. Views from decks and porches are great - birds, deer, sunsets. The house and amenities are excellent. My wife and kids stayed in 3 rooms on lower level. My sister and mom stayed on main level in 2 rooms. Kitchen is well supplied and easy to use. Coffee bar is handy with everything we needed for grinding and brewing, but pods could also be used. We are ready to book again any season for any purpose.

This was our second stay in this fabulous house. It is so well equipped and Paige is amazing to work with. We are just trying to decide our date for next year to book again!

This home was the best VRBO our family has ever stayed in. The more rural setting was enjoyable, and the easy drive to Old town was perfect. Lovely furnishings adorned every room. The kitchen had all the essentials, plus many extras for meal preparations and cocktails.
Thank you for being exceptional hosts!

Mine and my sister’s families thoroughly enjoyed this cute two-story adobe just off Hyde Park Road and near Ski Santa Fe! The kids (ages 13-26) found the downstairs perfect for hanging out with plenty of beds for our party of 10. The foosball table was a hit! The kitchen was well-stocked, making cooking a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. We had plenty of parking for our three vehicles. We split our time between Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard District, and Canyon Road, while the young adults hit the ski slopes — perfect!

We were a group of 8 friends who had an excellent stay at the house. We’ve all stayed at a lot of rental houses and agreed this was one of the best. It was clean, comfortable, very well organized kitchen with all essentials, a quick drive to town, and beautiful outdoor space. Very comfortable beds, too!

Beautiful home that we used as a launching pad for the balloon festival. Have rented from these owners before and they have been the most thoughtful/helpful Vrbo owners that I have had the pleasure to stay with

Good home for a group of adult friends with 5 large bedrooms & 4 king beds plus 4 bathrooms. Plenty of seating for a group.
We did not get to enjoy outside area as too hot in sun. Nice location & short drive to town.

This hacienda was perfect for six women to enjoy. The beds were sooo comfortable and the house was perfect for our long weekend. We loved sitting on the back patio for morning coffee and conversation.

The home is beautiful. Close to the square, on the road up to the ski resort. It was the perfect spot for our family of 10 (3 generations) to celebrate Christmas. Fantastic experience!

Phenomenal stay in Hillside Hacienda. Impeccably furnished home with relaxing location on hiking trails and views into the arroyo but close to everything. We enjoyed amazing hiking in June all along the road up to Ski Santa Fe (27 min) and we’re 6 min away from Ten Thousand Waves Japanese onsen styled spa which is not to be missed. Downtown Santa Fe was amazing for dinners out. Thanks Paige for your attention to detail and responsiveness. Fantastic trip.

We were a group of eight women and the house was perfect. The decor is beautiful and very well equipped. There plenty of room to spread out, and there is an outdoor seating area around a fire pit that is particularly nice. Location is perfect - a short distance from downtown Santa Fe, but quiet and scenic. We had a minor issue went we arrived, and the host responded immediately.

The property is in the hills above Santa Fe, in a very quiet area of just a few houses nestled amidst the desert trees/shrubs. Our family loved the roominess of the house and how easy it was to get in and out of Santa Fe.

Great location close to town yet far enough removed to be quiet and peaceful. Unbelievably well equipped. A cozy kitchen with almost every implement, utensil, spice, and condiment known to man. Good beds. A/C and heat for every room, both upstairs and downstairs great rooms very comfortable. 4 real bathrooms. Outdoor fire pit with seating for eight. Indoor fireplace works very well. Parking for four cars. We stayed five nights and it wasn't long enough.

Very comfortable and well appointed and supplied large house. Spacious yet cozy. Well stocked kitchen. And providing multiple seating indoor and outdoor spaces. Excellent location not far from Canyon Road. Would happily stay her again.

Our group of six women immensely enjoyed this place. It provided comfortable beds and plenty of space to sit around and talk either inside or outside by the fire pit. It was a quick drive to downtown to see museums and great restaurants. A perfect vacation spot for Santa Fe and the surrounding areas.
