This large private home is settled in a quiet area but is still close to ski resorts and is less than a mile from the main parts of town.
Multiple spacious living areas are filled with Western-style accents like Aztec rugs and textiles and are great for entertaining. After a day on the slopes, unwind with a dip in the Jacuzzi tub or retreat to one of two master suites for private relaxation.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Perfect for entertaining, the living area features wooden floors and tall windows for plenty of light and includes leather seating and a gas fireplace, with a flat-screen TV mounted above.
Cook up a great meal on the ample granite countertops in the kitchen. The island has a gas stove and a kitchen bar with seating for three, with copper lantern lights mounted on the ceiling. Settle in at the dining room buffet table if you need more space than the bar stools.
The master bedroom is on the second floor, with French doors. It has a king bed, long wooden bench, nightstands, a dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The open en suite bathroom includes a pair of vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, a pedestal sink, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a log frame bed, a nightstand, dresser, full closet, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a sink with cabinets, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has vaulted ceilings. It also includes its own living area with leather sofas, flat-screen TV, wood stove, and balcony access. A guest bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower serves this room.
If you have a large group and need more space, there’s another living area on the second floor with leather sofas, a gas fireplace, and a kitchenette. There’s also a wooden desk and books if you’re looking for some light reading or need to get some work done.
On the first floor, the fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a hexagon-shaped sink with black countertops. The fifth bedroom is also on the first floor with an en suite bathroom.
The house also has a half bath on the first floor. Out back, there’s a small patio, great for grilling outdoors.
OUR LOCATION
Experience Frisco, a small scenic town close to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. In the winter, there are plenty of opportunities to hit the slopes. In warmer months, walk along Frisco Bay, take a kayak tour, rent a sailboat, pontoon boat, or a stand-up paddleboard.
The house is less than a mile to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and grocery stores, including a Whole Foods Market for vacation feast ingredients. When you want to sample the local cuisine, try Q4U Barbecue for casual bites and brews or Hacienda Real for cantina-style cooking.
The former mining town is also home to thrift stores, so check out some antiques while you explore the town. Frisco is also close to Silverthorne Outlet Malls and the Dillon Marina.

Our family of 3 stayed with 3 other couples. The property was exactly as described - large, very close to downtown Frisco and very clean. This isn’t a negative but the other reviews were accurate where nothing extra was provided, even salt/pepper/oil. We planned ahead and bought some to leave for other people.

Great location. Private yet close to everything.

This was an excellent location near sidewalks/walkways to have a dog at. The house was spacious with large bedrooms and space for guests and pets. The management company was quick to respond with questions. They had all the appliances you could need for cooking and a spacious kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again!

This place is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located to everything winter. Our group went 4x4 riding and snowmobiling in Leadville, sleigh riding in Breckenridge, cross country skiing nearby and snowboarding at Copper Mountain. Groceries are within walking distance. We had everything we needed. only drawback is the showers are small for large size people.

We booked this large, beautiful home for a 5-day getaway with family and friends. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything - great location. The home has big open spaces that made it perfect for family with kids ranging from 0-13. Unfortunately some areas of the home are in need of some major repairs or updates. management company VaCasa was incredibly responsive. their team was very timely, polite, and did a great job helping us deal with all of the below issues.
The kitchen is big and spacious, but not very well stocked; I could not find a single baking sheet, and all pans were rusty and banged up. Most rentals at least have things like salt and pepper, tin foil, etc. None here (I know that’s not guaranteed, just nice to know in advance if we truly need to bring in all basics). The kitchen faucet was very loose and wobbly when we arrived. By day 3 it had completely come loose and fallen over. (It got fixed the next day)
This property has 5.5 baths, plus kitchen. But only one hot water heater. We know because we ran out of hot water on day 1 after washing pots/pans, running the dishwasher, and one small bath for a 3 year old. Only tepid water in the two bathrooms farther away from hot water tank after that. We staggered showers for the rest of the trip, and waited to do dishes if needed.
The shower door was off the track in the upstairs bath, and on day 3 the primary bath started leaking in to the dining room. 2 plumbers came but it couldn’t be fixed. Not ideal.

