Location is perfect and it's a place to sleep for sure.
It's noisy (people playing music and singing), the walls seem to be paper thin (I'm glad the people next to me had a great night), the doors don't have a seal on the bottom, which allowed all the hallway traffic noise to enter your room. I was able to put a bottle of water in my fridge, but god forbid I have 2 bottles lol. I guess the people before me had Wendy's at some point. I know I didn't, but it was in the trash hahahaha.

I was never told there was a breakfast.
Our toilet was plugged when we got there. Asked front desk for a plunger and she said she didn’t have one. She told us to use the bathroom in the foyer that was marked “out of order.” Also our measly TV would not turn on. Finally, my bedspread was filthy.

Great restaurant. Location great. Staff helped when needed.
Room was hot. Staff brought fan.

The inside of the hotel was significantly better than the outside. Room was comfortable and spacious. The reception area had a nice lobby and fire. Hotel shares a space with the popular The Catch restaurant.
The outside of the hotel looked like a motel.

The location was nearby my fishing location.
Some guests were loud and inconsiderate of others staying in adjacent rooms

Awesome breakfast and location
Refrigerator plugged in would of been great

The location was close to our morning activity.
The room smelled like smoke and musty. The bath towels were kid-sized. They charged extra $25 for check-in after 10pm, which wasn’t specified anywhere. The room was WAY overpriced for these reasons.

Breakfast was ok, location along main highway is very noisy
It was difficult to sleep had to wear ear plugs

Hot water from the shower was good.
Microwave worked good after a good subbing.
refrigerator was ok after getting cleaned, kept our food cold.
I stayed because it does not allow pets, I am allergic to them.
No heat in my room and the two managers couldn't get their lie together. Called Vern from the Kenia beach and told him we had no heat he said " polit lite was out and would fix it". He did not fix it said " he could not get into the room" but never called or email us to come and let him in. The other manager a lady said, " they had turned off the heat for the summer". Not true we had two rooms and the 111 had heat and 116 had none were my grandchildren with asthma slept coughing. Not expectable I paid for a room with heat. Standing the Alaska waters fishing all day you are cold and want heat when you get to your hotel room. I feel one night should have been returned for the inconvenience of being cold for two nights. I will not stay again, and I will tell all my family and friends at UPS and FEDEX not to stay there every. They are not a honest hotel and the floor was fitly. The kind of boards they have down you can't see it but you can feel it. I spent 2 hours cleaning the heater it had brown stuff down running down the front that looked like snuff spit. The refrigerator was so nasty I used a container of Clorox wipes to clean it. The heat was on 90 and nothing every got hot.

It was a nice clean room, and everything was fine.
I got charged twice for the room, once when I booked it, and then again when I stayed there. So I'm trying to get that resolved. I don't think the staff really knows what is going on.

What Breakfast? Gf
I don’t think our room had been cleaned before we came. Sinks were dirty and LOTS of sand on the floors.
On Friday night groups coming in around 1:30 and again at 3 ish were very loud.

About the hotel and restaurant nothing. Dump the picture above is a joke right.
I paid through booking.com. that is where I found the hotel. When I got to the hotel they said they couldn't use that reservation they didn't know how to process it. But I had to give them my credit card and pay instead. When I explained that I couldn't do that it was a non-refundable and it had already been processed. He said that's not my problem. Without the information and I didn't get, I can't process this. I was not happy. After driving 13 hours two beautiful countryside I wound up here how can that happen. They put me in a room next to two people that smoke constantly and coughed. It sounded like they were in the room with me. All I can say is I'll never stay here again. Rest no rest lol no not at all I would have been better off sleeping in my van for the $260 I wasted.
