About this apartment rental

This comfortable condo is in Soldotna, right on the Kenai River. Private river access with great fishing and all the amenities - cleaning station, nets, stringers, freezer space all included. The condo has a full kitchen, living/dining area, and full bathroom downstairs. the downstairs also has futon bed couch. The large upstairs has a new queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed along with a convenient new half bath. There is a large deck with a grill out front and a common area with gas grill and viewing area.

The condo is part of a complex of 12 units overlooking the Kenai River. We have over 150 ft of private river frontage with a metal walkway and access to get in the river. the deck has a fish cleaning station, stringers, and nets for common use. The complex is spacious with a large lawn area, fish cleaning area, large clean laundry facilities and freezer space available. The unit is furnished with all the linens, towels, dishes, etc. that you will need for your stay. The condo is only a couple minute drive to Soldotna where you can find all the conveniences of town, but the condo is set on a property that also has a great wilderness atmosphere. Location, location, location! The complex has a family atmosphere with most owners staying for the entire summer. Our rates are one of the best values in town for a truly wonderful vacation property.

Great time for a few days in Soldotna while on a two week road trip from Denali south

We were just here for 3 days before we headed to Ninilchick for another adventure, however wished we stayed here for the duration of our trip. Perfect location, it was great being able to fish just a few feet from our rental, the condo was just perfect for three adults and supplied everything we needed. Neighbors are so friendly and informative. We will be back here for an extended stay on our next trip to AK!

Overall nice with easy check-in. Great location next to the river and great kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs and was very hot at night. A fan would help make that space more comfortable.

I def was prepared for an old fishing house. Was so happy to find a super clean house with an AMAZING location. Host was easy and quick to respond. Will recommend and stay again.

The property was clean and well maintained. The locations was right on the Kenai River which provided some good fishing opportunities. Unfortunately the run hadn't started yet. The property is convenient to all stores you would need.

We booked during the off season. Snow on the ground & in every tree. The Kenai was frozen. It was absolutely gorgeous. Tranquil. Moose walked across the front yard and all around the property. It was easy to wash/dry clothes. When the snow melted, we could see that waters of the Kenai more & more from our condo. We LOVED walking down the steps to the Kenai, but we didn’t get a chance to fish. It’s a perfect set up if u have the time. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was as it was described. Place is centrally located to everything in Soldotna. Only recommendation I would offer. Could use a end table next to the couch, and maybe an ottoman. Overall absolutely beautiful place. Thanks.

It was a perfect setup for fishing with everything but poles supplied. Place was very comfortable, in good condition, unusually clean and close to town with stores, restaurants, fishing tours, etc. Owners of other units were very friendly and Karl was extremely helpful with fishing and various information he supplied. We would love to go again but earlier in season when fish are more plentiful.

Great property for fishermen/ couples. Even though the Kenai was closed to fishing under emergency order from AD F & G for rainbow trout spawning it was still good location for local fishing elsewhere.

This cute condo was perfect for me while I was in school for the month, conveniently located near shopping centers and of course the river (if it wasn’t winter time i would have enjoyed that). the neighbors were very nice and friendly as well so i felt very safe. the place was very clean, along with its laundry facilities. i hope to be back soon but in the summer. i really enjoyed my time here, they had all the basic amenities like cookware, towels, cloths, and some cleaning products so it really saved me some hauling back and forth. i had an awesome time, peaceful, quiet and got my studies done. thank you karl and michele.

Love this rental property the view was amazing and the neighbors were so nice. Everything we needed was provided, my only suggestion for improvement would be more comfortable furniture as it was functional and in nice condition but uncomfortable.

We love staying here, it is magical with its view of the Kenai River and setting. The condo is well laid out, sturdy furnishing that are simple but very functional. It feels like home and we decided to extend our stay to explore this part of Alaska more as it is a great town with friendly neighbors and available activities. While we did not stay during standard fishing season we are looking forward to the stay during that time as well since we have heard from neighbors, taxi drivers, and locals that it is a world class location for fish.
