Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom. Sunrise and sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November, December and January, during the other months our guests head to the beach for the beautiful views.
Features include linens for all beds and sleeper sofa, extra bed pillows, bath and beach towels, makeup mirror, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, full size washer and dryer, three smart televisions, stereo, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans and hotel quality internet.
Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Additional kitchen items include a wide slice toaster, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, Keurig, blender, juicer, waffle maker, crockpot along with a full complement of kitchen utensils. Everything you need at your fingertips to prepare beverages, snacks and all of your meals. Storage space for beach towels and beach toys.
Seating for six at the dining table, along with two stools at the kitchen island and two chairs at the other kitchen counter.
In the living room there is a 65 inch Sony smart television, stereo, ample comfortable seating, puzzles and games.
In the master ensuite there is a 50 inch smart TV and a tray ceiling with separate reading lights above the king bed. The Kingsdown luxury mattress has an electrically controlled head incline/decline. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has two sinks with granite countertops and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area with a long stand up shower that includes a stationary rainhead and a shower wand and also an in-shower full width bench seat.
The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin size bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom includes a cabinet with a granite countertop and a marble bathtub/shower.
Lanai/balcony includes a table and four (4) chairs, a padded adjustable recliner chair and a ceiling fan.
Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 5 (master king, guest queen and twin and a queen sleeper sofa).
Our 3rd floor condo located is directly on the beach has a designated off-street parking space located close to the E building walkway, stairs and elevator.
Pointe Santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool with lounge chairs (estimated to be available later in 2025), a hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts with complimentary rackets available at the office (Mon-Fri). Estimated to be available later in the year are lounge chairs and umbrellas along the grass edge of the beach, beach volleyball and cornhole and new gas grills all making for a lovely and fun oceanfront stay.
Please note we are still in the recovery mode from Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton and as such Pointe Santo is undergoing landscaping, and construction to include a new pool pavilion (the pool is operational and has been completely remodeled) and a new administrative/children's program building (the former F building). We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time as we continue to get Pointe Santo up to its normal excellent resort standards. Owners are allowed to complete minor repairs throughout the year, however, material improvements can only take place from August through November.

Nothing but good things about our stay at this Sanibel condo. The only thing you need to bring are your belongings and groceries. Honestly! Kitchen is fully stocked. There are even coolers, beach chairs, umbrella. Shovel for umbrella too, boogie boards, beach towels. Thanks for everything Al.

We just concluded our week in this gorgeous condo and could not have asked for a better experience. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and has everything you could possibly need (and then some) for a perfect beach vacation-towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers...we wanted for nothing. Everything about this place screams relaxation, from the comfy bed, to the fabulous view and proximity to the beach. It is literally a stone's throw from the condo itself. The real star is the screened porch, which invites post-beach naps and stargazing. We absolutely loved that you can hear the waves from the porch and the bedroom, even with the sliding doors closed. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Finally, we can't say enough good things about the owner, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We never had to contact the property manager because everything was perfect, but we met him on our way out and it provided great peace of mind to know that he was nearby if we had any problems. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Perfect
The location was amazing (right on the ocean!) and the property was just as wonderful. Super clean and comfortable...and with it just being steps away from the beach and pool we were easily able to come up for breaks, snacks, etc. The kids program was perfect for my 5 and 7-year-olds, too (so many fun crafts!). Overall just a really wonderful trip with my family—would LOVE to come back soon!

Slice of heaven.
Everything was absolutely the way I would have my own beach condo set up. From the amazing sheets & towels to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella and fast Keurig coffee maker. Access to the beach was perfect for my elderly father. I really can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our time here. Already looking at booking for next year.

Perfect location, and beautiful property
Do not hesitate to stay at this property. Everything you’ll need is provided. We brought a bunch of extras and honestly didn’t really need to. Al (owner) and Jim & Charlotte (Property managers) where quick to tell us about outages and resolve anything we needed. This was our first trip to Sanibel and wife loved it so much she’s already talking about how we can retire there. Thanks again to all for a great stay.

Sanibel is a magical place, and the condo was beautiful. This was the most well-stocked condo in which we've ever stayed. Not only was the kitchen amazing, but there were plenty of beach items as well. Communication with Al was easy.

Fantastic week on Sanibel!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we could possibly need. The property had a nice pool and was very pretty and well kept. I would definitely recommend this condo to other adults or a small family!!

