Très bien en étape.

Hôtel récent, dans un style plutôt moderne, au bout d'une impasse et par conséquent très tranquille. Peut être le meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour. Personnel toujours avenant comme partout à Bali.

Comme beaucoup de bâtiments à Bali, il risque de mal vieillir.

Resortul bine plasat, dar necesită reparație

Este bine plasată , aproape de mall unde poți avea acces la masaj, supermarket , cafenele. Personalul drăguț . Receptivi. Curat în fiecare zi și schimbat de prosoape .

Camerele sunt vechi . Nu sunt întreținute . Pereții pătați . Dușul murdar și uzat . Spa ul mai scump decât la mall , mic și trebuie să faci programare din timp , micul dejun nici nu l-am luat căci sala era mică și în reparație.

- Byliśmy grupą 7 osobową i zgodnie z opisem miały byc 3 sypialnie i 2 rozkładane sofy niestety żadnej sofy nie było. - W jednym pokoju klimatyzacja ledwo działa przez to musieliśmy używać wentylatora bo nie szło wytrzymać w pokoju . -Uważam że nie jest to villa 5* tylko 3* -Villa nadaje się odświeżenia, dodatkowo pościel była w plamach jak przyjechaliśmy . -Były tylko 2 leżaki przy basenie - niestety na zdjęciach villa wygląda cudownie a w rzeczywistości jest całkowicie inaczej. - pokoje śmierdzą starą szafą

Breakfast was OK. Location was central to all the places we wanted to scooter to. Perfect. Staff were very courteous kind and informative about what was happening around the areas. Pool was perfect.

Probably a restaurant all day cooking for guests.

Overall is bad.

The staff at the hotel was overall nice and kind. They tried their best to communicate with us and their boss who is very rude.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed,there is not only blood on the bed sheet also messy stuffs. We arrived late at night,only one security guard was there and who can't speak english properly. We asaked him to change our bed sheet,but he said no and asked us to wait until the second day. The shower and basin is blocked in the bathroom. We decided to change hotel next day,and tried to speak to the staff who cant make decision,then reffered us to their boss who is totally dishonest and rude. All he cares is his income,didn't apologize to us regarding the messy situation at all.

Nice lady at the front desk Pretty backyard The internet was okay but not fast There was stuff at the facilities all the time

The breakfast time and place kept getting messed up. We got woken up once because we said 8:30 but they came at 8:00 and we said eat outside and they brought it to our room. But that’s not that big of a deal The bedsheets, robes and curtains had stains on them. The tea pot was dirty all 3 mornings that we were there. So we didn’t drink any tea. The front bit of it was so unclean that when i got a tissue and stuck it there it came out black. We had to ask 4 times for our room to get cleaned We are backpacking for a month and this was our most expensive but worse stay

the breakfast could have been better. you had to choose the night before and there were limited options. I would maybe skip the breakfast next time and go out for breakfast instead :)

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful when I wanted to know about scooter rental, tours and etc. The room was clean, beds comfy and breakfast yumy and the price was very decent.

Good location, good service, and excellent value

Staff are very nice and friendly and respect privacy. I liked their swimming pool. For me their location was good since it’s working the local environment which gave me a sense of local like once I get out of the villa, and also close to a shopping mall with restaurants and nice supermarket where I shopped different kinds of fruits, beer and wine, cheez and hams for snacks. Even though the usual laundry service does not offer to wash shoes, they arranged it me for good price and it really helped my days since I only had a parir of nice pair of tennis to wear for my travel back.

I had to move rooms since it was doble Booked at first but they gave me the upgraded one. Then Before I get the room that I actually booked which always a balcony access one, I had to wait in the pool access room for some hours though it was fine since I was gonna swim in the swimming anyways. But I kind of felt that I had to “ask for’ the room that I actually booked for the rearrangement. All sorted out well without having troubles but good information ahead might have helped. In total, definitely good value and worth to stay!

The breakfast was good. Local and foreign versions. Also served to the room. The pool was nice, also the area. With a bit a garden and quiet. Staff mainly friendly.

I booked the room as a 5 star rating on booking.com but in reality it was a 4 star. So please booking.com, it's not the first time I see wrong classifications here, you should improve the reliability of your data. The first night I arrived I had no running water in the room. Need to call the manager to fix that. Also the sink was kind of leaking. The Aircon produce a lot of condense water over the cupboard, which runs then down and on the floor. Admitted I used the Aircon a lot. Facilities at the poolside were broken, one out of three showers were functional.
