This is where you want to stay for just a quick 15 min walk to Canyon Lodge. For our first time skiing this was a great place to stay. Enough beds to house our four kids and us. Tvs take a bit to work but the internet was great. Excellant place to stay!

Clean, organized and close to slopes. Will return. One suggestion would be to have a shovel and windshield scraper available for guests in case it snows. We got snow on our last night. We have to use our hands to remove the snow. Other than that, would definitely stay again

The property was very nice--kitchen was well-stocked and the unit was clean. The location was great, as we were able to walk to and from Canyon Lodge each day and it was just a short drive to the village. Had some trouble with the TV when we got there, but Irene responded quickly and told us how to get it working. The walls are pretty thin and the neighbors were loud, which is tough if you're a light sleeper. But not the fault of the owner and, overall, we had a very nice stay!

Wonderful stay here. Irene was quick to respond and resolve any issues. Was disappointed to discover that the in-unit fireplace was out of order and that the hot tub was closed because the water turned green. Despite those mishaps, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again!

Great location. walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The only complaint, very confusing directions on how to ignite the fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and updated cabin. The cabin was very comfortable. Plenty of space to stretch out and hang out. Kitchen had a good selection of pots and pans and cooking essentials, including a rice cooker! Lots of shelves, hooks, shoe racks, etc that make settling in easy. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Condo has everything you need. Great location close to the Village. Owner Irene is very helpful if you have and questions or needs. Highly Recommended!!!!

Pros: so close to Canyon Lodge, 5 min walk and so convenient for lunch breaks, avoid parking, etc. Even though it was close, it was still super quiet.
Had all towels, paper towels, detergents. Stocked silverware, plates, kids plates. Even had a Nespresso machine- but you have to bring your own pods . But really bare minimum if you cook most of the time. Handful of cooking utensils and no baking sheet.
Super clean bathrooms, kitchen. Great water pressure on showers, but they were tiny. Great washer and dryer in the kitchen- plus for when you’re doing snow sports. Dryer needs to be on high to really get your clothes dry.
Cons: Heater preset controlled by management. So if you like it above 64 at night, you have to get up in the middle of the night to constantly change it. It seems to only hold your desired temp for a few hours.
Main clubhouse where they have the ping pong/foosball, hot tub, sauna, and pool is a dump. Super old, probably hasn’t been updated in decades, pools do not look inviting at all. Didn’t use.
Fireplace didn’t work. Propane fireplace that manager tried to fix but waiting in service technician. Given the recent blizzard and damage to propane lines/explosions in the city to due to heavy snow, this was a disappointment but understandable.
We usually like to keep the place clean, but it’s hard when they don’t have a dustpan to help with sweeping. They just had two brooms and a very old clunky vacuum in the bedroom that was not very convenient to keep tidy. I was told to use paper towels to clean up any floor crumbs/dirt.
Parking is not on the premises. Short walk but FYI. Property manager is very accessible via text.
Overall for the price it was a good value. Middle of the road and comfortable stay.

Great access to Canyon Lodge (walking), the jacuzzi and the town. Comfortable beds/pillows. My family enjoyed our stay.

We had a good experience at this condo, and the owner was easy to work with. The walk to the lifts was convenient, and seven of us were quite comfortable. Two bunk beds, a large bed in the other bedroom, and a futon upstairs by the kitchen.

The property was as advertised. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and really close to Chair 7. That was really helpful during a Bomb Cyclone where almost all of the street parking was not usable secondary to heavy snows. The owner left her cell phone and was very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.

Really enjoyed this condo. Great location being so close to Canyon lodge. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed.

Very convenient for snow access for my family. We ended up dropping skiers at Chair 7 or Canyon lodge (1min drive) and then parked a short walk back down the road. This was all super easy. Property had everything we needed and Irene was very responsive. A great pre-Xmas holiday.

This was a great condo for our trip. Easy walk with kids to canyon lift. Overall it was a bit smaller than expected but worked well for our family of four. Might be close quarters for 6. Beds were very comfortable, newer appliances, great water pressure in showers. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect ski vacation condo.
This was the third property we have stayed at this year in Mammoth and by far was the best, in location, layout and amenities. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and who have children that would appreciate the double bunk bed room. The condo was nicely renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The gas fireplace was nice touch, since it didn't need any firewood or maintenance.

Excellent location, 5min walk to canyon lodge. Comfy beds and living area. Kitchen utensils need replacement, particularly the spatulas were melted and there aren’t enough spoons and forks and dry goods measuring cups. But the appliances, pots and pans were nice. Huge TV, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the condo. The check in/lock box didn’t work and we had to call the manager. And when we checked out the lock box wasn’t working either. But, management was again available to help. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