Great place overall. Good for our needs. Couldn't get a hold of anyone for some basic questions about the HVAC. The number posted in the app doesn't work and I texted the number written down in the book but never got a reply. Wouldn't hurt to provide the most basic of coffee supplies.

Large home with a great layout and plenty of space to spread out. Beds are comfortable (we like soft to medium firm). Well stocked with kitchen appliances; air fryer, fryer, crock pot, drip coffee and fancy coffee machine, toaster, didn't see a blender but likely has one. Kitchen even had measuring cups/spoons, ladles etc. We cooked Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. In a nice and quiet neighborhood convenient to Wholefoods, Safeway and Walmart. No fencing for pets but is pet friendly :) as there were pet food and water bowls in the house (nice touch). Furnishings could use some love, but again it is pet friendly.

Overall this was a great place and I’d stay again! The couch was ripped but we threw a sheet over it and no big deal. I was terrified of staying there after reading some recent reviews but it was great. We had 8 adults and everyone had there own space and own bathroom. Yes some of the decor is a little dated but it was clean and we found it great. Loved the game cabinet!!
4.5
Garage door codes didn’t work and door lock was missing buttons. Customer service had a difficult time getting the right information for the house. Same issues from last year. Once in, house is great. Plenty of room and big kitchen space for family meals. Can walk to anywhere in Frisco
4.5
Big comfortable place for the family to gather. Everything about the house is outdated but functional. Overall our stay was good with 6 adults and 3 young kids.
Housekeeping was a bit lax with some dirty items in the kitchen and the last guests grilling utensils still sitting on the grill dirty.
Other items have been mentioned in previous reviews like door codes, holes in furniture, over grown landscaping, etc.
4.5
This house is perfect for a big family stay. Each room has their own bathroom (though a little outdated) which is super helpful when sharing a space with extended family. Great space. Can easily bike to main street or walk to wholefoods/ brewery.

This was a great house for our family and friends. There is PLENTY of room and you can’t beat the location!!

I cannot recommend this home for your next stay in Frisco, Colorado. My women's group has stayed at this house several times since 2018, and it has steadily gone downhill. The icemaker in the refrigerator has not worked for over a year. Also, we could not get some of the televisions to work. When we arrived at the house, I had to call the Vacasa representative, because the code I had been given to unlock the door did not work. I told her of the defects in the house. She took my cell number and said the maintenance person would call, but I never received a call. There were no groceries of any kind in the house--no tissues or paper napkins, no salt & pepper, no coffee. And the icing on the cake, a sizeable rip in one of the leather sofas. Do not stay at this house!

The house was perfect for two families. Beautiful views. Nice neighborhood for walking the dogs. Very clean !

The location was outstanding. Close to everything!

The place was gorgeous, spacious and clean. However because its management is farmed out to Vacasa, it is very difficult to properly and promptly tend to the property. The first problem was that we had asked to have the house heat turned up before arrival which they said was impossible. Second we had asked what the recycling policy was, which was not on the listing information. The Vacasa agent was only able to repeat to me the exact same information on the listing. Fortunately we were able to find the local recycling place ourselves. The third problem was that the driveway was so icey that our car whose gear was in park started sliding backwards while we were retrieving our ski gear from the rear hatch. Fortunately the car stopped just before rolling into the street and no one was injured. And finally the smoke detector battery in the master bedroom located on an 18 foot high ceiling began to chirp at about 7pm. Vacasa’s response was that it was unlikely that anyone would be able to service the smoke detector because it was after 6pm, but that someone would call which they never did. Owning a property entails being responsible for fixing anything that would compromise the safety and comfort of your guests. This was not our experience.

This home was perfect for a larger group as well as a few pups. The house had everything you needed from extra air mattresses to every kitchen appliance you could think of. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The morning walks around the neighborhood were amazing. The one complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t seam to stay shut and a shelf in the fridge was broken which made one of the drawers unusable. We also had to throw some food out because it didn’t stay cold enough in the fridge.

