Cottage was very cozy, nice, and clean! Very quiet area but still close enough to everything we wanted do do. There are gorgeous waterfalls to visit! Cottage had everything you need and then some! Wonderful place to stay!!!

We had a great stay here, would highly recommend. The location and size of the space was perfect. We had everything we needed, the bed and couch were comfortable and the area rug was the softest rug I had to look at where it came from. We were hiking and kayaking in the area and I know there is much more to see. If I come back I would definitely choose this place again. Having the pool was nice as well! Cant say enough, it was just perfect

My sister lives in Cookeville. So I came to visit for her birthday. Such a relaxing visit the rental was very clean very comfortable and very well stocked with a few little: if you forgot- here’s one. A very nice touch. Would recommend and will book again. Pool in back of stay, looked nice. A little cool weather wise for me. But liked inviting!

This rental was perfect for a quick stay for me and a friend! It's a quick, easy drive to Cookeville, but far enough away to be quiet and a bit secluded. The owner was very responsive in communication as well. We had a great stay!

The home was in a beautiful, quiet location. Outside the city limits but less than 20 minutes from anywhere I wanted to go. Gas station and Dollar General just up the street. I found a wonderful church that welcomed me to their services just a block away. Everything I needed for my stay was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great back yard too. Couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoyed Pine River Cabin during out brief stay in Cookeville. The hosts thought of everything we might need (except for kleenex but we brought that with us). We didn't cook here because we are exploring the areas restaurants to see what is offered. We are considering moving to this area so this was a good home base for exploration. Thanks!

Property is easy to find, conveniently located to the highway and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and relaxing. The bed was warm and comfy. I loved the washer and dryer I was able to get our laundry done rather than having to do it when I got home. The host was very thoughtful and checked in with us to see how our stay was going.

Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores but far enough out of town to still be quiet at night. 3rd year we have stayed and planning on going back next year. Host is very nice and right there if you need her. We have no complaints at all.

The cottage was cute, very clean and in the perfect location between Nashville and Knoxville. We also found the town of Cookeville to be a pleasant surprise from the local coffee shops, bookstore to the boutiques. Loved our stay!

The VRBO was off the road in a quiet area of the property. It was very well stocked and clean. The property owner was wonderful with info about the area and places to go. I truly cannot say enough about this listing!! Highly recommend!!!

The space was charming and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Only complaint I have is that it was hard to find (directions need to be updated). The owner answered promptly when I called for clarification and communicated well.

Loved the place! Clean and private. The bed is super comfortable. My hubby can’t usually sleep at night but on this bed he did. Soooo happy! Plus we rode our mountain bikes through the park that is 2 miles from the rental. The place felt comfy with a super splash of luxury. 😉👍

The actual place is secluded and you have lots of privacy to yourself! This place was perfect as it was far enough from the city to have your own space, but close enough to everything my partner and I wanted to do 🙂 It was clean and the host made sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks again!

Such a cute little property. You feel like you’re in the country, but you’re just minutes from Cookeville. We even stayed in one night and we were close enough for Uber Eats delivery. Highly recommend.

Excellent quaint cottage , quiet setting, very clean, everything you need was there, it was like we were home, pool was very nice to relax in, bbq grill, beach chairs, patio table and chairs. Laundry room, 1 bedroom very comfortable, large living room, dinning room, kitchen very clean, everything needed was there. Gracious host, very helpful and very friendly. This was our nicest place to stay and feel at home. Truly a gem. Looking forward to renting next year. Thank you Lindsay😍.

We were beyond pleased with this cottage. My husband and I - along with our bernedoodle - were driving across country so we only stayed to sleep. It was immaculate - smelled great - and was ver welcoming. Really comfortable bed - great setup for coffee in the morning. Would have enjoyed more time there! It was a tiny bit difficult to find - but that was likely influenced by us getting there in the dark after driving for ten hours :). Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Excellent cottage getaway. Close to multiple parks and downtown Cookeville. Check in and out was very easy. The cottage itself is bigger than is appears in the pictures, equipped with everything you would need and more. Very enjoyable stay, plus pet friendly, which is always a win for us!

My husband and I were able to easily find the property with the detailed directions given to us. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We couldn’t get over the comfy day bed/couch and abundance of hot water! We loved it! We also truly appreciated the local guide book that was available to us. We visited many of the places mentioned. We can’t wait to stay again!

The owner was communicative and responsive to questions. There were no surprises or differences from the pictures. The house is located conveniently close (by car) to downtown Cookeville and highway access. Set back nicely from the road. Dog friendly with a leash or strong voice command as the area is limited for dog walking. The house will best serve as a home base overnight, you should plan on doing your exploring & viewing by car.

Cute and perfect for 2 people. Much more comfortable than a motel room and more affordable too. We were able to have our dog with us and that is a plus.
