Great location. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
5.0
Beds are comfy and there is good security
Rooms are too small, do not even have a proper space to open medium-sized luggage. Not exactly the cleanest with evident stains on wall & carpets. Toilet had this weird smell. Location was considered to be in the red light district so it was very messy - Not recommended for families with young children.

Very great location. Very good customer service. And very clean entire hotel and the rooms.
Small room but very fine with us.

Pulizia e posizione

The hotel boasts a great location, clean rooms, and excellent staff. The staff were very kind and respectful. Every day, we received a set of clean towels, traditional Japanese pajamas, cups with instant coffee, sugar, and toothpaste. However, like most hotels, you need to request room make-up service. I should also mention its affordability.
It's worth noting that breakfast is not included in the fare. However, there's no need to worry, as there's a Starbucks across the street. Additionally, there are many other options nearby. You can get your coffee and breakfast items at affordable prices from Family Mart and 7-Eleven (two popular convenience stores in Tokyo) within a one-minute walk.
The rooms were very tiny and small for two people. If you're looking for a place with easy access to everything and a comfortable spot to return to for rest and sleep, this hotel is a great choice. Single rooms are big enough for one person. It seems that room sizes in most hotels in Tokyo are small.

Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and always kept food stocked. The location is good - close to the train station, stores, and places to eat. Also the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
The room was extremely small. It was very noisy since the hotel faced the square. The noise lasted all night so make sure you bring ear plugs. We got there a half hour before check in time. They offered to check you in early but you have to pay 1000 yen. We opted to wait for 30 mins standing in the lobby.

Have stayed at many APA with some better than others. This APA was clean and had a great breakfast offering. Location was right in the heart of Shinjuku.
The hotel was so busy that it took us a good ten minutes to get to checkout at 10am. We could only get down the lift by riding it all the way to the top floor.

good & polite security guards where entrance to the guest lifts are.. Very close to location of airport shutter bus terminal. Many eateries & shopping Centre close to the hotel.
double bed is a little too small for 2 adults.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows were not comfortable…… gave me a sore neck…… more of a personal preference for a softer pillow

A localização é muito boa! Perfeita!

Staff super friendly , great location, very accesible to everything , near train to airport and subway also the main bus station to other city , super secure , very clean , good price , great relaxing spa( if you dont have any obvious tattoos otherwise you are not aloud in ) but this hotel apart from the amazing view is a top not expensive hotel.
The rooms are a-bit small but is Tokyo we expected it , you got everything you need in the room to go take a shower , sleep and store your shopping
The rooms can have some shelfs to store cloth or other items but not a bigy , great hotel overall

Great central location in Shinjuku Kabukicho, close to a lot of things worth experiencing. Within walking distance of train and subways stations and great shopping streets. The Onsen bath on the top floor was also great!
Hard to get an elevator in the morning rush, and the rooms are really on the small side, even though they have all facilities. A bit noisy if the room is facing the public square.

The rooms were SO dirty. Dust everywhere, bathroom had mould and dirt on the bath and sink. The pillow smelled SO BAD. Do not stay here if you want to be comfortable or sleep. The noise outside went on until 5AM from the clubs and advertisements. The elevator is so busy at all times and there is no stairs to walk. Staff were very sorry and helpful, I guess they get these complaints all the time.
I did not like anything about this property

Location is in the buzzing Shinjiku district so easy to get Around and be in the centre of all the Action.
We choose this hotel because the airport shuttle leaves from right below - which is very convenient at 6am in the morning!
Rooms are very tiny and there is no place to move around at all once you keep a suitcase inside. Also the beds are quite small which could be uncomfortable for tall people.
6.0
Location close to Shinjuku station and airport bus
Noisy from street kids and loud music
Lots of litter and drunken behaviour on the square outside the hotel

Location is central. Room is clean. Housekeeping is helpful. Would stay there again .
Bed is a little outdated. Hotel should replace old beds.
Some front desk staff are not accommodating and not friendly.

The location of the hotel is very central. However, the room size was a big disappointment. Also the staff was not very helpful.
The size of the room was like a small rat hole

The location was exceptional. Everything you would want to walk to in Shinjuku is easily accessible. Just stepping outside the front door and you will be able to watch the crowd. Hotel security is always at the doors and ready to assist. Breakfast was good (you should pay for this when booking the hotel). It is only a short walk to the station, so sightseeing in other areas is easily doable. There are plenty of solo travelers and families at the hotel, so I don't think anyone would have a problem.
For an American, the room size would be considered considerably small. Keep that in mind, it is not uncommon you will discover smaller room sizes everywhere. For a tourist, it would be nice to have flyers that the staff could provide, so a person would know where they should adventure to. That is not so much of a dislike, but an opinion on how to improve. The staff is kind and will help if they can, but temper expectations on expecting them to know everything.

The staff are friendly but not very helpful.
The rooms have no air conditioning despite falsely advertising them as such. Don't list single-room air conditioning if you claim to have a central aircon system that is set to heating in March. The rooms were hot and balmy. The window has no sound proofing so all the sirens and advertising and drunks outside will be heard clearly (even on the 22nd floor like I was!). The carpets were dirty. The mattress was completely lopsided. The decor is tacky and old. The toilets have mold growing in the rims, so never use the bidet. Everything is old, you could see through the curtains. Every day you get a pack of amenities but they don't provide a way to get rid of old towels so you end up hoarding towels. The lobby has nowhere for you to sit. It's a hostile hotel with extremely high prices for what it is. Avoid at all costs and choose any other hotel chain.

The reception staff were excellent, helping self check in and looking after luggage on day of checkout. The location is terrific, so close to the key area of Kabukicho. Great food, drink, tourist sites all within close reach.
The room was tiny. There was a suitcase rack, but it didn't fit a suitcase. If two people had luggage here there is no chance of being comfortable. The room smelt upon entry and they had a dehumidifier/ plug in fan in the room, so it was obvious they too were aware of the smell. I kept it on high, which was loud, and used another keycard so it stayed on the whole time.

This was the best location. We were able to walk to everything and the Godzilla head was right outside. Night life was very interesting.
Rooms were very small. Could have suit case open. Location made up for it though
5.0
The property is a little far from Shinjuku station. When you go out at night the area is really chaotic since in the middle of Kabukicho night out place.
I didn't the automated check in which was very confusing. Also, I was really disappointed because the room is so dusty and the aircon was not working. The reason of the staff it was because winter.

location was the best thing about the hotel. it was in Shinjuku in a nice area. only complaint about this is that the subway was farther than expected
i know the rooms in japan are small, but this was the smallest i have ever seen. they really minimize everything. bathroom was uncomfortable because of how small it was. i am a small guy too, 5foot 8 inches, so i can imagine taller\bigger people really hating this room,
The worst thing tho was the bad WIFI the property had. It was only in your room, so the wifi only worked there, not the rest of the hotel. but it would randomly shut off, cutting off both me and my wife. and my phone's data plan wasnt working in japan during this period(tmobile) so WIFI connection was very important. When in called to complain they said there was basically nothing they could do.

I left something iny room and theowere able to quickly find it for me.
This was my first trip to Japan so I was not prepared for the size of the accommodations. The room I had was barely big enough for 1 person. I do not recommend for two.

great location, short walk from Shinjuku station, one minute away from metro train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Great public bath!
Rooms are very small
8.0
The room maybe small but it's good enough for sleeping. I chose this hotel because they have public bath and I don't need to shower in my room if I find the bath tub too small. Location is good to get to places for supper. Will stay again.
The lift can take quite long to come.

The rooms were clean.
I was very disappointed there was no iron.
