Intergenerational family vacation with appeals to all. We spent a lot of time on the water with many water toys. Enjoyed grilling and nights around the fire. We were blessed with great weather. All in all a perfect vacation!

This is a lovely house and setting for a family vacation. The house is clean, well organized and perfectly situated on a quiet, shallow lake. The small sand beach in front of the house provided a nice place for my young grandsons to safely play in the water. No luck fishing but the kayaks and the paddle boat were being used each day. There were 11 of us comfortably enjoying the house, the lake and the nearby state parks. This is our second year renting this house, so you know I would recommend it.

Comfortable for large group that included children with many things to entertain us. Even when the weather wasn’t ideal, the home and its lake along with the Big Bass Lake amenities made for a perfect family reunion!

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, nice for evening walks with toddlers to look at deer. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Renters should be aware that lake is not a swimmable lake, shallow and lots of vegetation. Will need to purchase amenities pass and go to beach and pool which are very nice.

We love this house and have rented it three out of the last four years (one year we were not fast enough and it was gone!). It's the best house in BBL for the price. Greg is an excellent host. He is extremely thorough and very reliable. We rent this house with another family, and there is plenty to keep our six teenage boys entertained. Highly recommended!

Just from the start, the owner of this property was so kind, he made a point to reach out before our stay just to make sure he could answer any questions we had. Like how cool is that?!
When you arrive to this beautiful house, that has a fully stocked kitchen, so much room you almost don’t know what to do with, sitting perfectly near the water.. you truly will be on aw of it.
It was clean, welcoming and comfortable.
We will definitely be back!!!

Family get away and this home did not disappoint! Loved the boats, pool table, we even had a blast with the WII. We did have perfect weather and Lake Natalie was just perfect, quiet and serene.

We had a lovely time at this magnificent lake house. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the lake. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you’ll need, with a very large dining room to accommodate a large group. The property is also perfectly situated on the lake, and we really enjoyed sitting around the firepit overlooking the lake - was very peaceful. Greg (property owner) is wonderful, easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommended!!

We had a weekend getaway with 10 friends and had a great time despite the rainy weekend. The house was so beautiful and spacious. The one minor issue we encountered was quickly rectified by the owner who was very gracious and a pleasure to work with. My friends and I are already looking to book this house again come spring time. We highly recommend this beautiful lake front house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bonowitz's house. It is very comfortable & clean. We had the perfect bedroom / bed setup for our family. Mom & Dad downstairs, Grandparents upstairs and grandkids and Aunt on the main level.
The pedal boat, kayaks and canoe were well used during our week. The fishing was good with several large bass and perch caught from the dock. The weather was not great, but we did get to enjoy the community pool and beach. We also played tennis.
The kitchen was big enough for a couple of people to work together. There were plenty of pots and pans, although some could be updated. We barbecues several dinners in the large grill on the deck. The deck was beautiful for dinner with colors of the sunset reflected on the lake.
One drawback is the number of stairs. There are 10-12 stairs to get to the entrances and once inside there are 10-12 stairs between each of the 3 levels. The only other issue is that there is no cable TV in the master bedroom upstairs.
We had a great time and the family agreed that we look forward to another stay … maybe next year.

This lake house was so spacious, nicely decorated, and make a great home base during our weeklong stay in the Poconos. We spent our days swimming, fishing, boating, and making smores. Greg was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a beautiful home, clean, comfortable and right on the lake with all the boats you need to enjoy the water. The house is very nice, with plenty of room for our large family. Having Goldsboro State Park a short drive away was wonderful too. Greg was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. We would love to visit this house again!

My friends and I had a great weekend at Greg's lake property. The pictures are accurate, the location is fantastic, and the lake is serene. It's a great getaway spot for families or friends. The house is large and everything you could need is there. Greg is responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back!

Our group of four couples, two with small kids, had a wonderful New Years weekend at this beautiful property! It's perfectly set up to share with multiple families - the loft is a great extra sleeping space. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the big pantry for storing supplies was an amazing bonus. Greg was super responsive and helpful for our minor questions, but the check in instructions were so comprehensive and clear that we barely needed anything. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace and lake view, and would love to come back in warmer weather. Just what a Poconos rental experiences should be!

We had 10 family members staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. We took lots of canoe and kayak rides, played games on the porch and used all of the neighborhood amenities. It was a beautiful and peaceful week! We had everything we needed but Greg was available via text the whole week. I highly recommend!

The house, location, and lake were amazing! We stayed during summer and loved kayaking and fishing. It was also nice to have the pool/splash pad and bigger beach to use.

