The location is fantastic, and the beach and pool were both lovely.
The tents are showing signs of wear, with mould on the rugs and tents themselves, and they leak when it rains, I’ve informed a staff member. On a positive note, Sunmai's food and service are exceptional. The day we checked out, our driver who drove us to the airport was in a bad mood, he probably thought we could not understand what he was saying, he was going off at someone on the phone, he was on the phone while driving, making his passenger feel unsafe, as we got out of the van and I shut the door for him, the driver went off at me and said I did it too hard (which I didn't), but I still apologized to him. This made our experience seem a little off.

The pool, the amazing view in front of the camp and also the tent. Very nice staff
The fact that the restroom were shared

The Glamping tents were lovely and well equipped. Air conditioning was very powerful and the beds were very comfy. The staff here are absolutely amazing. We had a motorcycle incident and they were so helpful with supporting us. The beach is wonderful and the live singer during meal times is great too.
The breakfast was quite poor. Not enough western food options. More choice of fruit and other breakfast options would have been better. There was some damp in the tents which wasn’t very pleasant. The overall appearance of the hotel is shabby and needs to be improved to justify the price point. I don’t think this place is good value for money.

Breakfast is perfect. Great variety. Attentive staff. The beach is one of the best on El Nido. Being close to the turtle sanctuary is a huge bonus. The bathrooms, though shared, are kept very clean.
The service at the restaurant in the evening was poor. It appears to be not enough staff. Something was forgotten at every dinner we ate there.
The pool area, though nice, does not offer any shade from the sun.

We ❤️ Michael S, he is the embodiment of hospitality. We were warmly welcomed even at our late arrival of 11:00pm and it continued throughout our stay. And all the STAFF was incredible! That was THE most notable part of our stay. We were all treated so welll. We can not thank them enough for making our stay so memorable, comfortable, easy and fun! The Deluxe Villa / Airbnb itself was amazing! Super comfortable, fabulous view, awesome amenities and location! Love, love , love the turtle conservatory, the beautiful beach 🏝️and the delicious food and drinks. It was a great experience, thank you all so much.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like. We were looking forward to local fruits, but there wasn’t too many. The coconuts were not the best, I was really bummed about it, as I planned on consuming a huge amount while there. The dogs were scary. The jewelry vendors were a little aggressive. I’d prefer to approach them with their products on display in one spot. It took away some of the relaxing vibe on the beach. We wish the roads leading to the resort were better.

Ambiance, the view, experience and service!
Absolutely NOTHING. I loved everything

The beach is extremely clean, calm and well preserved.
The glamping compound is well maintained,
They have the best staff you can ask for, from front desk to the end, they are all wonderful!
The place isn’t value for money at all. Comparing to what you get for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience. Stray dogs and flies are all around the place and gets difficult to get used to them.
The breakfast needs update and the service at the Sunmai restaurant is slow to say the least

Nacpan Beach Glamping was incredible. Right on the beach in the most beautiful coconut grove. It felt like the Garden of Eden! Wonderful private pool if you want to take a break from the beach. The tents were air conditioned, had electricity, and great internet signal. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were top notch. The location is excellent… to the left of the property you have a few other small hostels down the beach but to the right it is purely unadulterated nature… beach…. Palm groves, mountain. You can walk the beach for about 30 minutes to the end and all you will find is a family with a coconut stand: bring a few pesos and enjoy a cold coconut, soda, beer, and conversation. The included breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit, juice, Filipino breakfast, and western breakfast options. The staff was incredibly helpful-‘big thanks to Daniel at the front desk and Stephan the security officer for their above and beyond care. … oh also… Nacpan Glamping is also a sea turtle sanctuary!!! If timing is right you’ll be able to see baby sea turtles released back into the wild! Don’t think twice … book now !
Everything was truly amazing. Would love to see some more local options on the dinner and lunch menu but you’re a few hundred meters up the beach from Mad Monkey which has a great menu to check out too.

Très bel établissement, structure
Le seul point négatif est qu’il soit loin du centre

The experience was pretty great. The best part was the turtle hatchery which was a complete surprise for us. The staff is super nice and the landscape is pretty unique. The beach at sunset is breathtaking.
The glamping is next to a pretty big resort and the restaurant is common. This ruins a bit the whole vibe of being on a beach on a tent and feels a lot more touristic then I expected. We tried the massage as well and it was that great.

Lovely location - right on the beach. There is a lovely restaurant to the right of the property if you walk a bit further when you walk out of the campsite. Spacious tents. Good swimming pool which was very clean.
Not as clean in the tents as I envisaged but of course, its harder to clean the carpet they put down and the actual tent so it was as clean as it could have been. Beds are lovely and clean.

The resort was lush and beautiful. The beach was steps away and truly gorgeous! The air conditioning in the tent was top notch and the bed was very comfortable with nice, quality sheets. It definitely felt luxurious.
No complaints about the property however the food could have been better. It was fine, but not stand out by any means. The resort was out of many food and beverage options- most of their “most popular items” were out of stock.

En rigtig god oplevelse, og lige ved siden af en fantastisk strand med fede bølger.
Morgenmad er incl. og rigtig god, samt en god restaurant med rimelige priser. Helt klart en god oplevelse, og vi vender sikkert tilbage igen.

We enjoyed our stay. The glamping is quite good experience. It is very comfortable and relaxing. The staffs are nice too.
Limited breakfast choices. The restaurant food prices are too expensive. The packed meal I ordered has some insects on it. And the beer we bought has rusty tops.

Beautiful location, very peaceful and lovely facilities on site. The tents were super comfortable.
The road to get there is a bit potholed and muddy. Hopefully this is only during the rainy season.

Nacpan Beach Glamping was one of the highlights of our Palawan Vacation. My Friends and I was very excited to check in here. The staff was very accommodating. They are very helpful especially to me because I was injured that time I can't walk properly. Big shout out to Rica and Justin, also to their Manager Sir Arthur. The buffet breakfast was great as well as the facilities. Take note guys! You can still use their facilities like the swimming pool, CR, Beach Bed and etc. even if you checked out already. Definitely we will go back when we have time again soon. Thank you so much Nacpan. Until next time.

We were there for the last leg of our honeymoon, the whole experience was great and the staff are absolutely amazing.
It was such a unique experience and being so close to the beach is great. Really relaxing stay and you really feel well looked after.
The pool area and the restaurant were great facilities.
The staff was always on hand to help with every matter including booking tours and activities.
Everything was great, can't fault it.
