Se tornerò a Creta verrò certamente in questo hotel che ha anche il vantaggio di avere un garage di fronte a un prezzo e

Gentilezza di chi ci ha accolti; pulizia della camera; ottima prima colazione

Piccolo appunto: la doccia nel (bel bagno) non compartimentata e quindi si rischia di “allagare”

wir hatten eine Übernachtung um am nächsten Tag auf das Kreuzfahrtschiff zu gehen. Alles i..O.

Die Lage zum Hof hinaus war uns bekannt. Das Frühstück übertraf sämtliche Erwartungen. Einfach super.

Bon emplacement et personnel discret mais top accueil et service,

Hôtel bien placé avec parking en face gardé 24/24. Accès centre à pieds 3mn. Personnel et accueil super. Très bon petit déjeuner varié avec du local et de l’international. 2ème fois dans cet hôtel très bien pour court séjour sur Héraklion.

Les avions mais ça c’est propre à Héraklion avec aéroport proche de la ville. Sûrement partout pareil.

Bel emplacement et bon accueil

Bel emplacement, parking surveillé en face 1mn 24/24 pour 8 euros par jour (voir avec accueil hôtel avant pour ticket). 5 mn du centre à pieds. Personnel accueillant, serviable et beau petit déjeuner varié.

My stay was wonderful, I really enjoyed myself

The room was bigger than I had expected. It was beautiful and the hotel was walking distance to the town centre and all tourist attractions. The staff were super nice

The breakfast was not too amazing but everything else was amazing. The facilities were very good I don’t have much negative things to say about the place

Αριστο πρωινό, αριστη τοποθεσια αναμεσα στα ωραιότερα αξιοθεατα της πόλης! Και το Παρκινγκ ΔΙΠΛΑ ακριβώς!! Ενα προσεγμένο πεντακάθαρο μικρό ξενοδοχειο με τεραστια κρεβατια.

Πολύ καθαρό, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για βόλτες στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί οι εργαζόμενοι στο ξενοδοχείο..

nice stay for a couple of days in Heraklion. could be better?!

I liked the property a lot but I think the room could have been nicer and the breakfast was not very good, quite a bad cup of coffee

Parfait pour 2 jours à Heraklion

Le confort, l’emplacement, le partenariat avec le parking à côté à 8euros les 24 heures .

Notre chambre avait une vue sur le mur de l’immeuble devant à quelques mètres mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous y sommes restés seulement pour dormir .

Anyone looking to stay at Heraklion - look no further. Honestly.

The hotel is small and cozy. The staff was exceptionally nice. The front desk was keen to help with any question, Housekeeping was super nice and cleaned when we wanted at specific times. We were there with a 6-months baby and had a baby bed and got anything we needed. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. There is even a business room to work from if needed. Anyone looking to stay at Heraklion - look no further. Honestly.

We were missing nothing.

Hotel extremamente limpo e elegante. Localização perfeita, bem no centro turístico de Heraklion e a poucos minutos de carro do Porto. Quarto delicioso! Café da manhã fantástico. Como sempre atendimento na Grécia perfeito.

Restful stay in Chania

Location was convenient to the harbor without being right in the tourist mix, which could be noisy. The parking was also very useful and easy to access. Concierges had lots of helpful recommendations. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Great experience - would highly recommend

Myself & my aunt had a 1 night stay here in September 2023 and thought the place was just amazing. The bed was comfortable, there was minimal noise (especially considering you are in a central location), the location is ideal to walk out into the city. The hotel is extremely accessible (my aunt is not able to walk much), so great for anyone who is not particularly mobile. The breakfast had a good choice and set us up for the day. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. It added a touch of luxury for our final night in Crete. Thank you!

All ladies working here were super polite and helpful. Good breakfast, except for the coffee & juice. Very good central location.

It would be better to remove the coffee machine from breakfast and provide better coffee quality (like the coffee you can order from the hotel's bar).

Excellent breakfast, salty and sweet Really welcoming staff, gave good advices on local places Central location, just next to a supermarket, restaurants, tourist shops... Fancy room, great beds Small balcony with a view on a wall, but on the side you can see the Mediterranean Parking place (small fee) in front of the hotel

A great place to stay, great location and I will definitely be back again !

Clean, modern and very well located in the centre of town. Sophia on reception was lovely and very knowledgeable and accommodating. George the manager was very helpful in assisting us as well.

Very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel and fantastic room.

Helpful staff. Room was very spacious and lovely view over Heraklion and surrounding area. Balcony/outdoor space was fantastic. Hot tub was brilliant when it was working. Excellent location for exploring Heraklion and surrounding area.

Lift to the sixth floor was a bit snug. The hot breakfast items were not kept warm. Hot tub broke down after 2 days. Although the staff were very apologetic we were offered a refund which we have still not received after 3 weeks.