It was a comfortable, welcoming and beautiful place for our family vacation. The home easily fit all 10 of us. There were plenty of activities in the area which gave us something to do everyday but the biggest hit were the boats right on the property which we used continually. Our owner was very nice and easily available for any questions.

Our family had an amazing stay. The house was wonderful with almost 3 separate spaces for the three families. We kayaked, paddleboated, fishes and floating in the lake right off the dock.
The beach at Big Bass Lake was lovely and clean. Jumping off the floating dock was a hit with the kids as was the playground and swings.
We enjoyed ceramic painting and t-shirt dyeing at the club house and the kiddos loved playing ping pong. The pool at the clubhouse was clean and well maintained but quite crowded compared to the beach.
Hope to rebook for next year!

This was our second year staying at this house, and we loved it every bit as much as last year. Highlights are the large tables in the kitchen and on the deck so all ten of us could eat together, the separate space downstairs for the kids, and the number of kayaks at the house for our use. It's also nice to have the BBL Clubhouse as an option to mix up the activities. The boys have already starting asking if we can go back next year to the same house again!

Beautiful home perfectly situated on a quiet lake. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds and furnishings. Perfect Pocono getaway!

We had a wonderful time despite the cold weather. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The pool table was a hit for everyone. The dock was the center for most of our fishing. I caught a 21" pike from the lily pads and my grandson caught a 4lb largemouth bass from one or the kayaks. Even with the cool temps the grandkids still got plenty of swimming time in the lake. They also caught several frogs and turtles. We had deer visit several times and at least one fawn. There was also a bald eagle that perched in a tree near us and flew over several times.
Thanks for sharing your lake house with my family

Great spot for time away with extended family! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and awesome views, exterior spaces. Enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boat, fishing, nightly fires, clubhouse pool day, ice cream at snack bar, and just peaceful serenity mornings, noon and night. Thanks Greg and family for the enjoyable stay!

For starters, not having ever planned a trip like this with people from work and their families, I was a little nervous before arriving. Upon arrival, however, it felt so warm and welcoming that I lost all nerves, completely, and was able to get everyone settled in with minimal effort. It felt like home. Every family had their own floor and private full bathroom. Even though we arrived later in the evening, due to work issues, Greg and Rebecca were still super attentive and accommodating. They even gave us permission to extend our check in/checkout times. The house had beautiful views from most of the rooms. There were so many games/activities for the kids to play and lots of open space (both in and outside) for the adults to socialize or just relax. It was the perfect space to host our group and Greg and Rebecca were the perfect hosts for our trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us. You truly helped us create some very special memories.

Nice home for families with older children. Loved the fire pit and dock for fishing.

Property and Host were exceptional, house was beautiful and well equipped. Downside-Sat in a long line that extended onto a public road for close to an hour at the gate house to check into community. Should have an online process in place.

It was so relaxing. Our kids loved it. The association is a nice add on. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Our large group included 4 grandkids aged 4-6. The waterfront was perfect and they enjoyed the canoe & kayak rides around the quiet lake. The VRBO listing and pictures are very accurate and the house is secluded and private. Large family space upstairs to play games or watch TV as a group.
The additional living space in the basement and in the loft allowed adequate (get away) space . The pool room was an added bonus. We enjoyed the lakefront activities and made several trips to the association pool facility. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts as well as the many children activities that they run daily. The female adults in our group visited the near by casino for a spa day. We also went to a couple of the Scranton Yankee AAA games which was less than 30 mins from the property. There are plenty of outdoor activities in the area, to enjoy.
The property was well maintained, the kayaks and canoes were big hits. The only complaint that I had was that I caught no fish (full disclosure - others in my group did..:-) The owner, Greg, was very helpful, always available and answered all my many questions leading up to our stay. I would recommend this property for family groups .
2.5
Great house for multiple families. Loved the beach on property and all of the boats. I only left the house twice all week! It has everything you need. Would definitely come back again!!
2.5
Lovely house - comfortable in every way and the best equipped kitchen we have had in a VRBO rental. Nice views, peaceful setting. Wildlife was a treat too, fawns on the property most evenings and we observed a beaver a couple of days from the dock and back yard. The only negative was how shallow much of the lake it sits on is; had to go to the association lake to use a paddle board safely. The association amenities are great. Greg was a very responsive host. No real problems during our stay.

this home sits on The Big Bass Lake and is absolutely beautiful. Plenty to do on the lake or at the community clubhouse with pool and children’s water play area.

We loved the house! Great set up and perfect for multiple families. Would definitely stay here again
