The house is set in a quiet area yet walking distance to the main street, marina and park. Great for our family with teen boys and a dog. Thanks for a great getaway in the mountains.

Nice and spacious…My Grandkids loved it ! lots of games to choose from & entertainment !! and a few minutes away from restaurants ! 😊

Great place. We loved the location. It was a block or 2 off Main Street and the Summit Stage stop. We jumped on the shuttle straight to Copper Mountain. The foosball and ping pong tables were a big hit. It was nice having two living areas. Beds were comfy. It was nice having a big garage for all our gear- mountain bikes, snowboards, etc. Communication with the host was excellent.

We love this house! Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable, lots of natural light, very convenient location, just a couple of blocks from cute downtown Frisco. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making us so comfortable.
4.8
We had a great stay here - lots to like. The pet-friendly home is well appointed and nicely decorated. Super convenient location for access to many local ski resorts and for walking to downtown Frisco. Will stay again.

Great location for family ski trips to Copper Mountain. Great set up with a big table for cards and games as well as a ping pong table downstairs. Plus, they allowed our golden retriever to join in the fun… Wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We had plenty of room (5 adults) to be together when we wanted to be together or to have privacy when we needed space. We were a bit worried there wasn’t going to be snow as Colorado had not received the usual snowfall for this time of year. However we had nothing to worry about as it snowed pretty much everyday of our trip. We absolutely enjoyed the white Christmas we were hoping for!
The location was perfect as this property is within 20-45 minutes of Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. The garage fits 2 cars (although it’s tight) and there is room for 2 more in the driveway. The streets were plowed regularly but we had to shovel the drive a few times as the service hadn’t come to clear it. We had some issues with one of our cars being able to get out of the driveway due to the snow. But that had nothing to do with the property. I only include that for other visitors so they know that a Camry doesn’t do well in the snow haha!
The kitchen was well stocked and the few things we needed for our traditional Christmas dishes (Bundt pan, large container for punch, etc) were easy to bring from home. We had plenty of linens, laundry soap, and toilet paper. We did run out of trash bags and paper towels but the grocery store is about 5-7 minutes away so it was no big deal. The beds were comfy but firm and the master bath is huge-my daughter-in-law raved about the tub!
Overall this property was perfect for our needs and was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying her for your next Summit County adventure and I look forward to staying here again!

Very spacious house to accommodate large families. Plenty of beds and seating for our family of five and then some. Fun game room for kids and adults. Great location; close to Main Street, park/open space, and the marina.
4.8
They place was beautiful and in a quiet cup-de-sac. You are close enough to Main Street for an easy walk to any of the shopping and dinning. Not to sound redundant, but this place was beautiful.

This was a staycation for my wife and I because we live in the Denver area. Our daughter and Son in Law were visiting from PA and they enjoyed a couple of long hikes. It was a great area for walking our dog. I did have a little trouble figuring out the TV operation. Unable to find TNF.

We came for 9 day to escape the texas heat. The location was perfect 2 blocks to Main Street and one block to river. We hardly had to get in our car. The house was very well equipped and I felt at home. Would definitely book again.
4.8
Lovely stay for our family. Kids toys, piano and downstairs games were a bonus! Beautiful home and convenient location.

Location, layout, amenities …. this is that rare rental that scores perfectly with all three, is professionally managed and allows us to bring our dog. We absolutely loved our summertime week-long stay in Frisco and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

This property was the perfect weekend getaway for myself and my friends. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.
The location was the best part: close enough to almost everything. We walked to Frisco’s Main Street, and the house is situated near some excellent walking paths to take our dogs out on each day.

Advertised as dog friendly however during our stay it was anything but that - they had roofers finishing a new roof that were supposed to be finished prior to all of us arriving. The roofers weren’t there when we got there on 10/9 but they left behind a bunch of sheet metal on both sides of the house which had sharp jagged corners. There were also jagged fragment pieces scattered throughout the lawn all over. I picked up a number of these during the week of our stay. We had to worry every time taking our dogs out that they would step on one that we might have missed picking up. The back light on the deck was disconnected, so no one could enjoy sitting outside and it made using the grill an absolute chore. Not too mention worrying constantly about our dogs paws. The handle lever on the kitchen sink was broken so it fell off anytime someone needed to use the water. Additionally the poorly lit front walkway has a horseshoe curve due to a huge rock that’s there, which caused many of our guests to trip when they came to visit during the evening. The WiFi password did not work upon getting to the property and while on the phone with the owner she told me that the roofers would be back the next day (Monday 10/10/22) which changed our brunch plans having friends over for my birthday that day. While on the phone she kept telling us how great it is that we are the first to enjoy the new roof - we sure didn’t. Between the yard scraps and material, we lost sleep one of the nights due to sheet metal smacking the roof. The morning packing up the car one guy was walking under the open hatch of our suv with a ladder as we were trying to load it to leave. We were only notified at the last minute about the projects at the house. I did okay the one hour on Monday 10/10 however workers were back the next day 10/11 as our party was trying to prepare for our wedding. Workers knocked on the door interrupting asking our guests questions as if we were the owners. Made the day uncomfortable—-For the money we paid for our stay I would not recommend. We were there for our very own wedding & many of our wedding photos reflect the loss of sleep. A vacation stay is meant for relaxing which this house was most definitely NOT

This home is only a couple of blocks from Main St. Frisco and is an excellent setup for a family. Upstairs is the living/dining/kitchen and a nice primary bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a den, two bedrooms, a bath, and the laundry room.

We stayed at the Trailhead house for 4 nights in August for an end of summer get away. The set up was perfect for our family of four, a baby and a dog. There is plenty of room for more people than we had. It is so well set up for more than one family. Our son and his wife and granddaughter had their own space downstairs , with two bedrooms and bathroom and large living area for play time. there are two pack n plays and two high chairs provided. The house really has anything you need. The master bathroom is large and nicely decorated with heated floors. The beds are ok - we loved that there were king beds in two bedrooms. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. The house is a few blocks walk to Main St. where there are good restaurants - Butterhorn Bakery & Cafe for breakfast is always good. Ollie's for great burgers, and many more. Lots of cute shops. We rented E-bikes at a bike store on Main st - very fun - lots of paths right in Frisco and all around the area to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or Keystone or just a ride around Lake Dillon. Being close to Main St was so convenient for us to come and go as we wanted to without needing to load up in the car very often. A park is just a few minutes walk from the house. I wouldn't get this if you need a mountain view because you are tucked away in neighborhood of houses close by and behind you, but it was such a great location to town and you are outdoors most of the time anyway. We would rent this house again and recommend it to others.

Loved this stay in Frisco! Super close to Copper Mountain (10 minute drive) and short walk to downtown bars and restaurants which the young adults in our group definitely took advantage of! Close to Frisco Bike Pathway and parks to walk dogs and our dogs loved all the fresh snow! The rental unit was very clean and had all the basic amenities, and enough room for 3 couples and 3 college teens to spread out. There are definitely all the other things needed for young toddlers/babies too. I would definitely recommend this house and will definitely be booking again!

This is a charming house with a large open kitchen-dining-family room. There was a strong snow storm our 2nd day and it was delightful to sit in this big room and watch the snow swirl outside. The house is 1 block from Main St. with lots of restaurant choices and very close to a paved walking/biking path along a beautiful stream. We would stay here again when visiting Frisco.
