This is one of the best stocked properties I have ever stayed in - enough body wash, lotion, shampoo, toilet paper, etc for a week! Kitchen also was equipped well - like aluminum foil! And our stay was only several days. For our three familes of four - the spacing was excellent, bedrooms to spare! So. many. bathrooms. Showers had great shower pressure. And of course the hot tub could fit at least six of us. Just as importantly, the management was incredibly responsive. Large boxes were left in the garage, and they took care of it within the next business day. For all the above I give this place five stars. But the driveway is to be noted. This year there was little snow and so we dealt with keeping our SUV's on this 50-degree (estimation) slant. But if if there had been snow or freezing rain, etc., I would have serious concerns. Plus it appears our GMC YUKON AT4 with ski rack was too tall for the garage, just too close for comfort for us to risk driving into the garage. So we had to park on the driveway on that serious slant. Getting out our copious suitcases from a car on that angle - not fun. Also take note, the street the house is on was busier during the day than expected.

We had just the most pleasant time here! The house was perfectly appointed and we enjoyed all the amenities. We were on a ski vacation with a few families and found this house perfect! Those of who wanted were able to walk to Tahoe XC. We were also so thankful that you went above and beyond to send our forgotten luggage back to us. We are definitely planning to return on our next trip!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this lodge during our annual ski trip. Property is well-maintained, situated in a great location, and host communication was very prompt. We encountered an issue with the dishwasher and they responded to us almost immediately and got a technician to repair it before a big storm rolled in. Would recommend!

We recently stayed with a group of friends. The house is big and has great amenities (spa and Sauna). Kitchen is nicely appointed.
My only watch out is the driveway. They do mention the steepness of the driveway in the ad, but we weren’t ready for the amount of ice on it when we arrived. Our AWD SUV couldn’t pull all the way up the driveway because of the ice. They did have some ice melt in the garage but it wasn’t close to enough to cover the drive way. So we had to park our one SUV at the bottom of the driveway and the other SUV at another house down the street. Not convenient. I did eventually get a hold of the property manager the next day who offered to put some ice melt and dirt on the drive way but it didn’t help. We still couldn’t park in the garage.
Other than the driveway situation the place was great.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Stacy's home! It was homey, and we were able to quickly settle in. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we had no issues finding what we needed. We had fun congregating in the living room, playing board games, and relaxing each day after skiing.
The home is nicely situated in-between both Palisades Tahoe and Northstar. The former is ~20min away, whereas the latter is ~25min away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby in Tahoe City (west) and Kings Beach (east). Only caveat to keep in mind is that the driveway is indeed quite steep. You can prevent your car from sliding by putting wooden blocks behind the tires.
The property is managed by Tahoe Time Vacation Rentals. The instructions provided were clear, and there is a phone number to call them if you have questions. We had no issues communicating with them.

Large, comfortable, good location
We stayed at here with our adult sons and their girlfriends. We had six but the house could have accommodated six more. Location is great - five minutes to Tahoe City and 15 to Alpine and Palisades. Communication with the rental agency was accurate and clear. The house was clean and well-stocked. The only reason for 4 stars is the furnishings and decor are a little tired and worn. Comfortable but not luxurious. Would stay again.

Wonderful experience and great location
It was a wonderful stay and the amenities were great, the location was perfect. The kitchen had wonderful appliances.
The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room. However no AC in the heat, but fans were provided.
The trash was already full when we got there so we had a little bit of a pile up but other than it was great

Family Reunion place
The house had plenty of space and room for all our family members. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty on towels to go around. We had a few issues with the ice maker and water on the refrigerator(stopped working), and two empty propane tanks. I just had to call the property manager, and it was taken care of right away(quick response at all times)!
I think it should be stated somewhere that this house has a lot of steps inside and outside the house. I am recovering from a knee replacement, and I had to be very careful moving around the house. This is not a house if you have anyone with mobility issues.

