Enjoy the comforts of home in this 1800+ square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-level town home in historic Frisco. This is not a luxury property by any means, except for the fantastic central location. But, it's perfect for budget-conscious families and groups that are stoked for an affordable mountain vacation!
This home is equal to 4 hotel rooms, and also has a kitchen, free WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer and a wood-burning fireplace. This is an unreal deal (but it's real) for 6 adults and 4 kids (under 60 pounds in bunks), and actually a great deal for just 2 people!
This Peak One town home is located 2 blocks south of Frisco's famous and historic Main Street. And 2 blocks to the north are popular hiking trail heads including Mount Royal, Mt. Victoria, Peak One, Rainbow Lake, Miner's Creek and more.
Both upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed with Dr's Choice mattresses, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is the kids' favorite, with 4 twin bunks for kids up to 60 pounds maximum.
The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace and cable TV with DVD/VCR. You'll have a small starter supply of firewood, so you can enjoy a cozy fire on chilly evenings if you wish.
There is free parking for three cars in the surface parking lot just outside the front door. But please take advantage of Summit County's awesome free bus system, the Summit Stage. It picks you steps away on Main Street and goes to all the resorts. Totally free to you, and runs every half hour from 6am - 2am, 7 days a week.
We understand the special needs of families and are happy that this condo has a separate 'hang-out' area in the the lower level, which is perfect for kids.
This large, fully-furnished home offers free Wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen - with blender, toaster, waffle-maker, coffee maker, tea pot, and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer, books and games, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, and glorious views of the Ten Mile range. Downstairs there is a kitchenette with wet bar, table with chairs and a TV. Use the gas grill on the deck for easy meals, or walk to Main Street and find a variety of restaurants.

Copper Mountain is less than 10 minutes away. Breck is 15 minutes, Keystone is 20 minutes, A-Basin is 30 minutes and Loveland is 40 minutes. Less than an hour away from it all!

The carpet needs to be replaced/removed with LVP due to high traffic wear and is filthy - simply needs to be removed.
The management company was VERY responsive and had it cleaned but it is still a mess (old,worn and stained. Outside back deck has old BarBQ stain on floor causing it to be tracked into house. Just needs time TLC cleaning.

Property is a great location. Overall good but the water heater is really inadequate and we had some lights and outlets that didn’t work.

The condo is spacious, the furniture and beds are comfortable. We ate in for breakfasts and dinner a couple of evenings. The kitchen was adequate for our needs.
Hiking and biking trails are conveniently located. Frisco is central to several other towns to visit! We all loved our stay!

Large rental with 2 floors. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This did not bother us, but if your looking for fancy this is not it. (Which I believe they mention in description) Entire place needs updating. However, location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and hiking. Also, Rental company was great to work with.

This is a great property. I would recommend it to others. We also run a VRBO and have some comments to make regarding the property. I am only offering as a help. Toilette seat in one of the upstairs bathrooms is worn out and needs to be replaced. There were random lights that were burned out in the house, these need to be replaced. Kitchen is fine but the pots and pans do not reflect that this is a house that can sleep8 to 10 people. They are too small and of medium to poor quality. Could not easily cook food for 6. Pillows in every room were not good, they were old and of poor quality. Need to be replaced and upgraded. Beds were fine, pillows were not good. Towels were terrible also, they were the small barely cover or work. This is a nice property and the pillows and towelss should reflect that.

Good location for skiing the big resorts in Frisco area. The townhouse was large, and although somewhat dated, it was fine for our 4 day ski trip. Well stocked kitchen.
There was a small issue with not getting the entry code for the front door. The code was missing in the ‘arrival instructions’ email, but a quick email to the management company resolved this issue. Plenty of good dining options in the immediate area.
The back porch is only big enough for 2 people, but not a factor for us since it was winter. The gas grill is small (about the size of a steering wheel) but we got 4 steaks on it.
The TV in the family room is too small. The bunk beds in the downstairs bunk room are weight restricted, but you could put a mattress from a bunk bed on the floor if need be.

