Sehr schönes Hotel, äusserst höfliches Personal

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das gesamte Personal war äusserst höflich und nett. Das Consierge-Team war sehr hilfreich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Отличное расположение. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал. Великолепный завтрак в старинном зале. Цена уходит на второй план при визитах в данный отель. Останавливаемся в третий раз. Менять отель не будем. Рекомендую.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Venice

We are family of 2 adults and 8 years old son stayed for 4 nights at junior suite. Actually after mentioning before arrival that we are going to have wedding event during our stay and asked for few advises, hotel made extra mile and upgraded our room to one that has absolutely the best views from the windows directly to the lagoon. Staff was the best ever - very polite, attentive, professional. Also we were allowed to make photo session in special places that had beautiful views to Venice. Room was spacious, had everything what is needed. Room service working excellent. Hotel location is absolutely the best ever and San Marco square is literally round the corner. All in all hotel made our stay unforgettable and I would stay in this hotel next time I visit Venice.

Breakfast was a bit limited and the same each day, no any changes. Meanwhile service during breakfast was the highest quality.

All good, but expextations were not met as we got tricked with the terrace picture.

The terrace that is advertised on all pictures is NOT public to all hotel guests, but a private terrace of the main suite.

Fantastic location combined with exceptional service from all of the hotel staff.

The hotel staff were all exceptional in terms of their friendly service and always tried to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was superb and rooms were exquisite.

Very luxurious. & hugely welcoming staff

Excellent service from the kindest staff ! Beautiful luxurious hotel in fine top area. The staff makes you feel incredibly welcome. Maintenance staff is highly discreet. Hygiene is top ! To all employees: congratulations. Nothing was too much for them. You could ask anything. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing, the food is excellent. The bar is very beautiful.

I can't think of anything negative, so this is nitpicking : Considering the price/rate, the breakfast could have been a little bit more luxurious, Breakfast was very good, but not excellent. : e.g. someone should have asked how you prefer your egg and prepared it on the spot. A wider variety such as freshly baked wafers and pancakes etc. should have been offered - Orange juice should have been freshly pressed and served. The beautiful historical room in which the breakfast buffet was located was however breathtaking.

Location is excellent, rooms are big and clean and the hotel staff is very attentive.

Breakfast is really poor for a five star hotel, it looks like a highway hotel breakfast. Not refined or fresh, poor fruit and bread options, and old pastry.

Excellent value for the money due to location and staff.

A stones throw away from St. Marks square, near great high end shopping, the daily breakfast included was a good added value. We stayed in a superior double bed room and it was clean and in order, great housekeeping staff and very professional restaurant staff as well as reception staff. I would stay here again and pay the money for it.

The shower sliding door leaked a little and no extraction fans in bathrooms so hot water showers can be smothering. That’s about it.

Amazing stay with a very kind and professional team

A splendid hotel next to Piazza San Marco, but also a very nice team I had a minor issue during the trip and they dealt with it with a lot of kindness and professionalism

A gem of a hotel!

A gem of a hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, so close to Piazza San Marco and water taxi can dock right outside hotel. But best quality is the hotel staff. Everyone of them was a delight and couldn't have been more helpful, polite and kind. They are the hotel's best asset. We will absolutely come back when next visiting Venice.

It was simply the best hotel experience we have ever had. Excellent in every way.

The location in Venice was excellent. We were upgraded to a luxury suite with outstanding facilities and a welcome bottle of Champagne. The suite also came with a terrace overlooking the city and Lagoon. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. It was a truly memorable stay and we were very fortunate to have had such excellent service in such a good hotel.

Although excellent in every way described and recognising that it is a five star hotel at a good location in Venice, the overall costs (for rooms and the restaurant) were very high.

We won't go back to our old hotel, the location of the Baglioni is far superior !

Everything - the room was a Junior Suite, number 151 and very comfortable. Apart from a few small scuff and chip marks on the painted coffee table in the lounge area , everything was very well maintained. There was not much of a view from the windows but then again, we did not come to Venice to look out the hotel windows...

The sausage at breakfast - real meat sausages like pork and beef bangers would have been far more befitting the rest of the breakfast, instead of the bologna (?) sausage they served. Otherwise the breakfast selection is very good indeed.

Romantic getaway for two in the best hotel in Venice.

Perfect location, beautiful old Venetian building, amazing breakfast, such courteous staff. It was a sheer delight to stay there. It's not cheap but then you get amazing attention to detail and beautiful surroundings.