Nice home
We had a lovely stay at this home. Large, open and lots of room for a larger group. At first, we were a little hesitant because, other than the kitchen, the home seems somewhat dated and old. However, after settling in, we found it to be very comfortable and clean with all of the proper amenities including a large backyard with sleds for sledding and a nice hot tub. Kitchen is well appointed and overall, would recommend this place to anyone!

The only downside was the sauna was not working even after trying all fixes.
Thanks

Great for families who love to cook and relax. A perfect mountain getaway.
Overall our group (10 adults and 2 kiddos) had an excellent stay. Communication with Cindy and Stacy was easy and fast. They were very responsive to our questions and needs.
The extra toys in the home and the loft area was a nice touch for the kiddos. Kept them very busy and entertained. Also, the house has many different rooms and sections so they had a blast playing hide and seek.
The kitchen was perfect for the chef's of our group and large enough for people to hang around and gather in. Lots of room and plenty of tools to work with. The house has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The hot tub/sauna combo was a nice touch too after a long day on the slopes. Both amenities were nice and clean. Most of the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was just one bed that was a bit too firm for their liking. Lots of extra towels and linen too.
The backyard was beautiful. Just sitting out there with a glass of wine under all the trees was very relaxing. An out door fire-pit would have been awesome, but I understand the high fire dangers in Tahoe, so that is probably why they didn't have one.
Location was wonderful. Very close to Safeway in Tahoe City.
Stacy informed us about the Snow Festival that was happening in town, so we enjoyed an afternoon in Tahoe City and saw fireworks in the evening. Lots of cute shops and restaurants to check out. Tahoe City also has a great beach area with a playground for kids. I'd def come back in the summer time.
There were some quarks with the house. It's a bit older and worn down than the pictures suggest. A handful of odd or out of place furniture. Some of the carpets were stained or covered in runners or area rugs. It's a huge house, so lots to maintain. Some parts of the house were clearly updated.

Just right
We came here with 3 families and the place was perfect. The loft for the kids was perfect spot for them to hang out. The kitchen was awesome to cook for a large group. For the price I thought the beds could of been nicer, and some more seating in the TV room. But we had a blast. Thx

Great cozy stay for our group - definitely recommend!
This was an amazing place to stay for my group of friends with it's lovely cabin interior, large kitchen and dining areas, lots of room to relax, and not to mention the sauna and hot tub! It was a great place to come back to after a day on the mountain, with an added bonus of it being pet friendly. It was convenient enough for us with people skiing both Northstar and Squaw, as well as close to a grocery store and not far from other shops and restaurants. Stacy was very quick to respond to my questions and we had no issues while staying! We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location and perfect property for families!
Our family of three generations enjoyed this property very much! The set up with single beds in the loft was perfect for our grandchildren to hang out with each other while the adults had their own bedrooms. The slopped fenced in back yard was awesome for our dog to be safe and for the kids to go sledding, which entertained them all for hours each day! The hot tub was a nice addition for the older adults and children as well. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the sauna to work even after following directions left at the house. There are a lot of toys and games for the children, and the kitchen was well stocked! The driveway is very steep, but manageable. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would definitely go back to this cozy cabin!

Great for groups
This home is nestled in the hills of Dollar Point just a short distance from Tahoe City. It’s large open floor plan made it perfect for my kids and their families to spend time together yet spacious enough to have quiet time in other rooms.
With some snow on the ground, the kids made a snowman as well as a few plastic sled runs. Sitting in the living room we could see all the way out the kitchen window and watch them.
The video games in the den were perfect for my 14 year old autistic grandson.
Although the loft and upstairs rooms are chilly in the winter, there were plenty of extra blankets to cozy up in.
The kitchen was wonderful and had enough pots and pans for our group to make meals and more than enough plates, cups, mugs and utensils.
It was great having a washer/dryer for the week.
The garage had plenty of firewood for us to use the wood stove all day every day (make sure you buy either kindling or a fire starter log).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home for Christmas week (even put up our own tree).

The house is very nice, kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook full meals for a houseful of people without issue. Beds were comfy, lots of extra linens and bedding. We would definitely rent here again.
