Great location, very close to all the amenities and
the pier .
Had every thing that we required from the apartment.
Easy self check in .
Bit noisy from road traffic and also in the house from
Guest above and below .
Guests in basement apartment smoking funny fags
and smell was coming in to
Our room .
Sofa bed needs to be replaced, it really dips in the
middle .

The room was in a great location and access was easy with very clear communication from the hotel. The room was sufficiently clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had complimentary earplugs behind the building entry door which was a nice touch. The bathroom was renovated but works were required to ensure proper comfort.
The bathroom door did not close nor lock. The door did not latch into the door frame at all and the original lock was broken and hanging loose. Another pin-style lock had been installed but it was not aligned and therefore did not lock. The lock would not have been an issue if the door closed at all. I messaged the property during our stay but we did not receive a response at all. Two types of milk and a juice were left but all 3 bottles were opened from the previous guest which (as a hotel manager) is very unsanitary. Smaller bottles refreshed between every guest is the better option. The rooms are also quite loud and you can hear other guests walking up and down stairs during the night so if you are a light sleeper it is unsuitable. The wi-fi did not reach the room sufficiently at all and would not connect or load inside the room.

We had a bottle of wine waiting for us. plus milk and juice and breakfast cereal ! :)
A later check out would have been nice

Was a very cosy little room right near the sea front and the Brighton Pier. There was a mini fridge in the room and the owner was very helpful in helping us sort out parking
The room did get a little warm at somepoints but this is expected in an attic style room

Close to restaurant and grocery stores good spot

Great location. Nice touches such as wine and breakfast pack.
Shower didn’t work properly. Towels were like tiny rags. I booked this for my niece and friend and had to bring them towels from my home.

Nothing didn't say was not as described so had to book alternative accommodation and now have waited 2 months for refund
Everything would avoid this property

The location was very close to the beach and not far from the city centre! There was a bus stop right in front of the house and There were small breakfast snacks in the room!
The room was very small, it was a challenge to open a suitcase. Some of the towels and the bedsheets were dirty, there were several stains on them and there were ants in the bathroom. There was no cellular service in the room. The TV didn't loaded, it was unusable. Overall the price-value ratio wasn't very good, but obviously it is among the cheapest options. Other rooms seems good, but all in all this small room was a disappointment.

It was clean, comfortable and reasonable for the price. I like the self check-in and the late-ish 11am check out time. The breakfast cereal and juice provided were nice touches :)
The main issue we had staying in the twin room was the lack of signal. I had to go out into the hall to get phone signal in the morning. We also weren't given any Wifi option. The door also has a tendency to get a little stuck for the twin room and needs a good bash to get out of the room.

nice big bed very clean bedding bright room
even though we had our own shower room it was on the landing and if we had been told would not have booked the room
again the bed was big but the room was very small no chair no where to put case only one bedside table
today we all live in nice property’s and expect the same in a hotel
we where travelling around and stayed in a premier inn in Portsmouth which was far superior and half the price
I am a ex hotelier and I was giving much better accomadion 20 years ago
there is a major problem in Brighton as many so called hotels are over priced with poor facilieties

Excellent location and very affordable rate
There was no indication of a spare bed set up, we had to go looking for extra bedding.

Good location
They provided coffee/cornflakes and bottle of wine, which was nice.
Very small room, no space to move around or place bags. Very uncomfortable and the bathroom was shared with another room. Wouldn't recommend for more than 1 person.

Accommodation has a good location. Only a few minutes, and you're on the beach. Also, close to the centre of Brighton. There was milk, orange juice, and cereals inside. Which is a small detail, but it was sweet, in my opinion
It was really hard to open the door to our apartment. Every time we spent about 10 minutes opening it. The shower didn't work at all, and it was really disappointing. Some parts of accommodation need to be cleaned better. I didn't expect brand new furniture, but at least clean room with working shower

Cozy vibes, the bathroom is lovely, great sea view. Good location and they prepared milk and juice for guests.
Dirty ,dirty, dirty. The sheet and towel stink. And they didn't wash the bowl and cutleries used by previous guests.
When we tried to report to the staff, they didn't say sorry, only told me they can come and clean tomorrow. Also the WIfi is incredibly slow.

Location
The hot water wouldn't turn off in the ensuite room. The pictures are not clear that the other room is not an ensuite
