To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. We went with 10 ladies for a girls trip weekend. The home was super spacious and a pleasure to stay at. Everything was clean, easy to use, and well thought out. The VIEW was amazing!! Check in, check out was super easy and we didn't need the manager for anything. Nothing but good things to say. I even appreciated that the home was not over cluttered with decor so there was space for our stuff, suitcases, games, etc.

Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was foamy but hot. Nice grill and kitchen. Neighborhood was great to walk around. The pool stick rack was falling off the wall and it needs some paint. Over all great home and we will stay here again.

We have stayed in many North Shore properties as a family. This home was by far the most spacious and comfortable for our family of 11. Beautiful lake views throughout. The home has been remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen. We will only stay at this property going forward.

Well appointed home. Beautiful views. Very clean. Overall very satisfied.

Lovely house with unbelievable views from almost every room. Our family of 8 experienced a big snowstorm that kept us homebound for 2 days, but there was so much to do in the house between the pool table, poker chips, hot tub, board games, and Roku TV, that we had a terrific time! We even built a giant snowman on the deck!
Very clean home, kitchen well equipped. We brought a rice cooker, but used the home's blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Would definitely stay here again

Great view and wonderful location
The property was a great home base for exploring the North Lake Tahoe area. The open floor plan made it easy to hang out, have family dinners, and spread out. We played lots of pool and really enjoyed the hot tub after full days on the mountain. The view of the lake is beautiful and was a great short distance to town. The whole group was comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Extended family vacation
The house is beautiful, the views are amazing! It had everything we needed during our stay. There was a heat advisory during our stay and there is no AC. There were however many fans provided. It was rough sleeping in the heat.
The house wasn’t cleaned very well, the floors were still a bit dirty when we arrived, the dishwasher and sink smelled yucky.
The patron where the hot tub is, is in rough shape. My teenage niece and son both got splinters from the poorly cared for wood deck. There are nails sticking up from it too.
Also the beach is 5ish minute drive away, when I booked it wasn’t clear that the community beach wasn’t included for short term renters.
Overall, we had a great time. If I traveled back to Tahoe, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Winter Wonderland
Property was well situated close to all our winter activities, with a short drive to skiing, sledding, and hiking. It had a great layout to accommodate 3 generations of family with ample bedrooms. The views, hot tub, and pool table were icing on the cake. We would definitely come back.
