الفندق جيد الموظف مينا المصري سئ و يدور المدح لنفسه فقط 👋🏻

الفندق بشكل عام جيد ولكن يوجود افضل منه اذا بتدفع هالسعر

بالبداية كان حجزي غرفيتن متصله او قريبه في حال التوافر اول ما وصلت اسوي دخول جاني موظف بالاستقبال ورا الموظفه يقولي امدحني واذكرني وبالتقييم !! قلته على شنو امدحك وانتم حاطيني قسم المدخنين والغرفه كئيبه واطلالتها على الغرفه خنقه ماتقدر تفتح الستاره بعدها طابت منه اذا في مجال اسوي ترقيه للغرفه قالي للاسف كلها محجوزه وانا فوق رجعت اتصلت عليهم تحت الي ردت موظفه ثانيه قلتها ابسوي ترقيه لشقق او الغرفه قالتلي موجوده !!!!! انا ما اشره على الموظف اشره على ادارة الفندق الي معينته واشره على الناس الي التقييم لا تجاملون بالتقييم عشان لا ننصدم وشكرا 🌹

جميل لكن السرير غير مريح

الفندق جميل وفي موقع رائع وقريب من كل الخدمات (المسجد 300م)، التموينات ، المطاعم بأنواعها ، الامارات مول 400م ، يتوفر فيه مواقف كافيه …

فقط مرتبة السرير لم تكن مريحه ابداً واتعبت لي ظهري للامانة ،، اتمنى يغيروها او يشوفوا لها حل …

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble

L’emplacement est idéal à 3 min à pieds du mall of Emirates . Le petit déjeuner est excellent . La piscine est agréable

Nous avions pris un appartement pour 3 mais avons dû demander chaque jour à ce qu’il y ai 3 serviettes . Ils n’en mettaient que 2 systématiquement. Nous avons eu également 2 paires de chaussons et le lit pour notre fille n’était pas fait . Ils nous ont donné un drap de dessous et une couverture mais pas de drap de dessus . Dormir avec une couverture sans drap c’est pas top. Le personnel ne sourit pas , il paraît très triste . Dommage

Amazing hotel, amazing location very near to Mall of the Emirates

Very clean to start with, nice and modern, lovely staff very very helpful especially Layal and Freeman who helped us alot and allowed us late checkout until 3pm which helped us with kids, 5mins walk to Mall of the Emirates, grocery shop right opposite the hotel

Sehr gut, irgendwann gerne wieder.

Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Metro und der Mall of Emirates. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Die Unzuverlässigkeit des Housekeepings. Nur wenn wir direkt bei der Rezeption Dinge eingefordert haben, hat das sofort funktioniert.

I informed the receptionist that the room was very hot and they sent me a technician and he cleaned the air filter and the room was still hot. I informed the receptionist and they did not change my room.

الفندق جميل جدا والفطور متنوع ولذيذ والطاقم خدومين بالمختصر الفندق ممتاز + جيت قبل موعد الدخول وتساهلو معي ودخلوني قبل التشيك ان متعاونين طاقم الرسبشن ويلبون لكم كل طلباتكم + موقع الفندق بالقرب من الامارات مول والمترو وجنبه كل شي تحتاجة

Все соответствует фото. Есть все принадлежности для чая (4 вида чая и 2 вида кофе). Тапочки. Мы были три дня, на третий день даже достойный завтрак приелся)). Рады что был утюг и гладильная доска. Весы! Канал ТНТ! Кондиционер только на охлаждение (по понятным причинам), но нам было прохладно, а поднять температуры нет возможности. Честно говоря подзамерзли. Рядом много аутентичных кафе и ресторанов. Но больше посещали Эмираты Молл - намного понятней))). Рядом станция метро - в аэропорт добрались на метро. При выходя всегда спокойно можно поймать такси. Рядом много обычных магазинчиков и маркетов. Вообщем мы довольны.

Подушки слишком-слишком мягкие.

Staff was lovely. The from the reception staff to room cleaners and pool lifeguards were all so lovely would 100% stay again

Men by the pool trying to take photos of me and my friends but the lifeguard did take the men’s phone and deleted although that didn’t stop them

Really enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The rooms looked exactly like they did in the pictures and were very comfortable.

The pool area was quite small and the opening time for the gym is a bit late.
