Central location, canal view, presentable room.
Value for money… perhaps overpriced - could have been slightly more luxurious for what I paid around £1000 for 3 nights. Carpet on stairs in property could do with clean, quite dirty. Floor in apt uneven at points. A/C stopped working at one point too.
3.0
location
THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL ADVERTISED. THEPHOTO IS OF THE FORMER HOTEL WHICH HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO APARTMENTS AND A FEW GUEST ROOMS. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR NOR ANY ONE ON PREMISIS TO HELP. THE BATHROOM FACILITIES WOULD NOT ACCFOMODATE A NORMAL SIZED MAN WHO WHOULD HAVE TO SIT ON THE TOILET SIDEWAYS TO USE IT.

Size and facilities of bathroom. Very small and one our rooms had only douch .

L’emplacement
La literie, la taille de la salle de bain et le prix comparé à un hotel tel que hotel doge… bref ça ne vaut las le prix

Hard to find initially. No canal view. Absolutely no services.

Great Gondola view from the bedroom. Decent location, easy access through ferry from Venezia Saint Lucia train station. Overall we liked the Room and the view.
No elevator and had to carry all my luggage manually to the 3rd floor

Was no onsight hotel staff but they were very responsive when contacted so not really a negative.

Location was great
Lady in reception, super helpful and friendly!
Building is old, but I guess that is to be expected.
Room was small for the amount, but maybe that’s just Venice.

Their room with canal view!
Location was good. But very difficult to locate.

Excellent location. 5 minutes, walk from Rialto Bridge. 100m to St Mark's Square. 20 restaurants within 2 minutes, walk. Very quite location, but right on a lovely canal. We stayed in a Junior Suite, with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Big bed for parents and a bunk bed for teens. And we had enough room, in fact, for Venice we though our suite was very large. Recently renovated, large bathroom. Good coffee machine too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grabbed a gokdola ride right outside the hotel. Lovely little bar just across the way for Campari spritz and coffee.
Nothing, we were impressed. This is our third visit to Venice and this is by far the best place we've stayed in.

amazing location! very clean and nice accommodations. we had a
view right on top of the canal.
it is a little hard to find but that’s what makes it quaint. also it is quite far from the train station, so do not bring a ton of luggage, it’s hard getting through the cobble stone streets and over the bridges with heavy luggage.
10.0
The location was great and it was quiet.

It was simply perfect. The location was incredible and it the property was marvellous. It was so easy to get to all the beautiful parts of Venice. The staff were very welcoming. We loved our stay there. The room was just right. We will definitely book again.

location and view fantastic. Valentina was always available and very helpful
nothing but for info we were on 3rd floor and there’s no lift- fine for us but for others may be a factor

Breakfast was excellent. Junior suite was really roomy for one. Staff very welcoming and obliging.
Location was ideal for me in the heart of Venice.
I would stay again.
I paid the hotel 200+ Euros in cash and they indicated that my 300-euro payment to booking.com would be adjusted by 200 Euros.
That has not happened yet.
Only snag with the hotel was no lift but that is not unusual in Venice, and I was on the first floor.
5.0
Great location, friendly staff.
Stayed on the 3rd floor and was extremely hot. We were told by staff that due to regulations, the AC was off in building. However, we visited another hotel 200m away and the AC was on… the room needed a new coat of paint. We had a broken shower head which we brought to the attention of the staff and nothing was done about it. They did not refill water bottles in the room, something all other hotels we stayed at during our trip did. Seeing as this was the 3rd and final hotel of our trip to Italy, also the most expensive and by far the least comfortable, we were disappointed.
