Nice

We were provided with everything to make a nice breakfast. Eggs, toast, peanut butter, granola, yogurt, coffee… SO good! Beautiful garden and very nice host

Little bit pricey. Also the Victorian room which we stayed in was full of teddy bears everywhere and it kinda gave us a weird vibe so we put them in the closet for the time that we were there so it was fine:) and the host said we’re not allowed to use the hot tub which was a bit sad

Tranquil! So relaxing!

Anne, the host, has a big beautiful home, with a tranquil garden setting! I sat on the deck in the afternoon, after a spa, admiring the garden, and watching the doves in the back yard. Such a beautiful setting! I will stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Anne’s B&B

Anne gave us a very warm welcome even though we were a little bit early. We we’re supposed to stay in the very cute Caravan but we were upgraded to the Queensize room with garden view which was wonderful! Also the Jacuzzi was a very nice addition to our stay. The cats were lovely as well.

There is actually nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

A true home away from home in a quite location close to Blenheim.

Anne warmly welcomed us into her immaculate comfortable home in a peaceful garden setting. A highly recommended Marlborough stay, close to all amenities. An off road cycle way nearby, joins the trail along the Taylor River.

Short but lovely

Location easy to find. Annie a wonderful hostess.

Prefer an ensuite, but given no accommodation available in the area, finding this was a bonus.

Great place only a short ride to Blenheim!

As birdwatchers we liked the vicinity to a lagoon near Wairau River. The atmosphere of house and sleep-out is very special and cosy. Lovely garden. We enjoyed the spa on a grey and rainy afternoon. Very nice kitchen, easy to use. Host Annie is very kind. Also meeting other guests in the house was nice and interesting. The setting is very quiet. The place is also very good, when it is cold. Annie started the fireplace in the living room and the sleep-out also had different options for warming! Good place to stay!

I misunderstood that breakfast has to be ordered in advance - thought after arrival for the next day should be early enough. Perhaps just telling in the information exactly how long prior to the date the order is needed, would be helpful.

Welcoming oasis

Having upgraded from the originally booked caravan, we had a charming room, which we shared with an interesting teddy bear collection:) and adjacent bathroom. Ann was most welcoming, helpful and informative, free wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities were provided and Ann's garden, viewed from a pleasant verandah, is absolutely lovely.

Great place to stay in Blenhiem

Annie’s home is so lovely if you have a trip away to Marlborough this is an absolutely great place to stay and relax. The home is spacious and very clean and tidy the outdoors areas are immaculate with the spa and entertaining area over summer you couldn’t ask for more.

Host wasn't thier to greet us. No air conditioning in 30 deg it was needed. 2nd bathroom basic. Another couple arrived same time with similar issue

Good stay for the weekend traveller.

Great stay for a friends party down at the local pub. Room and accommodation was awesome. Everything we needed.

would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else stay here,

room was not as described, was cold and damp accused of stealing slippers which weren't even in the room requested refund for the 3 days which we paid for but didn't stay due to the condition, still fighting for this

Very comfortable stay with great hospitality

Anne has a lovely home and is very hospitable. It is a home, not a hotel and as I have spent too many nights in hotels it was lovely to be somewhere that felt homely.

It is not possible to walk to dinner, but everything else is wonderful

It was the accommodation I was least confident about but it was the one with the warmest welcome.

It was the wood burner in the lounge that did it for me. It was a cold night & the fire was just the ticket. breakfast was exceptional. I was late up but Anne cooked a brilliant breakfast.

The showers are old but functional. Anne knows this.

Comfortable and relaxing place to stay, felt welcomed from the moment i arrived. Tidy and warm place

Annie was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Her home was very clean and tidy and had all of the amenities i needed. The bed was very comfortable and warm and i had a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the near future.

I didn't find anything i didn't like. It met my expectations.
