the property was really lovely, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
it was useful to have separate toilets from the main bathroom especially for a group of 8 and the host supplied all the toiletries. The kitchen had a very large selection of glasses, mugs, crockery and cutlery, also a dishwasher with tablets. the house was in a perfect location with many cafes and shops very close by.

Great location and house - lots of provisions inside - well stocked kitchen, books, DVDs, board games. The managing company were great and really quick and responsive to our questions and provided help when needed. A great place to book if you want to stay somewhere as a family or large group. Loads of space to relax and eat together.

Location was excellent and the toys for children and extras were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were all a good size and the bathroom was nicely done.
The house was very dusty. None of the pillows had pillow protectors and the mattress protectors were not freshly cleaned. Having advertised a balcony, the signs then said not to use it. The balcony was also unclean - there were cigarette butts and empty plastic bags left on it. We felt the cleaners were really letting the owner down.
Unfortunately there was an issue with a sink the day we arrived. We felt this had arisen during a previous guest’s stay but had been left until we arrived to fix. It meant 2 days without a toilet on the bedroom level. I didn’t feel this was adequately explained or addressed.

lovely & bright slightly funky
the 2 toilets are very small - 2 of our party are over 6ft tall & they had to keep the door open to sit down!! not very private - good that we are all family.

The question should be what did I NOT like? Answer : nothing
Absolutely stunning house with every conceivable thing you could need for a brilliant family stay.
Location is ideal to get to all Brighton has to offer as soon as you are out the door. Hosts were so helpful and efficient. Not one bad thing to say.

Lovely space, good size rooms, comfy beds and good communication from hosts. Very welcoming with lots of useful info written up to look through. Beautiful location, 5 mins from shops, sea and plenty to do in the area, most locations in town a walk away. Quiet residential street, on the whole very peaceful.
The downstairs basement was rented out separately and the noise from this could be a bit intrusive at times. The door key lock box was at ground level so everytime you needed the key from the lockbox you were grubbing around on the front step which was extra tricky in the dark as it was hard to see the combination lock at that level.

Superb location. The house is beautifully decorated inside and out. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Showers and bath were great. Loved the courtyard space too.
Parking was very tricky and perhaps parking permits could have been provided to make things easier? The beds in the 2 smaller bedrooms were too small. Slightly damp smell on arrival in the basement flat.
