About this house rental
This stunning lakeside cottage features a 4-bedroom Craftsman Bungalow with beautiful decor and stunning woodwork throughout, with great views in almost every room in the house. The best feature includes a cozy covered porch off the main living area and a large expansive outdoor deck that delivers stunning un-obstructed views of the lake, with 120 feet of flat pristine shale beach. Great fire pit, large dock, with crystal-clear water and tons of amenities and BREATHTAKING SUNSETS!
As soon as you arrive on this 8-acre lakeside estate, you know you’re in a special place. A long tree-lined, private driveway takes you past 5 acres of private woods on one side, and beautiful horse stables on the other (the only of its kind on Keuka Lake). Once you eventually make your way to the house, you will quickly be swept away by the custom woodwork and the warm, cozy feel of this lakeside cottage.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances that includes a large island table for dinning & social gatherings with family & friends. A large living area anchored by a beautiful stone fire place with lots of comfortable & cozy furniture, including a great den/TV room to wind-down the day, take an afternoon nap, or just hang out during a thunderstorm.
The king beds are all new Simmons Beautyrest Black pillow tops with all new pillows & linens. Yet, the best feature of this home is the covered porch and the expansive back deck area where I guarantee you will spend almost all your time, from early morning coffee to the late summer night sunsets, and everything in between. Here guest will spend quality time relaxing or dining on the outdoor tables, cooking out on the gas grill sipping afternoon cocktails watching the boats go by.
There’s 120 feet of flat, pristine shale beach that includes a large firepit with chairs and all the wood you’ll need for nightly fires. There’s a large dock and a private swim platform, with rafts and floats, Sun Fish sailboat, several Kayaks, and a small row boat to enjoy daily adventures in the crystal-clear Keuka water. There’s a private volleyball/bad mitten court, and feel free to go feed apples to the horse located steps away from your front door.

The property has four (4) bedrooms. Three (3) bedrooms have king size beds, and a bunk room with two (2) twins. Two of the bedrooms also have single twin beds. The property is ideally set up for 6 adults and 4 kids or 8 adults. There’s an additional little bunk house with 4 twins available to rent if needed.

Our friends and us had a wonderful time. This property is a hidden gem on Keuka Lake which is our favorite. House has a gorgeous view of the lake with west facing sunsets. Has fireplace and outside firepit and floating dock you can swimout to. Upstairs rooms are renovated with very comfortable king beds and there is a smart TV with cable. Property is in a great location a few miles from town, across from a winery and is easy enough to access wineries on Seneca Lake as well. Todd is a super host and gave us a tip to a hiking spot down the road to a waterfall. Always enjoy our stay. Can't wait to come back again.

Our family enjoyed time spent in Todd’s Hidden Gem!! During our rainy day we cozied in front of the fireplace to play games a read. We enjoyed playing volleyball and time on the beach, dock and multiple decks!
Keuka is our favorite finger lake and we are grateful to have discovered this treasure!
The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean.

My wife and I brought my parents, grand parents and sibling ( with a 1 year old daughter) to the finger lakes and it was a pleasure staying at Todd's property. He was very accommodating and welcoming to our entire group. In addition, the property is very spacious even for a group of 8. Not only would I book this location again, I would recommend it!

This is a lovely older home on a beautiful property. We loved that there were king beds in each bedroom, and that the upstairs bathrooms were newly renovated. The house is perfectly situated a few miles from town where we could access groceries, and right on the wine trail and close to some good hiking spots.

This was the perfect fall get away. The house was everything we hoped for. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Todd was a very gracious host. He anticipated our needs and made the stay just perfect! Add in some great fall weather and our vacation was just perfect!

Always Fun in Keuka
We just loved our week at the lake house, such a pretty setting and location. The property owner, Todd, was awesome. He was very attentive to our questions and always helpful. Great guy to have around! House served us well. It was very comfortable for our family group of 10. Clean and well equipped for a week at the lake. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating, wineries, golf...I could have stayed all summer.

Loved the place and location. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfy and upstairs baths modern. Todd very helpful. He came over to take a family photo and made a quick repair. Would definitely return!!

Had the best time!
The house was exactly as described and the view is amazing! Todd was great to work with and we felt like we were visiting a friends home. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a wonderful week celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. The house provided everything we needed to make the vacation a success, we especially loved the back covered porch, dock and floating dock. We spent hours on the porch escaping the rain or just enjoying the shade. The owner was easily reached and prompt with reply’s. Would stay again.

