Nice well needed break.

Nice well presented caravan. Food availability on site. Bar staff friendly and helpful.

No dogs allowed in eating area, due to other guests allergies and unhygienic.

Location good dog friendly chalets need lots of attention

Location to club house and pool

The property was in very poor condition all round . It was suppose to be dog friendly and it was not only the old furniture was . Garden was not fenced off all open so not dog friendly. Furniture was all old and disgusting in the chalet not everyone with dogs are bad owners and let there dogs run riot some off us have dogs and want to stay in nice places to with our dogs .

We had a great time with family and good value for money.

beyond what we expected. we booked via booking.com and expected a very basic caravan and very pleasantly 2 bedroom caravan with central heating. caravan was in mint condition. There was no dirt or mark anywhere in caravan. kitchen was also very clean and well maintained. The location is what makes this place so special. Car park next to caravan. swimming pool is great and have out door kids play area. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the location, the views were amazing all along the coast 🥰 Was very hilly, brilliant for a walk in all directions from the caravan, woodland walks or into the small village or coastal or beech walks, amazing views. This is may this year so weather was great for two days which was good too.

Nothing not to like if your willing to walk up big hills an challenge yourself

Highly recommended holiday

Excellent choice of location and choice of accommodation. Staff helped in carrying our cases to our first floor apartment and back down to my car on departure. Very helpful staff all round.

the reception had lovely sea views.

we were supposed to have paid for a gold standard caravan, yet the lounge bed was broken, the main bedroom had a saggy mattress, which was changed but to a mattress that didn’t fit the bed frame. there was a dirty duvet in the cupboard, the crockery was also dirty.

Lovely mobile home, very cosy and warm.

The food in the premises wasn't great and it was over priced, the beds were springy, but other then that everything was amazing in the park.

Lovely accommodation, shame about the town.

Lovely caravan, clean and functional. Very helpful staff. Combe Martin however has little to offer with even the chippy being closed.

For the money, very good value. Whats not to love?

Fantastic stay!

Great location, very close to the beach; lovely new caravan with all the necessary amenities. Exceptionally clean. We will certainly be booking again.

The caravans are on a rather steep hill; may be an issue for someone with decreased mobility.

Ok for older people who are still able to climb hills

Combe martin is beautiful.

The site is on a steep hill. The facilities are almost non existent. No food due to an incident with the member of staff who usually cooks the food. No entertainment other than bingo and a magician. The van wasn't clean the bedding was dirty, light broke in bedroom,dead spiders in shower room, fridge froze up and water to lye on shelves soaking everything in it. The games room was tiny so basically nothing here at all for families.

Amazing views, great beach! Outdoor pool a bonus. Clean grounds

Unfortunately there was limited/no food over our stay in the restaurant due to staffing issues which was a shame. We don't mind a good walk but if you have mobility problems the site is on a steep hill

Lovely place to stay and we would certainly go back!

We felt that it was a very peaceful park, and there was lovely people around, and it didn't seem over crowded despite being a lot of caravans, and even the outdoor pool didn't seem overcrowded. The staff were very helpful as well!

Perfect place to relax.

Perfect location with fantastic views. Caravan was excellent with everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We are looking at coming back again because we really enjoyed ourselves.
