Home away from home

This property is clean and quiet. It is in a perfect location, just off the parkway and close to area attractions.

The bed in the 2nd bedroom creaks just a little. My travel Bister is a heavy sleeper. So, it didn't effect her experience.

The location was perfect and furnishing were very comfortable.

Using the key code was easy.

We checked in after hours. Instead of providing the key code, we had to drive across town, after driving all day, to collect a piece of paper from a drop box that had the key code on it. Seems inefficient and less secure than just texting or emailing the code to the renter.

This is a great little cabin.The location is great.Lots. better than motel.This is a favorite because of the location.

Would have been more relaxing to stay in the cabin for a day to take in a beautiful view, but....

What breakfast? The location was great, was very centrally located to everything. The cabin was very clean. Would have been nice to have had some recliners to prop our feet up after a busy day.

Was very disappointed that we had no view. All we had was trees all around us. The description described a beautiful view. Would have been nice to have seen a view of the mountains. Also in the description it said swimming pool on site, yeah if we wanted to drive 10 miles to get to it!

The cabin was cute could use some updating And new housekeeping we don’t even think the sheets on our bed or even change

cabin was very cute

It was very dirty, The mattress were entirely too soft, the sofa was worn out. The porch was very dirty and full of cobwebs and the rockers on the porch were filthy. when I run in the cabinet said there was cable and there was no cable when we got there and we are all older and don’t know how to use the Netflix or anything like that.

inside lighting. lighting in the Kitchen was terrible. The light under the microwave was out which made stove top cooking an issue. it’s hard to cook when you can’t see well.

Convience, close to shops & grocery. Great location, privacy, rockers on the porch. Very cozy.

Beds too tall, floors sticky, not enough trash bags. Lighting in Living room, need lamps & a recliner would be great.

More space than expected

The location is good. The cabin felt private. The bedrooms & bathrooms were sizable enough for a weeks stay. The frig is new and great! It has a washer/ dryer. Used once, the washer is weak. The A/C unit kept up with 97 degree heat. We were comfortable. Cutely decorated and plenty of dishes.

There’s no pantry! Not an empty cabinet & not much counter top. Our dry goods took up one end of the table. A tiny chain is the only back door lock. It rained one day. The gutter emptied like a waterfall at the front steps. No other way out but through it. It’s listed as a non smoking cabin, but by the 2nd day the cleaning smell wore off & the old smoke smell was faintly present. BEWARE OF THE HOT WATER especially if you’re traveling with kids. No regulator & it will burn. Lastly, there’s one trash bag in the can. A replacement bag would have been nice. If you stay here, bring a liner.

Tucked in and comfortable.

Just all around nice.

1st time in Pigeon Forge and the Hazlewood cabin couldn't have been better, impressively clean close to everything in town. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location, very clean, fully stocked cabin!

I loved the location, great proximity to the strip, Dollywood, shopping, restaurants & entertainment! The cabin was fully stocked, all you needed was your food & clothing. Very clean amenities, & nicely decorated, giving you that true cabin experience. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The price was reasonable in comparison with other cabins. We will rent again if in the area again.

I didn’t like that the advertised jacuzzi was not on site. Also adding a loveseat would be great. This cabin only had a couch & chair, but sleeps up to 6 with only seating for 4 in the living room. You can use the dining table chairs for additional seating, but you can’t lounge in the chair provided only on the couch. Even adding a recliner in place of the chair would offer more comfort.

Great place to stay

The location was great. It was really clean and we had everything we needed. I would stay there again for sure.

The only thing I can think of is , it needed a big comfy chair in the living room, for more setting. Everything else was great.