This same group of friends have been renting ski condos across North America and Europe for over 30 years. We like the location in Frisco which makes the local restaurants very convenient and is only a short drive to multiple ski resorts (Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone and Beaver Creek). However, this condo needs to be updated with improved amenities, better cookware, glasses, etc.

Photos are accurate. This place is not fancy which is perfect for little ones, came with high chair and pack-n-play and lots of carpet. Location for easy walk to downtown is great! Also easy walk to chill trails nearby. Lots of plates. Needs to update cookware.

I stayed for a business trip. The house had lots of kitchen ware and appliances. The separate spaces worked really well for our mixed business group. Not fancy, but comfy and very convenient to downtown.

The layout of the condo was excellent-plenty of room; great location; living room comfortable for 5 people; kitchen pretty well equipped; nice big dining room table. What was a disappointment was that the carpet throughout was pretty stained; food under the living room sofa; the downstairs bathroom was moldy and very slow drain in the bathtub; toilet sticks when flushed. It definitely needs a remodel.

Nice place to stay but very noisy neighbors
Property is as advertised. Plenty of room to move around. Only complaint is the folks on either side of you, you can hear every word they say. Plus what to much noise in the parking lot well after 1am .. so wont get much sleep.

Convenient but Outdated
If not for the location and the responsiveness of the management I would have given an lower overall rating. Many staples (i.e coffee, toilet paper, etc) were not present. Toilet paper was provided after contacting management. Many things such as the pocket doors, patio screen, light bulbs, leaking faucets, leaking toilet and dryer were all broken or not working upon arrival. The dryer not working was an inconvenience but management promptly dried our laundry and returned it. This property really needs some TLC.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked how close it was to downtown Frisco. They need to replace some of the lightbulbs, especially on the stairs, but otherwise we had no complaints.

Great location, but a little outdated
We had a lovely stay and everything was comfortable, but there were a few minor details that were overlooked. The coffee pot wasn't clean and there were no trashbags in the kitchen. The place is outdated but otherwise cozy and comfortable.

Great space but outdated
Location and layout are great. Lower level is perfect for kids to hang out. Big comfy couch. Proximity to Main St is awesome. But, no curtain in 2nd bedroom - too bright to sleep; no pillowcases for the extra pillows; wet towels were still in dryer when we arrived; wrong key was left in lockbox so we couldn't; check in, had to wait on a replacement; faucets all leak. A few updates and it would be amazing!

Amazing location and exactly what we were looking for, close to restaurants but mainly walkout to hiking trails. Great spacious condo,, we were only 4 people but this would accommodate a large group. It is a little outdated, a few things did not work well, which is fine and acceptable at this great price. It could be cleaner and kitchen a little more organized. But overall we give it 5* except the cleanliness..

Great location
We really liked staying at the property because of the location and everything that was included. Our only complaint is that the mattress was very uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep very well. Other than that, it was great.

The property was is a great location. Our only real complaint is that the carpet needs a good cleaning!!! Other than that it was clean and well furnished. The toilet in the lower level was loose so you had to be careful while setting down on it. There were adequate linens and paper products.

Great location, worn out condo
We booked very late and this was the only 3-4 bedroom condo available within easy walking distance of Main Street Frisco. The decor was old, faded, and stained, and was filled with Santa Clauses in the middle of summer. There were vacuum cleaners in the closet, and spare pillows but no extra pillow cases. The management agent was very responsive and the layout and space were excellent. We had a great time, and this place suited our needs.

No TV or WiFi
Was very disappointed that the unit did not have any TV or WiFi connection until the last evening of our stay. That is to say, only 1 TV had reception on the last evening.. My Office Mgr. emailed the vrbo on Tues. to let them know. No one contacted either my office manager nor anyone staying at the unit. We won't be using this unit when we come back later this month.

Family Ski Weekend
This condo was perfect for the size of our family. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. The location was close to A-Basin where we skied and Copper Mt where we tubed. I recommend this condo to large family's.
