Very nice view
Breakfast can be improved. Choice and quantitiy are restricted.

I booked this hotel because of its location - so central. We had great views of the Tokyo skyline and the Gardens of the Imperial Palace; Tokyo Station was in walking distance along with a subway station which made using the subway so easy. Although the rooms were small by western standard, they were larger than some we stayed in during our holiday.

View
Staff were rude, breakfast wasn’t big enough, no pool.

The view of the Imperial Palace and the location right next to it. I liked the tatami room.
The hotel seemed slightly dated

Large room compared to others in Tokyo, beautiful view of the city, comfortable bed (but still on the harder side), excellent service from hotel staff (some speak English too). Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant "Mon" - great food and sake, and wonderful service! The hotel is close to Hanzomon Station on the Hanzomon Line so you're never far away from anything. Convenient stores, some restaurants and a coin laundry are within walking distance.
I don't recommend the breakfast - it's a bit pricey and the servings aren't like the picture. The hotel does have a laundry service through the front desk, but it does not have a laundry space or coin laundry within the hotel.

Great location
- close to Hanzomon line which can get to most key locations in less than 15 mins
- next to imperial palace - great views and also for keen runners is a great 5km track
- Relatively spacious room for 2 people
- Nice Bathroom with bidet
If anything, it may be sometimes the room seems a bit dusty - not entirely sure why

Nice room with amazing views of the river and city from the 16th floor. Nice bathroom amenities too and staff at breakfast were quick and attentive.
The breakfast options are somewhat limited but not bad. Its not mega central but around 4 stops to Shibuya and the metro is around a 5 min walk so not a big issue.

We stayed at the 9th floor and the room was a bit small, but the view made up for the size. The rooms were cleaned daily and staff, although did not speak English well, was very polite and helpful. There was a metro station and a convenience store within a 5 minute walk.
The room was a bit small and we did not get a view overlooking the Tokyo Imperial Palace, however the view was nice regardless, especially at night.
Check-out time of 10:00 was a bit early, would have wished for 11:00 check-out time.
We tried the breakfast once and we missed the early Japanese style breakfast (obviously that is our fault) so instead we got continental breakfast which was not too good for the price in my opinion.

The rooms faced the Imperial Palace and I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere that did not feel like the city centre.

The hotel is very nice, and plenty of cafe and restaurants onsite.
There is also vending machines on each level, and many great cafe nearby as well.
It is a business area so it is quiet and far from tourists and traffic noise.

The fantastic view (from 9th floor) of the Imperial Palace moat, the lovely room AND the fluffy bath towels!
Very clean and generous with bathroom supplies.
No complaints, but is there a reason some hotels no longer do bottled water?

great view, clean room, location close to Imperial palace, big parking, tasty breakfast (Japanese or continental)

The hotel had fabulous views overlooking the Imperial Palace gardens - best view we had in Japan! We crossed the road and had a lovely walking path that went all the way around the gardens that eventually gets you to Tokyo Station.
Our deluxe twin room was fabulous! It was almost like a suite - a sitting area and sleeping area.
There were a few restaurants within walking distance and the station was a 5 minute walk away.
Breakfast that was included in the price was also excellent.
The reception staff were very friendly and helped us to book lunch at a tempura restaurant in the Maranouchi Building - it was just what we wanted! Thank-you!
It wasn't located in a busy, bustly area, which was fine for us, but might not suit others.