5 stars with no hesitation! LOVE IT HERE SOOOO MUCH!
I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The fabulous view from our 3rd story balcony of E36 was no exaggeration at all! We were here from Jan 1-Jan 8th, 2022. All of the grounds are well manicured, beautiful and just restful. The whole condo was very well equipped from a kitchen that lacked nothing, to all the beach 'stuff' at our disposal. We had plenty of chairs we could have taken to the beach (I think there were at least 6), plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella, buckets and nets, etc. Seriously--we wanted for nothing! These are indeed older units as you can tell from the small in size elevators and a feel of the main level outdoor area that leads to the walkway, but that's where it ends. It has been very nicely updated, very clean and just a fabulous place! The owner, Al, who does not live on site, could not have been more hands on and helpful with phone calls, texting, etc. We definantly give this place and the owner 5 stars without any hesitation....AT ALL. Hope to go back next yeaer!

Amazing vacation
My husband, 2 daughters (20,17) and i had a wonderful stay! It was our 1st, but certainly not our last time in sanibel! We can’t say enough about how amazing E36 was!! They thought of everything! The view was spectacular! The condo, perfect! Flying in, we were worried about what we would have to go out and get. Turns out, nothing! Well, food and drinks- that’s about it!! Anything you could think of for the beach- they had!!! Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, frisbee & more! Literally everything! The condo was immaculate! So spacious! Tastefully decorated! Location-perfect! Steps from the beach! Pool & hot tub were a perfect break from the sand! Property owner, Al, was so easy to work with! There was new roofing being put on a few of other condos, Al had warned us before signing. I honestly didn’t hear!
The only thing any of us had bad to say about the entire stay- the no-see-ums!! The bugs! They come out at night & you literally don’t see them! ;) We brought spray- after a facebook group warned us! It wasn’t bad until end of stay- it’s not just this condo (outside only) it’s the entire island! Lol so really no complaints!! We will be back!!!! And we will stay at E36 again!

Positive experience. Owner answered all questions timely. Condo was just as described and very clean! The view of the beach was amazing and easy to access! We had a wonderful time on Sanibel island. We biked threw nature preserves, to the grocery store and happy hours at Timber’s... shout out to bartender Johnny for making happy hours great! The condo was lovely with the best views of the ocean. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. We grilled 2 nights, had takeout one night and ate at Doc Fords and Traders. Both restaurants were awesome. At Doc Fords we met Randy Wayne, author of a series of books my husband read about Sanibel island and southern Florida. Randy, signed a book and chatted with us at the bar. Pretty cool!The resort the condo is located in was awesome too. We played pickle ball, shuffleboard and Cornhole on the beach. The beach chairs from the condo were great and worked well. The condo is literally a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as are the sunsets at night.We are returning to Sanibel next year!!!!

Wonderful Sanibel location
I wouldn't have normally chosen a large property like Pointe Santo, but I found it to be perfect for us. The buildings are so quiet! We never heard a peep out of our neighbors. The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, wonderful screened porch. It was a great stay and we will definitely return. I also liked this location on the island - in the past we've stayed closer to the causeway and here we had excellent access to the restaurants. We ordered from Bailey's and grocery delivery was seamless.

Refreshing and convenient
This third floor beachfront condo was very comfortable with great amenities and was clean. We did a fair amount of cooking due to the pandemic but also ate out a couple times. Tried an upper floor to be less buggy (no-see-ums), which it was. Only negatives were that I found the beach towels in the washer needing to be dried, needed Jim to help with the TV-DVD setup, and some of the puzzles are in sad shape with a lot of missing pieces. But these had almost no effect on our enjoyment-- plenty of great shells as usual.

sweet perfection
My family and I had a wonderful time in condo E36 at Pointe Santo. I could spend the rest of my life on the Lani looking out to the sea. This condo is oceanfront, nothing between your view and the beach.
The condo itself was in beautiful condition, clean, had everything you could use both inside and on the beach.
Oh! That is except Boogie Boards, my kids wanted me to mention that so perhaps next time?

A+ Accommodations and Service
Unit E36 is in the perfect location—-beachfront and up high enough to get a great view of the beach and the Gulf. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lots of options for in-condo entertainment in case of rain, which, fortunately, did not occur, in spite of the weather forecast!
We had some issues with unlocking the door when we arrived, but the local property manager was able to quickly help us out, and Al, the owner, followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure everything was okay with us.
Really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to Pointe Santo and Unit E36 in the future.
Oh, and Al was also very understanding and cooperative through our hesitation to finalize our booking due to the pandemic. He even gave us an extra month beyond the deadline to decide.

A totally delightful stay
