We are a family of 6 (2 parents/4 adult children). The unit was well equipped, and the layout accommodated everyone. I appreciated the extras such as the crockpot, full spice rack, coffee filters and aluminum foil. The Washer /dryer was handy and our most favorite part?? The Hot Tub!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Came for the Leadville 100 race. Nice home. Dated, but clean. Cooked majority of our meals in. Kitchen pots and pans need replacing but useable. very pleasant and comfortable however very little outdoor space. Wonderfully close to hiking/biking trails. Loved the club house amenities

Loved our stay here, and had everything we needed! Super accessible, and was the perfect place to stay with our 3yo. Between the bunk beds, the hot tub and the club house, he was in heaven! For the adults, it was close to most things and easy to get to surrounding ski resorts. The walk to downtown Frisco is totally doable, but maybe a little long for those not up for a good walk.

The house was spacious and clean. It was what was advertised. Walking distance to the downtown area and trail head was close too! Great property.

Great townhome, great location
We were already familiar with this part of Frisco, and can highly recommend the location. If you're skiing Copper mountain this is as close as it gets without being in the village. House has a great layout, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only thing to keep in mind is temperature differences between floors due to single zone heating, but that is easily regulated by individual heaters that are provided, so everyone was very comfortable and happy (and automatic gas fireplace is a nice touch in the living room).

Great location
Great house. Perfect for 2-3 families. Enjoyed it very much.

The house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, backed up to a beautiful stream. Unfortunately, when we went to use the dryer, the tubing wasnt hooked up and actually blew into the house. They did send over a handyman to fix it. Additionally, in the top most bedroom, the vertical blinds were difficult to use and 2 of them were already broken so in the morning the sun was shining right in. We came from the east coast and were surprised there were no extra amenities in there such as paper towels, hand soap or coffee filters. We stayed there with 4 adults and 5 children, the space did accommodate us well.

Nice house that provided us with a great time
A good place to stay. Plenty of room for our party of seven. Clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed except for hotpads. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and being able to use the Clubhouse at the Mountainside facilities. Would rent again! Quiet area.

A nice house
The location for this house was great as well as the space inside for our group of 12. There were a couple things that were broken (kitchen faucet, master bathroom faucet) but we noted them to the property management company so hopefully they'll get fixed. Overall, our group liked the house but if there was another similar property for the same price, we would try that property first before returning to this house. However, that being said, we wouldn't NOT stay here- it was a nice house with a nice kitchen and living room/dining room space for our large group and it was nice to have the 4 separate bedrooms. The basement was a little chilly for sleeping but we just cranked up the heat a little higher. It was also nice to have the garage for one of our vehicles. We didn't use the hot tub at the house so I can't comment on that. We went to the clubhouse several times to use the indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs and those were enjoyable. As I said before, a nice house with a nice location.
