Beautiful, spacious apartment and gracious host in the center of everything in Venice!

The host arranged a private taxi from the airport for us, met us where the taxi dropped us off and walked us to the apartment. She gave a brief tour of the apartment and showed us how to work everything. Very helpful checkin!

I can't think of anything that could've been better-we loved it!

Superb 2 bedroom apartment 5 minutes walk from St Marks square and vaparetto stop

Our host, Veronica, was the best we have ever had. incredibly helpful, with very good communications. The apartment was in a quiet location, about 5 minutes walk from the S. Marco vaporetto. Two superb bedrooms, both with super-king beds and air-conditioning, one bathroom, a small kitchen, and small dining room. No living-room, but to be honest, you’re in Venice, you don’t need it!

it’s not cheap! We didn’t mind - it’s 5 minutes from St Mark’s square! There’s nothing we didn’t like, but it’s worth reminding everybody that it is your responsibility to dispose of all garbage (there is a garbage boat just a short walk away - available only between 06:30 and 08:30 every morning)

Exceptional

The host was very supportive, when we arrived she even met us at a different place as we had difficulties finding the building. Finding adresses was difficult for us in all of Venice, gps didnt work well, it might be due to the narrow streets. The apartment is gorgeous, has modern facilities. It felt good to arrive at night, a sort of "back to the modern world" after walkng in ancient streets and buildings.

excellent and superb

Extremely welcoming host and she had prepared everything for us. When you go to a new town, if there is someone to help organise the basics it becomes extremely easy. Venice is very different, she had organised a taxi to the hotel and back to the airport. All other items to roam around in Venice were also recommended. We had a really great time

Very Comfortable Stay in Venice

Veronica is a wonderful and caring host. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and very close to St. Mark’s Square. Two grocery stores are within a five minute walk. An inner-canal gondola station is about a minute walk away. The grand canal is about a two minute walk away with stations for gondolas, public water taxis, and private water taxis.

Really relaxing and made all thr better by having this excellent accommodation with a host that really cared for our eve

Excellent location. Very high standard of apartment with all conveniences.

Good quality fixtures, fittings and well stocked items such as coffee, loo rolls, bathroom products. Great towels too :)

Cute small apartment, perfect location, clean. Perfect for family with two small kids.

At 7:30 a.m. somebody started to ring our door several times, not letting to sleep. Construction work started in next apt managed by the same company. Manager could at least let us know in advance. Kitchen and dining area are separate and really small, not shown on the photos provided by the property. It took around two weeks to get the deposit back to credit card account.

Our stay in Venice Heaven was like staying in a wonderful spot with a very gracious friend.

The location of Venice Heaven was great-close to Piazza San Marco, a public transport stop, and excellent restaurants. Veronica was very helpful even texting to suggest an activity our granddaughter would enjoy. The apartment itself was lovely. It was like staying with a chic and gracious friend with many little touches that made it a very special stay in Venice.

Superb

Very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom.

The flood plate at the entrance was left in place the entire visit. It should have been removed after the first night. Every time we left or returned to the unit we have to kind of climb over it (plate was about close to a meter tall) and it seals the front door in case of high tide. Was definitely an inconvenience and struggle.

Would stay again

Well kept property that was clean with comfy beds and good air conditioning. Able to drop off luggage and check in before check in time. Also able to store luggage when we left. Check in process was easy. Great location super close to St Marks.

Not easy to find even with Google maps.

Nothing really. Italian pillows are always a bit difficult but I have definitely experienced much worse :) Nice apartment and great location.