Perfect Post Graduation Retreat
A perfect lakefront home to celebrate our college and HS graduates with friends and family. The beds were super comfortable, updated baths, cozy living room with fireplace, beautiful sunsets from any level of the deck, fishing and fires on the beach. The homeowner was very accommodating and let me share my apples with his horses on the property. Lots to explore in this area as well. I'd love to spend my entire summer here. Since I can't do that, I'd highly recommend this property for others!

Perfect Getaway – Loved It!
The cottage is terrific, very clean with lots of space, way comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a terrific indoor wood-burning fireplace, and a 3-level deck with that cozy covered porch (loved morning coffee & evening nightcaps on that porch)! This is a perfect place for a getaway & the location is a bonus! Besides the quaint lakefront quiet beach with a private fire-pit and large metal heavy duty bench chairs, wonderful views, your choice of 3 deck levels, a large gas grill, and a beautiful tree-lined driveway with horses to say hi to as you drive on & off the property, it’s close to the nearby villages of Penn Yan & Hammondsport and only a 15-min drive to Seneca Lake. The location makes it easy to enjoy all the things offered on both Keuka and Seneca Lakes.
Todd was quick to respond with any questions, very accommodating, and was just an overall terrific host.
Some highlights we enjoyed on Keuka Lake: Keuka Springs Vineyards across the street with views for miles (stopped here several times); Rooster Hill Vineyards, just a bit down the road, Point of the Bluff Vineyards (small & adorable), Domaine LeSeurre Winery: Bonjour!, Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery (best Rkatsiteli wine), and McGregor Vineyard (one of our faves with a great deck & chairs). Of course, there’s always time for Keg & Barrell Brewing (lots of beer choices) to grab a brew and a quick lunch. Laurentide Beer Company is new in nearby Penn Yan and is quite the favorite for locals and tourists! For eats, we enjoyed breakfast treats at the nearby Blue Heron Bakery on Water Street, followed by a beautiful walk along the Keuka Outlet Trail (right in front of the bakery), breakfast at the Skyline Trading Post, another breakfast at the Crooked Lake Ice Cream Co: best breakfast ever in a retro/vintage type place with nearby little shops and a short walk to the lower end of Keuka Lake. Lunch at Keg & Barrell, and yummy burgers on a large outdoor waterside deck at Top of the Lake, dinner at the Union Block Italian Bistro, and apps at the Water Street Wine Bar. On Seneca: we enjoyed Climbing Bines Hop Farm and Brewery, dinner at the popular Ports Café, loved Sapalta on the shore of Seneca, enjoyed lunch on the beautiful lawn at the Belhurst Castle, and had a great outdoor lunch at Blue Pointe Grill on the southern-most part of Seneca Lake.

this beautiful home on the Keuka wine trail was the perfect place for four of us to get away, enjoy the beautiful lake view, and connect in an absolutely beautiful and well-appointed home. We had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable with nice linens and details that show the owner cares about their guests experience. We had a few questions for Todd during our stay and he was quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to booking another trip to Keuka lake and would highly recommend this property!

Although it was a bit chilly to use the deck and outdoor fire pit, the inside fireplace made it all so cozy. We spent a day around Kueka Lake and a day on the west side of Seneca Lake. Awesome holiday weekend
What a beautiful home and location on Keuka lake! Our family truly enjoyed the entire weekend and the home was exactly what we needed. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 of us. Beds were so comfortable I even asked where they were purchased. Horses on the property. The use of kayaks and swimming pad were a bonus. We rented a boat and were able to use the dock to secure. Great swimming for the kids. No seaweed. The kitcen was well equipped. Grocery within 2 miles. Went to the movies on a rainy day. Just a few cob webs in windows and floors, some small ants inside which is expected in a lake house! Can't wait to come back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Fantastic place with excellent level beach front. The pictures do not do this property justice, you must see in person. Very comfortable beds, kitchen, tv room, living room and 3 decks!. 2 bathrooms so no problems here. Master bad is a bit small but no big deal. Plenty of privacy and lots of land with horses around the back of property. Owner was fantastic - Never on your face but there if you needed him. Will stay here again!! Must be one of the best lake front properties in Keuka. A place I would not hesitate to buy if ever avaiable.