Lots of space and good location but poor internet, broken or no blinds
4.5
Super convenient location: close to trails, restaurants, shopping and I70. House has a nice layout that allows people to hang together or have some privacy. Everything was very clean upon checkin. The only problem was that the codes provided were incorrect (Vacasa customer service was helpful). Love that it is dog friendly!
4.5
First, Vacasa needs to get it's entry procedures in order. They failed to mention that you need to first get into the garage to unlock the door and, so, provided no garage entry info.
The house has a ton of space and is suitable for two families. That said, much of the space is wasted space (like the upstairs family room with no TV). The decor of the house (esp the bathrooms) are from the late 80s (black toilets!). The biggest negative though is that you cant sleep late in the two master bedrooms upstairs as they dont have shades on the big windows. Other negatives are the kitchen supplies. The pans are old and nasty and dont look clean. There is no toaster just an inconvenient toaster oven (new 4-slot toasters cost $50, just add it!). There were no rubber spatulas (tough to cook eggs without them). Lastly, there was a big rip in the very old family room couch and the other couaches in the FR looked dirty. Maybe time to replace them. That could easily be paid for with 1-week's rental income.
4.5
This home’s location was excellent. It is also very large which was great for our family. Two issues persist that have been mentioned by previous reviewers. First, the check in instructions were wrong. If they give you a code that is more than 4 digits, it is wrong. The lockbox is not by the front door rather it is by the garage. Second, 2 (heavily stained) couches have massive holes in them and they should be fixed - like stuffing is falling out. It is likely time to buy new couches.
4.5
Great house. Beautiful, roomy, convenient.
Only slightly downside is slow internet, and ripped leather couch(easily fixable---just sew some southwest themed fabric--same as throw pillows--into the rip---done and beautiful---and preserves the couch---)
But all in all a great house. My family of 9, 4 little kids, enjoyed a wonderful vacation in a lovely space.
4.5
Overall stay was very good. Very roomy accommodations. Clean. However, outside of home has been neglected. Also, this property requires insect exterminator service. Found many live spiders inside sleeping area.
4.5
We were unable to enter home because codes were not accurate. A handyman did let us in. This was a spacious home that needed some work. Two of the leather couches were ripped, garage door broke, shower door not working. The carpet was fairly new and there were so many bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The house slept 10, but only had seats for 9. That was a little odd. We brought down a desk chair. It was an easy drive to stores or hikes. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Vacasa was helpful with a few of our issues. It is hard to find a house with 5 bedrooms. If you are looking for bedrooms and bathrooms this is your house. If you want things to be perfect this is not your house.
4.5
The house is stunning, beautifully decorated, very spacious, every bedroom has their own bath, and loved the 3 different living rooms! A space for everyone! And the kitchen is huge! The one thing lacking was a sitting area outside - there is a small deck with a grill, but no seating.
4.5
The house was really nice for a large group. The only issues I had was with the property management group. I messaged them a couple of times and they never responded. After two days of no response I called the 1-800 number and they didn’t have any answers to my questions. The house and location was great, but they need to work on communication and customer service.

Frisco is a wonderful winter vacation town. The home was clean and overall fit our needs. The Vacasa website said this home has a fitness and game room but appeared to be in the basement behind a lock door which we were not given the code to. When I sent an email on day one and again the next day, we did not receive a response. I would recommend this home but be prepared that some items are not as advertised.

This house doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior is wonderful. It would be great for a large group or family reunion. The only snag we had was that the check-in instructions gave us a code to unlock the door ... but the lock on the front door had no number pad. Vacasa guest services were able to give us a backup code to a lockbox with a key. After we got inside, we discovered that the lock with the number pad was INSIDE the garage. This was a minor issue, but future guests should be made aware.

Reviewer Comments:
This is the third time that my group has stayed at this property, so we certainly find it to be acceptable. I compliment the company on the professional and fair manner in which they handled the necessary postponement and rebooking of a stay that was supposed to occur in May, 2020. Our concerns are minor, but they affected our comfort. The amenities that are promised at the house are either missing or quite poor. There was no dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. The hand soap that was provided could hardly be called soap--it didn't even lather. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not operate at all, although a bag of ice had been provided. The television in the master suite did not work, as well. There were no paper napkins or tissues. Small comfort items that can easily be provided at limited expense to the owner make a difference in a feeling of being welcomed and appreciated as customers.

Loved the home, its clean with high end touches. We are a group of 10 and had enough beds in this 5 bed home. Bring your own towels, body wash and hand soap. I got it from near by walmart. Location is close to everything.
