Great view and location but poorly maintained.

Location and view

The apartment has so much potential but it is poorly maintained. It needs some maintenance work to bring it to its full potential. There is no facility for luggage storage so you are out on the street with your cases.

Nice apartment in Heraklion

The apartment is very close to the main bus station and right in front to the Venetian fortress! There is nice view from both balconies : everything looks like the pictures and you can see the port. It’s windy up there and if you don’t like the use of air conditioning you can have a fresh air draft by opening the two doors and the room’s window. The owner was responding promptly to my questions and the place was easy to find. There were two capsules for coffee which we appreciated! Thank you

The airport is very close so you get to be annoyed after a while sitting outside by the noise of each airplane. Technology makes everything easy, but I missed a bit the human touch of meeting a local.

Brilliantly located near the port and city centre.

The location is excellent, close to both the port and the centre. The large balcony makes the apartment and the views are lovely. The apartment is good for two adults but is tight for more than two.

The bed in the main bedroom is VERY soft. We were travelling with two teenagers who slept in the lounge. The sleeper couch is SMALL, and only suitable for smaller kids. The washing machine was broken which was very unfortunate for us.

A great penthouse in the heart of Iraklio! Superb!

Great location, in the heart of the port, close to everything. The balcony of the flat is huge, has a sea view. Owners are really helpful! Highly recommend to book this place!

It was acceptable but not good.

good location, friendly host, big balcony

Apartment was poorly cleaned before my arrival. The host is not good at problem solving and communications became difficult when issues came up. Supplies were scarce: for example I had to buy my own toilet paper and other things.... A pity the apartment smells like smoke and lots of air freshener.

Best bargain you will ever get in your entire life.

The staff were AMAZING. Loveliest family I've ever met and super super helpful and accommodating :) This hotel is also the best value for money you will ever get. It is close to everything, safe and clean. By far my favourite place to visit - so much so we extended our stay to over a week ! Hercules and his wife really made us feel like at home, despite us being noisy teenagers !! 10/10

Absolutely stunning apartment in the centre, highly recommended host was quick to confirm and keep in touch. The wrap around balcony had stunning views and little taverna at end of street was lovely. I would definately return to this gem of an apartment

We enjoyed the apartment and the location , and coffee and tee great views

The penthouse was very good but unfortunately the house number was not mentioned, so the taxi driver left us on the street.... Finally with help of nice people we managed to find the building. Inside the hall the elevator didn't work, so we had to go up the stairs to the 6 th floor several times to bring up our luggage. Exhausting after a 24 hrs travel. The taxi driver and we also tried to reach you but helas... Luckily the elevator was working the next morning.

Worth the stay

Nice, clean, spacious, well decorated, floor to ourselves, kitchen well equipped, very large balcony with good views.

The vibe of surounding neighborhood felt a little bit sketchy at times.

Smart flat with wonderful views and good location.

Wonderful view from the balconies and wonderful location. This flat is situated just between the tourist centre of Heraklion and the waterfront - Perfect.

Could be better cutlery and crockery.

Great place

It was big, comfortable, huge balcony, nice view and the apartment was very pleasant. Owner was very accommodating. All in all, a great place!

The air conditioning in the living room wasn't cooling down the place at all and the bedroom air-conditioning stopped being responsive at some point.

It say there is heating but not working properly, sink flood the floor, shower door does not close, the building door is hell to open, the owner does not answer the messages
