Liked the bar and neighborhood people watching from it.
Liked that the room slept 4 people separately.
Liked how dark the room shades made for a great sleep
The area didn’t feel as safe or as clean as Nihombashi where we stayed at the beginning of our trip. It is just off a busy street where there is some crazy night life. Fun for one night though.

The location, and the included breakfast
Communication in English with the staff was a little difficult.

Breakfast was good. Buffet of both western and Japanese foods available.
My only complaint is that there is no closet or dresser. Thankfully our suitcases fit under the bed.

Great location in Shinjuku, but quiet since it was a little away from the fray. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable and cute twin room. Loved it.

新宿駅から歩いて行けて、値段も安い方だと思う。
空気清浄機のフィルターがホコリだらけで、使えなかった。洗面所上の換気扇のとこもホコリだらけだった。

convenient location.
very sufficient and low priced breakfast.
small rooms - but that's the standard

Location, the hotel is value for money, no thrills accommodation.
The room was so tiny. The pictures on Bookings makes you think there is more space…

Good breakfast, location, cleanliness.
The rock hard beds. Surely high quality beds is a must. Especially for older people. And for overall good health.
The staff were helpful in providing a blanket to place on the mattress to make it a little better.

Had an unbelievably awesome experience at Kabukicho La'gent! The staff delivered some seriously top-notch service with that extra touch of "aloha." They didn't just meet our requests; they went above and beyond, especially Hiro at the front desk. Shoutout to him for saving the day when we had a luggage challenge. Totally recommending the superior twin room—it's worth the extra cash. This spot in Nichoume Tokyo is officially my go-to hotel! 🌺
Nothing bad about this property

Central but quiet. Just around tue corner from Kabukicho.
The staff was attentive and reply to my questions on booking.com portal in a very timely manner. They were flexible and able to make changes per my requests.
We stay at the comfort room for 3 people which the space was a bit tight for a 3-bed room. It was expected though for Tokyo stay. Agree with the other reviewers that the beds were too hard to rest on.

Good location, helpful staff, good value. I asked for a masseuse through the hotel so I knew that it was a reliable service. It was done in my room by a very capable therapist and was an excellent restorative experience.
Although Kabuki-cho is know to be a lively area with lots of clubs and women, I would advise to very careful in patronizing any establishment that you haven't read a review on from traveler who has been there. I'm an old hand in Japan and I wouldn't go into just anyplace. Also, many clubs are Japanese only.
If you stay here, stay for location ( Close to Shinjuku) and value. You can get to just about anyplace in Tokyo from Shinjuku. We used a free app , Japan Transit Planner, to get around the country by train and bus. I'd recommend using it or similar apps to help you find route, different lines, and time tables. I wish they had this when I first came to Japan in 1978.

My stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was small but well designed so you don't feel it as much- it also had lots of little amenities which made it really easy. The location genuinely couldn't be better, it's within a 5 minute walk of everything you could want or need in Shinjuku. I honestly can't believe how well priced it was for what you get.
The bed was rock hard. I know that this is a personal preference thing, but if you're going to go that far down the hard bed route, it would have been nice to have an optional topper you could borrow to soften it. The breakfast was almost comically bad. The pastry was stale, the western hot components were ice cold and there was nothing but rice, curry sauce and some crumbs of side dishes in the Japanese section.

Great location! Small hotel centrally located. Korean town is right there. Tons of restaurants and shops.
In red light district but kids had no problem as they think its part of Japan

Location was very good. Right in the middle of kabuchiko district. Felt very safe as the streets were full of people day and night. Lots of restaurants around and only 10 minute walk to shinjuku jr

Breakfast was fine for a buffet and had everything you needed.
Location was excellent.
The beds were incredibly hard so sleep wasn't the best.

the separation of bathroom and toilet is good
The breakfast was very basic with limited supply of food. The absolute amount they charge for the breakfast was not a lot but i could use the same money to have a better quality of BF in a cafe nearby

Right beside the heart of Shinjuku, though quite a walk from the station with luggages.
The double room is very cramp, there is literally no space to open your luggage, the triple room is fine.

L’emplacement est pratique près de shinjuku et kabukicho
C’est vraiment un hôtel de passage avec des chambres idéales pour une seule personne

Central, clean, room was a good size by Japan standards.
First hotel in Japan that didn't provide clean towels, ever, unless requested. Beds are thin and hard, even by Asia standards, which I've traveled most of. I understand what a firm mattress is, these beds are thin and hard.

Clean, good location, comfy, our first time in Japan and would stay here again!
Hardly any space but that is typical in Japan

Super clean. Staff is great. Location is great.
Beds are indeed very hard. They should get some new softer matresses. Room is small but that was my choice and is normal in Tokyo.

In a very handy location for access to Shinjuku with a number of metro options as well. Hotel was quiet even though it's in a busy area. Room was very compact but had everything you need. Breakfast was good but a little inconsistent depending on the time you dined - sometimes the food had labels, sometimes it didn't, sometimes staff had to be asked to fill things up.
The mattress was rock hard - wouldn't want to sleep on it for much more than a few nights.

Breakfast was very tasty room was clean
The tv could of had at least one Chanel in English
