Centrally located at 452 Commercial St. in the quiet East End across the street from the beach, our condo awaits you. Walk to fabulous bars and restaurants, enjoy direct access to the beach across the street, as well as views of the water from your front window. Our 1 BR condo offers both the new and old charm of Cape Cod life.

Nicely appointed with everything you'll need for a beach vacation, including: bath towels and linens, beach towels, kitchen & cooking supplies, in an immaculate well cared for old Cape Cod home. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Galley kitchen. The bathroom has a corner shower with glass enclosure, ceramic tile, spa shower, heated towel warmer and heated floor. Outdoor seating on the newly renovated back patio w/ grill.

Regarding parking: we have a spot for loading/unloading bags etc. There are no parking spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St. where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away but the house is across from the beach w/ nearby specialty food stores (East End Market, Far Land Provisions etc.) not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, bars. There are numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long-term parking. The PTOWN Chamber of Commerce parking information webpage contains a map showing where all parking lots are located.

It’s an old property that’s been turned into several quaint little condos. Owner did an excellent job of making the renter feel right at home! Excellent location, short walking distance to town center with double paned windows, so it was pretty quiet. Great little gourmet market with supplies and prepared foods literally right across the street. Only complaints - our unit came with a well appointed back patio but the seat cushions were too dirty to sit on. The unit also advertises cable/satellite channels but there is no live cable or satellite service. The wireless internet speed, however, is excellent and streaming is available.

Positives- Owner communication. Read the email! She covers just about everything. And it will likely be in your spam folder. Location is great! We were able to walk to town frequently and the beach access was incredible! It was like we had our own private beach! Well appointed however, there is not a lot of storage / hanging space for clothing. The water pressure is awesome!!! Negatives- Parking! Yes there is a parking lot nearby. $20-30 for the day and $40 overnight. Street parking is available, but pay heed to the street sweeping. The property is on the cusp of street sweeping either Tuesday or Wednesday. $100 fine. There are numerous other units in the building. The people upstairs were either wearing cement sandals or roller skates! Not something I’m used to. The patio, which looks nice in pics, is inundated with bugs and was dusty! The keyless entry did not work consistently. Bring the key! (Which the owner was clear about.) The bed! It’s in desperate need of replacement. To say there is a divot in the middle is an understatement.

We have stayed here for the past few years and always have a great time. Such a perfect location and some really nice updates made our visit a blast. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the private back deck in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

Located in one of the charming old houses on Commercial Street, this first floor unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There’s a walking path to the beach right across the street, and waling distance to the center of town.

I rented the one bed for my parents and the 2 bed for me and other family. The set up worked perfect! It was great having the front and back outdoor spaces! Lots of room to enjoy each other or get some time to yourself. Tallships is always my first search when booking stays in PTown!

Our long weekend getaway for a friend’s wedding was a full 5 stars. The space is incredibly cozy and prime location for access to the beach and all things ptown. A short walk from the ferry yet far enough from the wharf that there’s privacy. We came for a wedding that had to be rescheduled from the previous weekend due to weather and Maryann was such a gracious host and made rearranging plans so easy. Hands down the best communication I’ve had with a property manager. Fully recommend a stay here and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at 452 Commercial. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfectly placed on the East End, with everything one could need just seconds or minutes away. It was a fabulous base camp for 10 magical days in our happy place :)

Our stay was great. The house was darling and clean and everything we expected/wanted it to be. It is in a really nice section of town which was a little quieter but a few minutes walk brought you to all the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Mary Anne was right on top of things and answered my inquiries very quickly. I had one of the best showers here with the rain shower water head! Lol We’d definitely stay here again on a trip back to Cape Cod.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PTown. The condo was just as i imagined, small but nicely appointed. We were close to the center of town but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Having Angel Food almist directly across the street was awesome.

This condo is great for two people and is right across from the beach. The location is perfect on the East End, in the Art District and is within walking distance to the middle of town. There was a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The building/condo is full of Cape Cod charm. High ceilings and wide slanted pine floors. Great a/c units. Only complaint, the bath and kitchen need a serious cleaning and the outdoor space is completely shaded..

This will be our second year renting this condo and we are never disappointed!! Perfect location, safe, Clean and has all you need if you just want to stay in and cook dinner. Bed is comfortable, the shower itself is worth coming for the week, it’s like being in a spa. We will be back!

We've stayed here the past few years and really enjoy it! It's a great location that is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town, but just a short walk/bike ride away. We love the back deck outside and spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be back again!

Toward the quieter East end of Ptown with easy access to the beach across the street. And a stone s throw from Angel Food, where you can get just about anything and all of it is delicious. The Provincetown Art Museum is right next door and the galleries are very nearby. A charming little hideaway on a freindly corner of thre Commercial Street.

Perfect spot right on Commercial St. Condo was perfect size for my wife and I and our dog. Clean, comfy and loved sitting on the front porch. We easily found a parking spot out front. Maryann was wonderful to work with.

Maryanne was the best host. Her unit was super clean and she even had lovely dog bowls for feeding our pup. A quaint grocery is just across the street. Wonderful sandwiches. Milk near-by. A bit of everything. It's an easy walk into the shopping section of Ptown. No need to move your car. The beach walk is just across the street and down a set of stairs which were under water at high-tide. So time you beach walk to the tide table. Fun breakfast each day at the talbe in the window, watching the dogs and their people pass by. Friendly and helpful residents in this condo building. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Maryanne.

This ia a great place and nice location for 2 adults and our dog.West end , a little less crowded, but walking distance to shops, art galleries and 2 local markets. You walk across the street to the beach, some steps to get to beach level. Owner was quick to respond and gave excellent information about the property and surrounding area and parking. I would definitely stay again!.
