Sa proximité du centre-ville et du port La place de parking réservée La chambre

Le manque de lumière dans le salon et la climatisation derrière le canapé (impossible de dormir avec et trop chaud sans), la kitchenette très peu équipée La douche serait mieux avec une paroi complète pour éviter de mettre de l’eau partout

Very convenient and nice place to stay at the centre of Heraklion.

I liked the quality materials like the windows, hardwood floor in the room, and the smart planning of our tiny room. The location is great if you want to walk, it’s in the very centre. Arriving with car there is underground parking.

Underground parking exiting is tough because of the plan of the parking itself. You need to reserve extra 5-10 minutes to exit the parking navigating the centimeters between the walls and a car if you leave for airport or ferry.

The location is perfect, the room is small but nice. Loved the underground parking for my motorbike.

Small but nice room situated close to the port

Our double room was small, but very well furnished. (Looked exactly like the one advertised on the booking website.) The bed was also very comfortable, with multiple pillows. The rain shower was also a bonus, and came along with various massage nozzles/functions. Check-in and parking instructions provided well in advance by the staff, were very detailed and helpful. We arrived very late in the dark at the property and were still able to find the designated parking lot and property.

The loud noises from planes taking off or landing, exacerbated by the quietness of the city at night. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open, although we would have liked to sleep with fresh air in our room. Thankfully, there was a flight restriction after a certain time and it was quiet again.

Przyjemny pokój, na 1 noc ok.

Czystość, ładne wnętrze, lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum. Bardzo miły personel.

Parking w miejscu gdzie był remont i ryzyko zniszczenia samochodu. Auto było pobrudzone farbą/tynkiem. W pokoju cała noc było słychać dziwny dźwięk nieznanego pochodzenia- jakby silnik urządzenia.

Schönes Apartment in der Altstadt von Heraklion

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in der Altstadt in der Nähe des venezianischen Hafens. Die Museen , Läden, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants waren alle bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr unbequem, kleine Absteige Parkplatz war angekundigt, auch gebucht, dann war die info nicht angekommen und die garage war in einer extrem engen Tiefgarage, wo es einen Angst und Bange werden kann.

Siehe oben. Kaum Platz, es roch nach WC, es wirkte, als wäre eine Abstellkammer eben noch umgewandelt in eine Suite... Kochnische nicht vorhanden, für das Geld eine Frechheit.

Demasiado pequeño e incomodo

La ubicación es buena, tiene aparcamiento gratis y wifi.

El apartamento que nos dieron era demasiado pequeño para lo que se paga en la ciudad. La ducha se atasca, no había sitio para nada. La nevera solo cabía una botella de agua pequeña. Creo que este tipo de habitaciones no puede costar lo que cobran. La limpieza dejaba que desear (pelos en varios sitios). Hemos recorrido la isla y nos hemos alojado en varios sitios con muchísima más calidad y mismo precio.

Ruim en moderne accommodatie. Parkeerplaats in de garage van de accommodatie is ideaal als je door Kreta reist met een huurauto.

De vloer kraakt en het is vrij gehorig.

Heraklion non è un granché, meglio altre zone

Alloggio a due passi dal centro e dal porto veneziano. Il complesso era tenuto bene, solo il nostro alloggio era estremamente piccolo. Molto comodo il parcheggio vicino al b&b.

La camera che ho prenotato era eccessivamente di piccole dimensioni, con un gradino all'ingresso tanto che entrando a luce spenta non l'ho visto e sono caduta battendo schiena e spalla. Assenza di un tavolino per 1 colazione, macchinetta del caffè nell'armadio. Lavandino del bagno con un rubinetto enorme che non dava la possibilità di lavarsi la faccia.

Stayed one night before a cruise to the Islands.

The bed was comfortable & the wifi strength going. The staff were pleasant.

The kitchen facilities are dreadful, one large coffee mug, no wine glasses, no heating hot plate, no microwave, mini fridge with no freezer that turns off every time you leave the room. Dreadful transfer of noise from above room when people walking around.

Overall I think for one night it’s a good value for money.

Very convenient location

The room was supposed to be a suite but wasn’t even close. There is glass in the floor that you can see some ancient rocks and that’s a bit scary. Also there were a couple things need fixing for example in the bath. Also the room was too dark with no ligh from outside.

The location was excellent, right at the center. The room was modern and clean with A/C (which is needed as it was quite hot). There were some complimentary beverages wich was nice. It was perfect for a short stay. The host sent some recommendations for visiting/eating out, which was a nice touch.

The self check-in for the room was easy, but not if you have a car... It was quite hard to manage everything if you also have a car and need to get into the parking. The instructions were lengthy, which made it difficult to follow. We'd have appreciated if there was someone there to greet us. The parking space that was given was extremely small (even though we confirmed the parking spot with them long time ago). It was just a big hussle and caused a lot of loss of time and stress. If you don't have a small car, beware, as the parking is very narrow and could cause difficulties.

A must if you visit Heraklion!

The location was superb and the possibility to get parking space on the doorstep is definitely a bonus. The apartment is extremely well maintained and decorated. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Extremely comfortable, easy to walk to from the port.

Very amenable to leaving our bags in reception on two separate occasions; the suites are well designed and compact; bathrooms are excellent. Only problem was drawing up blind in sofa bed alcove, neither worked well.

It’s a mistake to stay at Candia Suite. Uncomfortable stay.

The location is okay.

The bed is bad, noisy whenever one of us makes a move. Annoying is the entire night. Temperature of the air conditioner is centrally controlled. It’s so hot to our liking and we can’t do anything except to turn it off. Very uncomfortable. We booked this place because of the garage but one has to inform the property owner in advance to get a code. We didn’t know that and so was another couple. Communication ought to be better l.
