Great hotel with amazing staff

Staff responsiveness, bed comfort.

No valet drivers, jacuzzi in the suite always needs to operated by an engineer to be switched on and off.

تعامل الموظفين ممتاز ونظافة الفندق واللوكيشن بحيث انه يقع في منطقه حيويه وكل الشوارع حولك فيها جميع الخدمات ماتحتاج تستخدم السياره الا في المشاوير البعيده

مواقف السيارات ضيقه جداً جداً .. والسعر كان عالي

waste of time and money

Rude and unhelpful staff specially the girl at the reception. I requested an early check-in and she became rude to me. Later, I requested to change my booking date which they didn't even consider. Very pathetic experience.

Key cards didnt work, so almost everyday needed to come back to receiption to recharge key card.

The room was comfy and spacious. The location is good. It is in 10 mins walk from metro station. There is always a taxi in front of the Hotel.

When I arrived, the guy who did the check-in give me a bottle of water I was so thirsty, and I drink that one I asked to have another one, but he refused to give me.

if you compromise a little bit the price you pay is fair.

the location

they must improve the cleaning service, the communication with guests, to supply the room with all the hotel accessories ( rope, slides, toilletries etc ). lobby is outdated with dirty sofas.

It was a great choice! All family liked it!

The rooms are clean and exactly like the pictures. The staff are very polite and kind. Breakfast was well served. Hotel has a parking and reception 24h. The location is great, near to Mall of Emirates and shops around in street are open till late. It was a very nice experience.
