Easy and fast check in/out. Very close to restaurants and also in house bar and dining is very nice .

Nice hotel. Not worth $225 a night.

It was near my appt. Breakfast was good. Very clean.

Too close to 249. Traffic noise was unsettling. No info given by staff. Receptionist was borderline rude.

Good Clean and SAFE place to stay in Houston!

Very clean hotel in an extremely nice area of Houston, it's right off of the highway so you can access anywhere quickly, it's about 20 minutes from downtown HTX, the room was comfortable and clean, check in and out was a breeze, the parking lot was very well lit and easy to get in and out of with ease. The hotel provided breakfast which was pretty good compared to other hotels, they also have a full bar in the lobby with a nice social area. Definitely was a perfect stay for our weekend stay!

The only issue I had was that the handle on the bathroom door was broken... it was a bit awkward and difficult to open/shut the bathroom door at times.

Lobby was Clean and staff greeted my family as we checked in. There was a bar that served great drinks. Pool was a nice size and Clean. Rooms were ok, smelled like fresh paint but it wasn't overbearing. Breakfast was great and the staff switched it up everyday.

Great location but horrible dirty room. Do not recommend

There were crumbs from some sort of leftover food from the prior hotel guest that housekeeping clearly didn't clean. Mold found in the shower. Made me question the cleanliness of the entire room and property. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Overall our stay was pleasant, but this hotel is overpriced compared to others nearby.

Great location. Fresh, clean, new facilities. Starbucks, bar, and lounge area in lobby were nice. Room was efficiently sized an equipped with modern amenities.

To start with, the room is about $30/night higher than comparable nice, new 3-stars in the area. The bed could have been more comfortable - not awful, linens were great, but the mattress itself could have been more plush. Also, someone down the hall from us was smoking marijuana. We kept getting huge wafts of the smell in our room. And there was a good bit of early morning (before daylight) noise from the freeway - sounded like drag racing.

Not for light sleepers.

The staff were amazing. Friendly, caring and competent. Shower was hot and strong. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well.

The hotel was on a busy freeway and not built for noise reduction. Our room was on the side opposite the freeway and still it was difficult to sleep. Every room was provided with ear plugs; that told me all I needed to know.

Water pressure in the bath is great comparing to the Hilton hotels. Breakfast is also good
